Affirmations for healthy eating, exercise and to encourage a positive body image. Allow yourself to relax (alpha brain waves) and enjoy the music (set to 60 beats per minute). The affirmations are meant to be (almost) subliminal so most of them are overrun by the music. Let go of the words and let them float into your subconscious mind. Enjoy the music. Release all effort.
