Inviting you to find a divine and comforting seat or if you would like to lay down you are welcome to.
So just settling into your sacred space,
Making any final adjustments before locating yourself in the room that you are in.
Taking a few final gazes and a look around the room.
And then when you feel ready you can lower your gaze or close down your eyes and connecting into your breath flowing in through your nose.
And flowing out of your nose,
Just noticing this automatic and internal rhythm of regulation for ourselves.
A heart,
A nervous system,
Come nourishing each breath in and out.
And just seeing if you can invite in a breath that feels more supremely easeful.
Perhaps you would like to breathe in a little deeper.
Lengthening the breath,
Feeling your belly rise and fall as the breath enters and exits your body.
Just noticing where you connect to the material,
The ground beneath you as you are always held divinely supported by Mother Earth and her nurturing abundant energy.
Flowing up through the base of your spine,
Up through your sacred channel all the way out of the crown of your head.
And knowing you are always held divinely supported and guided by the cosmos,
The universe that surrounds you.
As above,
So below.
Sinking further and further into yourself,
Into your seat,
The seat of your soul.
Coming into stillness,
Just noticing how this stillness feels in your body as it's cultivating,
As it's accumulating and replenishing your cells.
And as you continue to breathe in and out,
Following my voice along this meditation to release and renew at the end of the year.
Coming into an awareness,
Asking yourself the question,
What am I letting go?
What are you letting go from this year,
The past year of many experiences and emotions and as you tend to this question,
Begin visualising in your mind's eye,
Orbs of light around you now,
Representing each of the pieces you are willing to surrender,
That you are willing to hand over to the cosmos.
And the pieces that might feel heavy,
The pieces of life you'd like to put down,
Things that feel like they've come to a close,
Perhaps stories,
Beliefs,
Friendships or creations.
Asking yourself again,
What am I letting go this year?
Continuing to breathe in and out,
Allowing the breath to be an anchor point for your body to return to whenever it needs.
As you feel the orbs of light building around you now,
Around your energetic body,
Maybe giving them colours or textures.
Maybe they look like scribbles in the air or bright beaming red orbs.
Just giving them names,
Giving them your awareness before I invite you to release them up into the cosmos,
Watching them as they float away through the roof,
The ceiling,
The sky,
The stars,
Further and further away,
Letting go further and further,
Knowing you are safe and held in this moment of letting go.
And watching one by one,
As all that you are surrendering from this year,
All that no longer serves you or serves a purpose for your higher self float away,
An act of energetic release.
And when this feels complete,
Bringing your awareness back into your physical body where you are now.
And just taking a few moments here to sense how it feels to let go.
Any emotions that come up are always welcome,
Allowing them to be with you,
Knowing you can also tend to them beyond this guided space.
Knowing you are held safe and brave in your letting go of this year,
Coming into an awareness,
Seeing orbs of light float once more again surrounding your body.
And this time you're asking yourself the question,
What am I calling in next year?
What am I calling in this year?
Maybe what you are manifesting and dreaming of,
Continuing to breathe in and out deeply,
Replenishing the rhythm of your soul with your breath,
Asking yourself,
What am I calling in?
As you give name and texture and colour and sound to these orbs of light,
Allowing them one by one to enter and find a home in your body.
Where is this space in your body now?
Where are you calling in these beautiful manifestations,
Desires and intentions?
What are you calling in,
Knowing that anything arises,
Whether it's confusing or curious,
Just trusting.
And if there is nothing,
That is also something too,
That spaciousness.
Perhaps you see just one giant golden orb calling in self-love or tenderness,
Sensuality,
A new place to live,
A new routine.
Just witnessing all of the orbs of light surround your body and as you feel ready,
Inviting them in to your body,
Your energetic and physical body,
To your heart space or your throat,
Your hands or your feet,
Continuing the rhythm of breath in through the nose and out through the nose.
And when this process feels complete,
Seeing all of the orbs dissolve within your energetic body,
Visualising now a golden light surrounding the perimeter of your skin,
In contact with the outer environment,
This incredible intimate space between inner and outer worlds,
Protecting,
Cultivating an awareness of this golden light,
This boundary of energy,
Knowing you can come back to this practice of energetic release and energetic manifestation whenever you are called to,
Whether it is quickly throughout your day or in ritual every month.
Continuing the breath,
The rhythm,
The anchor,
Sensing yourself in the room that you are in and inviting your awareness to drop down into your heart space,
Bringing both of your hands to your heart space if this feels delightful for you and possible if not leaving them where they are and just gently tipping your head forward,
Tucking the chin towards the neck,
Bowing your head in reverence to this practice for you,
Tending softly and lovingly to yourself at this transitional time,
Knowing that all the wisdom you have received will filter through into your day to day as it needs to and that everything that comes through that arises is for your higher self and the greater good of the collective whole and so it is and it is so.
Inviting some lighter breath now,
Lengthening the spine and making any adjustments to come back into the here and now,
Into the present moment,
Knowing there is no need to rush and whenever you feel ready just letting this visualization and this guided practice go,
Returning,
Returning,
Returning to now and gently opening,
Fluttering opening eyes,
Going gently into the next part of your day.
