Taking a deep breath in and releasing it through your mouth.

Gently close your eyes and begin to release all the tension from your body.

It's so often that we are rushed and busy.

Now is your time to tune into your body and relax.

Consciously letting go of areas of tension in your body,

Releasing them through the inhale and exhale of your breath.

As you start to turn inwards,

As you start to connect with your breath,

The natural flow of your breath,

Consider what is the true currency of health for you?

What does health mean to you?

Is it physical?

Is it creative?

Is it emotional?

Is it your energy?

Is it your vitality?

What does it look like for you?

When we are at health,

When we are at our full potential of health,

This is when we can really enjoy all aspects of our lives.

Your life is precious and you are meant to enjoy it.

Choose to address the stress in your life.

Choose to take a look at it.

Inquire,

Question.

Acknowledge where you are trying to force,

Fix,

Control and consider surrendering.

Consider surrendering to bring more health and vitality into your world.

You are the co-creator of your life experience.

There truly is no right or wrong or good or bad.

As long as you are connected to your truth.

As long as you're connected to your truth,

Then you are healthy and balanced.

You are not here to hide.

You are here to shine.

You are here to shine so that you can enjoy your life and that the people in your life can be lifted higher.

Make a promise to yourself to enjoy this life.

Breathing in and letting go.

The breath can be such a beautiful gateway to reclaim this health and vitality.

Breathing in again and letting it go.

When you feel ready,

You can open your eyes and don't move just yet.

Stay here a little bit longer.

Just observing and noticing how you feel.

This quality of quiet contemplation.

This is what meditation is.

This practice of turning inwards.

This inquiry.

This gentle,

Gentle inquiry.

No matter where you are in your meditation journey,

Consider that you are doing it right.
