Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing,
There is a field.

My name is Saqib and I am your guide for this meditation.
In this meditation,
We will connect to our deepest level of consciousness.
We will connect to that field that Rumi is talking about.
We will go beyond the duality of wrongdoing and rightdoing.
We will go beyond space-time.
And we will connect to this deepest level of awareness,
Which we call the pure awareness.
So I will now request you to get into your meditation posture,
Whatever that is for you.
Just make sure that your back is straight but is relaxed at the same time.
Now gradually,
Close your eyes.
Let's begin by relaxing our body.
Relaxing each and every part of our body.
So you can gradually bring your awareness to your head and relax your head.
Relax your neck.
Relax your shoulders.
Relax your arms,
Your hands.
Relax your chest,
Your abdomen.
Relax your back,
Your pelvis.
Your thighs,
Your knees.
And then relax your calves and your feet.
And then ask this question to yourself.
Who is observing the body?
If the body is the object,
Then who is the observer?
Be aware of this awareness that is observing the body.
Feel this awareness that is observing the body.
And now check if there are any emotions in your body.
You can ask this question to yourself.
How am I feeling?
What is that emotion that I am feeling?
And check if this emotion has a location in your body.
Maybe you can feel it in the heart or in the gut or any other part of your body.
And observe this emotion.
And then ask yourself,
Who is observing the emotion?
Be aware of this awareness that is observing the emotion.
Feel this awareness that is observing the emotion.
And then check if there are any thoughts in your mind.
In your mind's eye,
Visualize these thoughts as bubbles,
Like soap bubbles,
Floating in front of you,
With each thought representing one bubble.
And then ask yourself,
Who is observing the thoughts?
Be aware of this awareness that is observing the thoughts.
Feel this awareness that is observing the thoughts.
And then you can gradually move your awareness to your breath.
You can observe the inflow and the outflow of your breath.
And then ask yourself,
Who is observing the breath?
Be aware of this awareness that is observing the breath.
Feel this awareness that is observing the breath.
Feel this awareness that is beyond the external world,
Beyond the body,
Beyond the thoughts,
The emotions and beyond the breath.
This observer,
This experiencer,
This pure awareness of yours,
Connect to this deepest level of awareness.
And because this awareness is not bound by the physical world,
It is infinite.
Feel the infinity of this awareness,
As if you are the infinite sky that is observing the finite clouds.
The clouds represent the thoughts,
The emotions,
The body,
The external world.
And notice how these thoughts are changing every moment.
Notice how these thoughts are temporary,
Are mortal.
Whereas this awareness of yours,
The sky,
Is immortal.
Notice how these clouds are limited,
Whereas this awareness of yours is unlimited.
Feel this infinity.
Feel this infinite connection to the infinite universe.
And then gradually,
In your own time,
You can bring your awareness back to the body and to the external world.
In your own time,
Gradually,
You can come back in your body.
You can feel the weight of your body.
You can wiggle your toes,
Move your fingers.
And then gradually,
In your own time,
You can open your eyes and come out of the meditation.
