Welcome to this meditation for calm and peace,
Even if you're dealing with big life changes.
I'm Sarasen Acroce and I'll be your guide today.
Go ahead and find a comfortable position,
Whether that's seated or lying down,
Whatever you prefer,
And then gently close your eyes if that feels safe.
And let's start by bringing your awareness to the senses,
To really arrive in the present moment.
Start to become aware of sound,
All of the noises around you in the distance,
And just observing the coming and going of sound.
And now bring your awareness to your body,
And just feel the temperature of the air on your skin,
The clothes that are touching your body,
And the surface beneath you that's supporting you.
And now bring your awareness to gravity,
The external force all around you,
Connecting you to this world.
See if you can soften and surrender to this force,
Letting go and allowing yourself to become heavy,
Grounded,
And supported.
And now bring your awareness to your breath,
Just breathing in through your nose and breathing out through your mouth,
Breathing in through the nose and out through your mouth.
Just continue to breathe in this way for a few more breaths on your own.
And now let's step into your serene garden,
A sacred space of calmness and peace,
Where you can reconnect with your inner self and find refuge amidst the uncertainty and overwhelm of life changes.
As you step into this tranquil oasis,
Imagine a path before you,
Soft,
Winding,
Aligned with the beauty of nature.
Each step you take represents a new chapter,
A transition in your life.
The trees that line the path are strong,
Their roots are deep in the earth.
Just as you are rooted in your own strength,
Even when life feels uncertain.
Now find a comfortable spot to settle down,
Maybe near a gentle stream or next to one of the tall trees.
Take a deep breath now,
Allowing yourself to release any tension or worry that comes with the unknown.
In this moment,
Let go of the need to have it all figured out.
Major life changes can feel overwhelming,
But they are also opportunities for growth and transformation.
Just like the seasons in nature and in your serene garden,
Change is a natural part of life,
And with it comes renewal and new beginnings.
Take a moment to acknowledge the feelings that these changes bring up,
Whether it's fear,
Excitement,
Sadness or hope.
All of these emotions are valid and are part of your journey.
Remember that it's ok to feel uncertain,
But also know that within you lies the strength to move forward.
As you sit in this peaceful garden,
Surrounded by the quiet wisdom of nature,
Let go of any resistance to change.
Instead embrace the idea that while the future may be unknown,
You have all the tools within you to navigate it.
You are resilient,
Adaptable and capable of handling whatever comes your way.
With each breath you take,
Feel yourself becoming more centered,
More balanced and more at peace.
Let go of the idea to control every outcome,
And instead trust in the process of life.
Yes,
Change may bring challenges,
But it also brings new possibilities and opportunities for growth.
Embrace the simple truth that you are on a journey,
And each step you take is leading you toward a new chapter of your life.
You are not alone on this path.
Your inner strength and wisdom and your inner compass are always with you,
Guiding you forward.
In the stillness of your serene garden,
Take a moment now to set an intention for yourself.
Maybe it's to approach life changes with an open heart,
To trust in your ability to adapt or simply to be gentle with yourself as you navigate this time.
Whatever your intention,
Let it be a gentle reminder that you are strong,
That you have the resilience to face whatever comes your way and that peace is always within reach,
Even in times of change.
Now,
Just feel your entire body in a deep state of relaxation and just enjoy this moment of deep rest and relaxation in your own personal inner sanctuary,
A place where you go to feel safe,
Secure and grounded and a deep sense of peace and inner love for yourself and all of life around you.
And now bring your awareness back to your breath and just allow your body to breathe for you with no effort whatsoever.
As we prepare to conclude this meditation,
Take one final deep breath allowing the peace and tranquility of your garden to infuse every cell of your being.
And when you're ready,
Gently open your eyes and return to the present moment,
Carrying with you a sense of calmness,
Clarity and self-assurance that will light your way wherever you go.
Namaste.
