It takes intention to to be here,

To carve out space.

It takes self-love to carve out space for yourself,

Space to nourish and nurture your soul.

Just take a moment to celebrate yourself for taking this time for you.

So as we tiptoe into a new season,

As we move into the heart of the school year or navigate new seasons of the parenting journey,

Whatever transitions you're moving through right now,

I want you to,

I want to help you to feel so held and so loved and so purposeful moving forward.

So often we move through the day or the week or the month or the year just feeling like we are a leaf getting blown around by the wind.

But what if we could feel more alive,

More intentional on our journey?

What if we could soar like a bird choosing our path,

Feeling the wind beneath our wings and moving intentionally to our chosen destination?

So if you are craving more intention and ease on your journey,

You are in the right place.

But this meditation that we are doing today will help you to live with more intention so you can step into more ease and grace and joy on your parenting journey.

So if we haven't had the pleasure of meeting yet,

I'm I'm Catherine Wild.

I'm a homeschooling mom of three amazing kids.

I am an author,

A yoga meditation teacher and an intuitive life coach.

And I am passionate about helping parents and guardians to find themselves again on the parenting journey to carve out time to do the things they love without guilt so they can show up fully.

I truly believe that you can tap into your intuition and your inner peace when you nourish your soul.

And so I'm so glad that you've accepted this invitation to play in the field of intentionality and love.

There is a quote by Carl Jung that says,

Until you make the unconscious conscious,

It will rule your life and you will call it fate.

Hmm.

So let's just soak that in for a moment.

So powerful,

Right?

Let's talk a little bit about intention.

So life is always giving us change,

New opportunities,

New situations,

New seasons.

Change is a constant.

It can be so draining to try to push against life,

Right?

To try to push against change.

And I used to live this way constantly.

I would struggle to accept what is.

I wouldn't lean into the flow of life and accept the gifts that were brought forth.

I had this picture,

This vision in my mind of how things should go.

And when it didn't go that way,

I had a really hard time.

And so something that I have been cultivating in my life,

In my journey,

In parenting is really being intentional,

Especially around the transitions and the seasons of change.

And this can be with the big transitions in life.

So maybe you're moving across the country or your kids are starting school or going to a new school or maybe they're getting out of school for summer.

Maybe it,

You know,

Maybe it's the milestones that you're going through on your parenting journey,

Watching your kids learn and grow and,

You know,

The grief and the different emotions that come with all of that.

So whatever the transition is,

Being really intentional and choosing how you want to feel,

How you want to show up.

And that really makes for this beautiful,

Fulfilling life,

A life that feels good to you.

Living a life with intention is such a powerful practice.

And I want to talk about the small transitions as well,

Right?

The little moments in your day when you're moving from one activity to the next.

So maybe you're washing the dishes and then you move into playing with your child,

Right?

And when we're intentional about those transitions,

Those little moments in our day,

We create an intentional life,

Right?

All of those moments are strung together.

And how amazing does that sound?

Living life without intention is kind of like driving with no destination in mind,

Right?

You'll burn fuel,

But you won't get anywhere meaningful,

Right?

You won't get where you intended to go.

You'll end up wherever,

Right?

And it can be fun to be spontaneous at times,

But when we,

When we are intentional,

We get to where we want to go in a thoughtful and aligned way,

In a way that feels good to us.

So see this moment right now as your starting point on your GPS.

Where do you want to go?

And there are no wrong answers,

And there's no need to judge ourselves for where we've been.

Allow yourself to use your experience up to this point to guide you moving forward.

What do you want to embody moving forward?

How do you want to feel?

How do you want to show up?

And allow yourself to turn down the noise,

The noise of the outer world,

And listen for the answers with gentle curiosity,

Which is what we're doing today.

And when we are able to turn down the noise of the outside world,

We're able to hear our inner wisdom.

We're able to tune in to what we need and how we want to show up.

It's a lot harder to hear the messages of your soul when the volume of the shoulds is turned up,

Right?

So let's turn down the volume of the external noise together so we can hear the whispers and wisdom of our soul.

And I see your inner knowing,

Your calm and gentle energy that is lovingly guiding you each step of the way.

So let's tap into this beautiful wisdom within you,

Shall we?

Settle in,

And let's move through a gentle guided practice together to help us step into more intention on our journey.

When you're ready,

Simply find a comfortable seat and gently close your eyes if that feels good for you.

Breathing in through your nose and out through your nose,

Relaxing into this moment,

Finding ease in your body.

You might like to place your hand over your heart if that feels good.

Take a few deep breaths here and start to breathe in through your nose,

Allowing your breath to go down,

Drop all the way down into your belly.

Let your belly expand as you inhale.

As you breathe out through your nose,

Notice any tension in your body.

Allow any tight places to soften,

Relax.

Maybe you're softening through your shoulders.

Maybe you're releasing your jaw or noticing if your fists are tight,

Relaxing your brow or your forehead.

And as you start to settle in,

Connect with yourself.

Connect with that highest version of you.

Connect with the soul,

The love that you are,

The truth of who you are.

It's who we're always trying to reconnect with.

Your inner wisdom is always lovingly guiding you every day if you allow it.

There's so much noise all around us,

So many opinions and advice,

So many things coming at us all the time.

I want you to imagine that there's a dial,

Maybe like the one on the radio in your car or some sort of volume control,

And see yourself reaching for this dial and turning down the volume.

And as you do this,

You are turning down the noise of the outside world.

As the noise level goes down,

You can feel a spaciousness opening up around you.

The stillness,

The quiet.

It may feel unfamiliar at first,

But you realize that you've been longing for this sense of peace for a long time.

You didn't know how to access it,

But now you're here in this quiet stillness.

And you start to hear the whispers of your soul,

The wisdom that you hold within you.

And it finally has this space to come forward,

And it's sharing its loving message with you.

All you have to do in this moment is breathe and be open to hearing what's coming forward for you.

Lean in and listen to the message and just continue to breathe here,

Noticing any sensations in your body,

Knowing that you are enough,

Whole,

Worthy,

And beautiful just as you are.

Now ask yourself,

How do I want to feel right now?

How do I want to show up and move through this next moment in my life,

Or this big transition that I'm going through?

And really feel into this.

You might even picture this version of you,

The version of you that is showing up in the way that you want to.

How does this version of you feel?

How do you move through life?

What's your body language?

How do you show up?

How do you care for yourself?

How do you honor your needs and move through life in a really aligned way?

Just notice what comes up for you.

Allow yourself to sit in this space and really embody it.

Feel the feelings of being this version of yourself,

Of showing up in this way.

Breathe it in and allow yourself to feel a deep appreciation for the beautiful soul that you are and for this connection that you have to your inner wisdom.

Your inner wisdom is always,

24-7,

Available to you.

You can come back to this space of connection and stillness as often as you like.

And as you move into this next part of your day,

Or this next season of life,

Allow yourself to set your intention.

You might like to create a statement like,

I intend to create,

Release,

Be,

Or do,

Blank.

I intend this or something better for the highest good of all.

And so it is.

Take a few more slow deep breaths here.

In through your nose,

Filling up your belly,

Relaxing your body as you exhale,

Knowing that you are held and loved.

Beautiful.

When you're ready,

Gently open your eyes and allow a smile to light your face.

I'd love to know how that felt for you,

What came up for you.

When you start to move through life in this intentional way,

Your life becomes this really aligned,

Beautiful path that feels good to you because you're connected to yourself.

You are choosing to show up in a way that's aligned with your soul,

Aligned with your life,

So you can show up from this place of connection and love.

Know that you are right where you need to be on your path,
