I welcome you here fully with whatever you're feeling and with whatever is happening in your internal world.
I just welcome you into my heart and into this sacred space of community that we create when we're together.

I'm so grateful to see all of you,
To be together.
I'm so grateful for you.
So,
So grateful.
Your presence touches my heart so deeply,
So deeply.
This is our second in our five-week series of cultivating and nourishing the relationship with the soul,
Your beloved soul,
Your precious soul.
Before we dive in,
Something I'd like to say as a reminder that I really welcome you here fully just as you are with whatever is happening in your mind and your emotions and your body,
With whatever turmoil or peace you might be in.
I welcome you fully into this space with us and also I welcome you fully in whatever your belief systems are,
Whatever you believe.
We're diving into topics,
You know,
The the soul,
The topic of the soul,
Which you know brings up words like God and things like this.
And I know some of you may be here and not believe in God or not believe in soul,
But maybe you just felt drawn to be here for some reason.
So I really welcome you just as you are with whatever you believe.
I invite you to continue believing what you believe.
There's no need to believe what I believe.
You can take from this experience what resonates for you and just feel free to leave the rest behind.
It's always nice to have things woken up in the mind and the heart even if we don't take on all of them,
Yeah?
Okay,
So now let's begin with a few breaths and the centering technique.
Many of you are familiar with this.
Some of you are learning this for the first time.
This is an ancient yogic technique that is fantastic for really bringing ourselves into this greater experience of centeredness within us,
Harmony,
Alignment.
We bring the hands together at the heart and of course if you can't move your body you can always visualize this and breathe consciously with this.
So as I inhale I reach one arm all the way up and the other hand comes down but the fingers stay pointing up and I bring this bottom hand down by my navel.
This upper arm I'm straightening it as much as possible maybe even you know straightening the elbow here reaching the arm up.
The shoulders are relaxed and I'm really kind of opening my chest here.
There's this beautiful opening that happens in the front side of the body and then I exhale really slowly.
I take my time to allow that exhalation to be as long as comfortably possible and then I bring the hands back together at the heart where they touch and then I alternate sides.
So let's give it a try.
Hands touch at the heart,
Inhale reach one arm up the other arm down,
Open the chest maybe straighten the top arm,
Exhale as slowly as you can comfortably like you're moving through honey to bring the hands all the way back to the heart.
Inhale the other side,
The other arm reaches up and then the bottom hand moves down,
Fingers point up,
Exhale slowly all the way back to the heart and then we change sides one more time.
Inhale reach the arm up,
Bottom hand down but fingers point up,
Exhale slowly all the way back to the heart.
Breathe naturally,
Feel the palms touching,
Relax the shoulders down.
Turn your palms into your heart like you're holding your heart.
Breathe deeply,
Feel your heart lifting up into your hands and relaxing down.
With your hands on your heart I invite you to say something kind to yourself.
You might say I'm grateful for you,
Thank you,
You're beautiful,
You're wonderful,
Thank you for being strong,
Thank you for being kind,
I love you.
Say something kind to yourself.
Ah thank you,
Lovely.
If you were here in our last session we started to touch on this idea that the soul is more attracted,
The light that we are because we are not this physical form.
This amazing temple is a vessel for the presence,
The light,
The soul,
The energy that we are,
The source that we are to have this human experience where we forget that we are one with all of life,
That we are one with each other.
We get to forget that in our human experience for the sake of experience.
So you may recall if you were here last time that the more we meet ourselves with kindness,
With love,
With care,
The more we honor ourselves,
The more we respect ourselves,
The more we really honor ourselves and nourish ourselves in whatever way that is,
Whether it's with the mind or how we treat the body,
You could say the light is more attracted to us,
It's drawn to us,
The light that wants to embody us,
The more that we are embodying and living with these behaviors that enliven our being.
And we could think about this maybe in a more kind of,
I don't know,
Practical isn't the right word,
But maybe it might be a little easier to understand if we look at this through the lens of vibration.
We know that all of matter vibrates,
Right?
Because if we don't look at it through this lens it might be easy to say,
Oh,
Oh if I'm really hard on myself,
If I'm judgmental of myself,
I'm so bad and I'm so wrong and my soul won't want to be with me and I'm terrible and now I feel more guilt and more shame,
Right?
We can go into that.
So let's look at it through the lens of vibration.
All of matter vibrates,
We can measure it.
Everything is vibrating and not just matter,
Right?
We also have sound waves.
There's so much vibrating in this creation.
Everything's vibrating,
Right?
And we,
You know,
When we speak about high and low vibrations it might be easy to think about it as,
Oh high means good vibrations and low means bad.
And some people may choose to categorize this.
I like to look at it as just a frequency.
High frequency is something that,
And there's,
It's lighter,
There's probably more space in the particles.
I don't totally know the science behind it but there's a lightness to it.
And something that's low vibration,
It's more dense,
It's heavier,
It is more gross in matter.
Yes,
It's more dense,
More solid.
And so the higher vibration there's a lightness,
There's an expansion,
There's spaciousness in the cells or the,
Whatever the matter is,
The frequency.
And low is more dense.
So the more we are in high vibration,
Which certain emotions will create,
For example.
Let's just play along here friends,
You know the drill here.
What are some high vibration emotions?
Remember this doesn't mean good.
There aren't any good or bad emotions.
We might label them as pleasant or unpleasant,
Good or bad,
But there's really no bad.
We learn from it all.
It's all part of this experience.
So what are some high vibration emotions?
Hi Monica.
So high vibration emotions are emotions that create a lightness of being and expansion in what we're feeling.
Okay,
Gratitude,
Love,
Joy,
Joy,
Love and joy,
Love,
Gratitude,
Joy.
Yeah,
Yeah,
Compassion,
Absolutely.
Great.
Now again,
Grace,
Many of us will associate these emotions as being good and right,
But I invite you to consider that they are not.
They are neither good nor bad.
They create a qualitative experience within us.
Yes,
And we're not going to go too deeply into this today.
So when we are in those qualities of emotion,
We are naturally more expanded.
We are in more of a lightness of being.
We often feel more free.
We have greater access to different perspectives and creativity and so much more.
And then of course we know that lower vibrations,
Again not bad,
Lower in quality,
Lower in how they occur.
Hey Nathan.
So these are emotions of course like the shame,
Guilt,
Grief,
Fear,
Anger and again they're not bad.
They're not bad.
We might even look at our emotions as gifts,
Every single one of them if we choose.
Again,
Some are more comfortable,
Some are less comfortable.
So when we are living with these higher vibrational thoughts,
We are also cultivating higher vibrational emotions.
It also allows the physical body to be healthier.
There's wonderful science and understanding how our thoughts and emotions contribute to you know of course how much stress is being produced in the body,
How much stress hormones are being reduced and therefore how much inflammation there is and therefore if the body is in a state of dis-ease or in a state of harmony.
So everything can be impacted by the behaviors of the mind and the emotions and of course other behaviors as well.
So the more that we are practicing,
Because it is a practice,
Meeting ourselves with these higher vibrational ways of being,
Not good or right,
Higher vibrational ways of being,
More expanded,
Lighter,
The more this light that we are is attracted to us.
We could also think about it like a magnet,
Right?
Light is,
Isn't light like the highest frequency of energy or the the fastest moving?
I mean I don't I don't remember all of this.
I've learned it in my life because I it fascinates me but I don't remember it but light is like I think the fastest moving energy or the high something lightest I don't remember forgive me if someone knows the facts here please feel free to share them but you can probably see where I'm going with this.
If light is this very very high frequency,
This very high frequency vibration,
Then if you think about actually the magnet wasn't the right the right thing because magnets repel the same.
So let's think about it at the law of resonance.
The law of resonance.
Like attracts like.
So the more we are vibrating at this at these higher frequencies,
Dependent upon our thoughts and emotions and behaviors,
The more the light that we are has this resonance with us and and this embodiment really starts to happen.
Thanks for working with me on that.
My articulation was a little lost today but I love and forgive myself for not being perfect because I'm not I'm not perfect.
Please don't put me on a pedestal.
Put your beloved soul on a pedestal.
Okay all jokes aside.
So speaking to ourselves with love and with kindness,
Respecting ourselves,
Honoring ourselves,
All of these things that I mentioned before,
They bring us into a higher frequency especially when we practice them with a sense of authenticity.
Which may also be something we have to work toward.
Yes many of you in the affirmation challenge or if you've ever experienced affirmations before you've probably found affirmations that didn't feel resonant.
You said I don't believe this.
I wish I believed it but I don't believe it.
There is something that happens though the more we practice a certain way of being,
The more possible it becomes for to actually become the new reality.
And we may have to do some other work in the midst of it.
Healing work,
Trauma work.
Yet the more we put our attention and train the mind to think in a certain way,
The more likely it is that we can actually have a new experience of that within ourselves.
All right so I would like to read a little bit from Saima's book today.
I was really feeling and I was asking my soul.
I said you know my beloved soul what is it that you would like to share next in this series?
Because I like to have some kind of a roadmap for us so that we can move deeper and deeper into the experience.
And rather than asking my intellect and thinking that I have to show up and do this the right way and have it all figured out,
I asked my soul okay my sweet soul where are we moving into?
And we can all practice this.
If you were here last time you may remember our homework.
And the homework was to speak directly to the soul every day.
Lovingly speak directly to the soul.
Oh my beloved soul I love you.
I'm so grateful for you.
Fill me with your love.
Fill me with your light.
Grant me the grace of your clarity of seeing the world through your eyes of loving as you love.
So you can start to cultivate a relationship with your soul.
And we're going to take a few moments to read from this book and then we're going to move into a meditation experience together so that we might have more of an understanding for our individual selves as to what it feels like to relate to our soul.
Because each of us may have a very different experience.
Yes so we need to explore that.
We get to explore that for ourselves.
Yes yes Anami I'm very happy to show you the front of the book here and then we will dive in.
So this is a very faded cover of the book.

Pedals of Grace.
So this is the book we're going to start with today.
Again take what works for you leave the rest behind.
I'm going to be using different terms or reading different terms that may you know be cringe for you.
Just let them pass in one ear and out the other.
Yes my love of course.

So I will be reading most of what is is written down.
I might skip some parts just for reference.
All right so you're welcome to have the eyes open or close the eyes if you want to just kind of be with yourself in this inner experience as you hear these words.
The title of this chapter is called The Grace Latent in All.
Recognize Your Divine Light.
The power of grace,
The grace latent in all,
Is in absolutely all things.
When this grace is awakened,
Activated,
And nurtured it keeps on flowing gracefully and you will experience the magnificence of life.
This grace takes you to truth.
Until you experience truth the mind will play tricks and the personality will fall into despair,
Trusting the ego and the mind which are not yet purified.
Remind me to tell you a story about that a little later.
I'll remind myself.
You will have no peace.
Sometimes because of happiness you will think,
Oh this is it.
No,
This is the surface.
You are happy which is the surface.
Happy for a reason.
I can see there is no peace because real peace is experienced even in the chaotic moments.
When you lose your job,
Your parents die,
The house burns,
Your partner,
Wife,
Or husband drops you,
Or your kids leave,
There's no more money,
Your business is over,
When the world is collapsing,
Then are you at peace?
Are you surrendering?
Are you living in fear or living in faith and peace?
No peace is possible if there is struggle,
Tightness,
Fear,
And war within yourself.
So how can there be peace on this plane if there is war within you?
Peace is about each of us.
Some are even saying this world is becoming hell.
Well who is creating the hell?
The inhabitants of this earth.
Always remember heaven or hell,
Good or bad,
Right or wrong,
Are within the minds of humans themselves.
So what is your choice?
I'll read just a little more.
When your intellect is purified,
When your mind accepts awareness,
Then through training it is easier to grasp for even one minute the law of consciousness,
The supreme intelligence,
And the supreme power called God or source or creator.
What do you understand by the word God?
How do you see God?
The way God is or the way you want to see God?
I'll read that again.
Do you see God the way God is or the way you want to see God?
Do you choose or wish to see God or do you say I'll put my attention on it another lifetime?
And you look for a job,
For money,
A partner,
Or whatever.
For most attention to the soul is left until the last moment or for tomorrow which does not exist.
Again you can see that with free will,
With your hand,
You create your own world,
Your own healing,
Your own heaven,
Or the life experience you choose.
This God,
This source,
Oneness,
Creation resides inside of you and can be experienced in any second.
This is an immense power that is beyond mind or emotions and each of you carries it.
When you give attention to it,
You live above all worldly maya or the ignorance,
The illusion.
You then see that this world is free in itself and Saima's Guru says,
Change your glasses from fear to love and you will see the world in its real beauty.
So we can consider or maybe you already feel this as a knowingness inside.
That the power of life,
The power of creation resides within you.
Think about that.
The power of all of life resides within you and your beloved precious soul is you,
Not something separate from you.
And yet we live our lives always looking outside for something to make us happy,
For something to make us peaceful.
We even go to other people,
Right?
Oh,
I finally feel peaceful with you.
I do that with Saima,
Definitely.
I'm like,
Oh finally I feel like I can breathe again.
Oh,
My heart is finally feeling whole and at peace again because I'm with my beloved Ma.
We look outside and many of us,
We leave the relationship with the soul to the very last moment.
We're on the deathbed and finally someone who maybe doesn't even believe in God says,
Okay God,
Help me now.
Or maybe you've believed in soul your whole life,
You've gone to church your whole life but you've never really thought about your relationship with your soul.
And in those final moments you say,
Am I alone?
Are you here?
Are you going to take care of me now?
So right now,
Right now we can nurture,
Cultivate,
Honor this beautiful beloved soul that we are and our relationship to it.
Again,
I said many times in our last session that often when we speak of these teachings they're far beyond what the intellect can understand so we speak about it as something separate.
God separate,
Soul separate,
You know,
Spirit separate but there's no separation.
We speak about it that way for the sake of understanding.
And also I think for the sake of experiencing a homecoming.
Who here knows Liz,
Great question,
I'll come back to that in just a moment.
Who here knows the experience of being in despair or feeling depression or just feeling so sad and then you realize that you feel so deeply disconnected from yourself and there's this longing,
This ache inside of you that says,
Oh I wish I wish I felt connected to myself.
I wish I knew how to get back to myself.
Who here knows that experience?
And it's just it's an ache.
You're like,
Oh I can just feel that I feel disconnected from myself and it hurts so much and I just don't know how to get back.
Yeah,
Oh thanks for sharing everyone.
Yeah,
Exactly.
I know this experience so well in myself.
And that's what this is all about.
This is how do we cultivate this relationship.
So rather than just feeling lost or confused or maybe not knowing how to find our way back,
We have a road map.
We have a relationship that's built and maybe part of the beauty in building this relationship is although most of us will experience this again and again as part of the awakening process,
I forget and I feel lost and disconnected.
I remember and I feel whole and peaceful.
Back and forth,
Right?
But what many of us will experience is that the back and forth and the time spent in feeling disconnected is lessened.
And more and more time is spent in a place of feeling anchored in the soul,
Nurtured in the relationship with the soul.
So I hope that my words and my heart can plant a seed for each of us right now that the next time you feel disconnected or if you're feeling disconnected right now.
There's nothing wrong with you.
There's nothing wrong with you.
You're not bad.
You didn't do something wrong.
It's part of the experience of awakening to the self that we are.
The pain of the forgetfulness and the peace of the homecoming.
And we'll do this dance.
So Liz,
I want to come back to your question.
Liz is asking,
Are you equating soul with God here?
Just trying to understand.
I really would like to leave this for each of you to explore within yourself.
We actually went into a quite a bit of exploration and explanation of this in our last session so feel free to watch the replay which I posted in our group here on Insight Timer called Love Heals All.
So for anyone who missed the first session,

What I would say for now for the sake of understanding and I'll just do a little recap here is that the soul is this presence or this essence,
This light who has been with us through every lifetime.
Now again you may be here not believing in more than one lifetime.
No issue.
You can just think about the soul as really being with you in everything you've gone through.
So whether you think about it as one lifetime or thousands of lifetimes,
The soul has been with you through all of it.
Right here with you through all of the pain and all of the joy and the soul is part of Source.
We are part of Source.
God,
Creation,
Creator.
We are part of it.
The soul is you could say an individuated expression of this one source but always connected to it.
I use this example of imagining a sun.
Well I was going to show a picture today.
I'm gonna run and grab it.
Imagining a sun in like a two-dimensional sun,
Right,
Like a child might draw and you have the circle and then all the rays of light that come out of the sun.
Yes,
Those rays of light we could say they're still fully connected to the sun,
Right?
Those rays of light we know are the sun.
We don't think about them as separate and those rays of light are like the individuation of the soul which of course isn't really individuated but that's a whole other thing,
Right?
Okay,
Christine's out of skin if I could repeat the pain of and I think you're probably referring to the pain of the forgetfulness.
The pain of forgetting that I am one,
That I am loved,
That I am whole with all of creation in myself.
The pain of forgetfulness.
So circles are groups.
Did I say circle?
Sorry if I said circle.
Love Heals All is the name of the group.
Long,
Long ago in the beginning days they were called circles so I called it a circle maybe accidentally.
They're called groups so come be in our group there.
Okay,
I'm going to grab this picture and then we're going to move into a meditation and we'll move into a completion.
Well,
I actually couldn't find the picture I was looking for but you know how they say everything happens for a reason because the picture that I found is actually a much better picture of what it is that I was wanting to express from our last session.

It's a little beat up.
This,
We were speaking about how this beautiful idea that the soul is not in the body.
The soul is this magnificent light,
The Sun of light.
So it's actually this precious body is in the light of the soul.
So this is kind of a picture we could use to see that.
So let's just imagine,
This is an I am Presence picture but we can use it to maybe have an image of the soul.
This radiant light is the soul and this is the physical body.
So the light of the soul is in and all around the physical body and that light that we are is that presence that we are and still in source,
Always in source.

How are you feeling Suze after just kind of what we're diving into here?
Are you feeling something wake up inside at all?
You're so not alone with where you're at my love.
I know there are many that feel that way and I've felt that way many times in my life.
Just holding you if you want you can just let my love in for a moment or just maybe just imagine that I'm sitting there right next to you or maybe we're all sitting there together with you and just being with you.
Maybe it feels if it feels comfortable you can imagine my arms around you or maybe just my hand gently resting on your back just breathing together holding you and so much love.
Okay so let's close the eyes and we're just going to go on a little a little journey together.
And I haven't said this recently but I have been using for some time now the full screen in the app so if you have a device that makes the screen wider when you turn it to the side that might be more pleasant rather than having my face right up close and personal you might have a little bit more of a background view if you're able to turn your device.
Oh I'm so glad you made it.
Okay yeah and some of your your devices won't do that you'll just get to see the up close and personal so that's perfectly fine if that's the case just wanted to share that info for anyone who does have that capability with your device.
Okay find a comfortable seated position close the eyes take a few deep breaths in and out and when you exhale feel like your body is being given permission to let go of tension of holding and just be here and be held in this loving space together.
Feel your shoulders relaxing down your legs and hips becoming heavier.
Place your hands on your heart for a moment and of course if you can't move your body you can just imagine holding your heart.
Deepen your breath and then speak to your heart with loving kindness.
Oh my beloved heart thank you for allowing me to love.
Thank you for helping me heal.
Thank you for beating and keeping me alive.
Thank you for all the moments of love I have experienced because of you my sweetheart.
And now imagine that there is this beautiful light in your heart center maybe it's a golden light or a crystalline light or a pink light whatever light whatever color it is just see it vibrant radiant like this Sun in your heart.
And feel with each breath this light in your heart is expanding and growing.
And if the word divine resonates for you you might even imagine that this is a divine light a seed of the divinity that you are in this human form.
And then imagine that this light is fully anchored in your heart and there's this stream moving upward this beautiful light is moving up from your heart up through your head like this tube of light we call the antahkarana moving up into the clouds all the way into the cosmos.
And you might even imagine some of those beautiful telescope images of these incredible constellations and forms in space.
The beauty of the cosmos.
And in your mind or in your body imagine feel that this light from your very own heart is connecting with another light in the cosmos a light that is brighter than 10,
000 Suns.
This light that fills everything with radiance.
This light of who you truly are.
Source.
God.
Presence.
This light that is in everything and exists as everything.
And in this light of source is your beloved soul.
Your soul is so precious it cares for you eternally infinitely.
It has been by your side every time you have experienced joy every time you've been on the floor crying out every moment of pain your beloved soul has been right here with you.
This soul this light is full is peace is the embodiment of joy and love and compassion of purity of kindness and this light of soul is who you really are.
You are this light and all this time we've been experiencing ourselves as the personality as ego thinking we are separate thinking we are bad thinking there is something wrong with us.
We've been identified with the mind and the emotions that are ever-changing they are not permanent they are not the truth of who we are but we've been identified with them and identified with this temple body forgetting that we are this Sun of light forgetting that we are infinitely powerful forgetting that we are the source of love itself.
Go back in your memories and start to see that every time you thought you were alone your own beloved soul your own beloved self was right there with you.
Transform your memories remember a time when you felt afraid or maybe sad or angry and you felt like no one could understand you see the truth of that moment that your soul was right there ready for you to remember that you are loved beyond measure and that you are cared for beyond measure and that this light is who you truly are.
Can you sense the immense compassion from your soul for this human experience?
The soul has so much compassion an ocean of love and tenderness for everything that we go through in the humanness and the soul is always right here always.
Let us start to speak to our own beloved self our beloved soul with so much tenderness and love inviting the soul the light that we are to be our primary experience in this human form.
Oh my sweet soul I forgot you were here I forgot but I'm remembering now I want to learn to let you in all my beloved soul teach me to open my mind open my heart with your grace so I may remember the light that I am.
My precious soul I love you I love you I I don't want to spend another moment of this life without you you are everything.
Oh my sweet soul you are my joy you are my peace you are the love I long to feel fill me with you.
Remind me who I truly am with your love.
Continue speaking to your soul and whatever words resonate for you open your heart open your mind welcome your soul to come in and to remind you of who you are and how loved you are.
And remember although the mind may experience the soul is separate you are not separate from your soul you're remembering.
So welcome this light of you into every fiber of your being.
And be so grateful so so grateful to your beloved soul offer your gratitude open your heart open your arms even with such reverence such reverence to the sacred self that you are for this sacred self.
Feel imagine that you are completely whole in this moment you may even imagine or visualize or feel that your soul is in body and you just the way we saw in that beautiful image before.
Take a deep breath and feel like the soul is vibrating in every cell.
Exhale with your hands on your heart again offer yourself gratitude every part of you offer gratitude to the soul and also offer gratitude to the personality and the ego so much gratitude for this opportunity to remember.
Take your time and open the eyes when you feel ready to.
How is that?
What does it feel like to be aware of your soul or to welcome your soul what does that feel like inside?
The possibility.
Delicious,
Tearful,
Peace,
Reassured,
Spacious,
Delicious.
And remember if this was difficult or uncomfortable you didn't do anything wrong there's nothing wrong with you sometimes we just have stuff in the way that's natural it's normal.
One with God universe light softening encouraged loved forgiven.
Oh I love you so much Jane I'm so grateful to your beautiful soul I am healing yeah yeah so beautiful.

Yeah love yeah sometimes the the stuff is just too much at the surface sometimes maybe we need to hold ourselves and allow ourselves to feel angry or to feel whatever is coming up or just to accept you know that's that's such a big part of it you know so we're so many of us you know we're we long so much to feel peace or to feel joy or to feel love and so we find these amazing teachers and these amazing techniques and exercises and things that you know have a promise for helping us remember who we are or feel better and then sometimes we don't and it's just like oh what's going on and it's it's about acceptance in those moments it's about acceptance I've been watching this in myself recently I you know I just had the opportunity to be with my beloved Saima for the first time in person in two and a half years and I came back from that experience feeling totally transformed and I still feel transformed but I was in this really beautiful state for some days of like you know almost no contraction no rumination just clear presence just presence and it was so exquisite and then when I get to have tastes of that I'm like oh it's so good and what does the ego want to do what does the mind want to do it must hold on to it right and so if it starts to shift at all the mind starts to freak out oh no I'm not feeling that same piece that anymore I'm not feeling that same lightness or joy or connected to my soul oh no and what happens when I start to go into that you can guess is I become more contracted and then that contraction is what starts to be the overall experience so that the practice here is the practice of acceptance ah okay all right I feel shame right now okay I feel fear right now oh I I feel disconnected from my soul right now okay how can I practice accepting that how can I just take a breath right now and practice saying okay I feel this way right now it's super uncomfortable I really don't want to but it's how I feel right now and the more we I feel like really acceptance is like the greatest healer in some ways because when we accept something we flow with the river rather than fighting upstream which is the experience of resistance and suffering we flow with it so how can we accept the experience and what I find is when I'm accepting of the experience of contraction or tension I realize and I feel oh wow that space of peace is still right here and it's holding that experience of tension or contraction and it's not always easy it's not like it just like happens like that sometimes I have to really go through some icky feelings or resistance or whatever it might be but it's always there this way for us so how do we accept and this is definitely I think a quality of the soul that loving acceptance of all of the experience rather than the judging and the resistance of it give yourself some time to just be rather than doing having to be spiritual having to meditate having to better yourself having to use affirmations having to speak with your soul just try sitting sometime just sit and be still and it's allow your soul to be there just allow yourself to be nothing to do nothing to do from my beloved soul to your precious precious soul
