You you deep breath as we prepare for this morning's transmission a deep breath is a wonderful preparation that communicates to the many levels of your being that you are preparing,

You are creating a conscious intention within you through your preparation preparation that allows spiritual practice to be something that you enjoy and that you embrace wholeheartedly.

Throughout the ages preparation has been done in so many different ways,

Lighting a candle,

Meditating for a few moments upon the mantra or the breath,

Creating a prayer or affirmation as being present the natural flow of energy within is already very conscious way of communicating to yourself that you're present to your being without judgment,

Without expectations.

Very often preparation is too goal orientated so there is a goal that the ego mind is sort of heading towards but preparation is more about being,

Relaxing into this moment,

Being in a state of presence.

This means just letting go of the mundane thoughts even if they're there in the background just letting them go,

Letting them be and coming back to what I call the conscious breath.

Remember conscious breath is not something that you can force yourself to experience.

It's not something that the ego mind can create a goal out of.

Conscious breath is just about relaxing into this moment,

Being grateful,

Being just true to yourself.

I call this emptying the mind and resting in silence.

Emptying the mind just means coming back to the point within the circle of life that is balanced,

That is stillness,

Where you can feel calm and settled.

It's natural when you come to this point deep within to breathe deeply and slowly.

Deep breath,

As you breathe in,

Stomach out with each in breath.

As you breathe out,

Easy and relaxed,

Stomach in with each out breath.

This is an intention to be mindful of the way that your body,

The temple,

The beautiful luminous temple that is your body,

Supports you and nurtures you and helps you to come back to this state of presence.

Just watch your belly,

Your stomach area moves out and moves in.

Being aware of your breath,

The beautiful bridge back home to consciousness.

As you become more present on every dimension,

As you manifest this presence on all levels,

You are breathing consciously.

This is known as the conscious breath that connects you with the divine,

That connects you with what some people call the higher self,

The divine within,

The divine all around you.

That is the bridge that your meditational practice,

Your spiritual practice celebrates as you take those steps,

Not towards anything,

But towards the truth within yourself.

Each in breath and out breath then helps you to recognize that there is a revelation that unfolds in the way that you're breathing.

In this moment,

The revelation may be recognizing that deep within your heart,

You're grateful for saying yes to something much greater than just the mundane thoughts of your mind or the noise in the background.

This is the bridge that takes you to a different dimension within yourself,

This state of presence.

So every breath is a celebration of the divine that you mirror within yourself,

Within your heart,

Maybe as gratitude,

Maybe as a feeling of love,

As a compassionate expression of just this miracle that you maybe can't even find words for,

The miracle that is unfolding,

Revealing itself in so many dimensions.

Every conscious breath helps you to remember that you are so much more than that which the ego mind believes you to be.

You're not the thoughts,

You're not the guilt,

You're not the fear,

You're not the pain,

You're not the suffering.

That is an experience that you may be going through.

But the center within the circle is infinite in all dimensions.

So the conscious breath connects you to the divine and the infinite within the divine.

And you can't limit yourself to your thoughts when your heart is celebrating that which is infinite and that which is without limit,

That which is just present in such a beautiful way that there are no words to express the divine and the attributes of the divine that you're embodying as you breathe in deeply into your body.

You can imagine this,

You can visualize this.

As you breathe in and your belly moves out,

Just embody gratitude in its fullness or love in its fullness.

The qualities that you actually are recognizing deep within you,

Make sure that your mind recognizes,

Your thoughts,

Your feelings recognizes those attributes that have been hidden.

Infinity becomes visible here on this dimension when we begin to walk on this bridge,

When we practice conscious breathing.

And it is almost as if the gifts that come our way become more and more clear.

For example,

The sacred heart within becomes more luminous and more obvious in our dreams.

The mystery that is the meditational practice,

The mystery that is sitting in stillness and just being present.

Many gifts reveal themselves.

Now gift is not something that you expect.

A gift is a surprise.

The divine is constantly celebrating life in a way that surprises your curiosity.

So if the mind is attached to expectations,

Usually from wants,

Needs and desires,

Then the gift is never enough.

And we can't celebrate that which is not enough because then we fall back into the limitations rather than the infinity of this beautiful moment.

When we recognize that we're overflowing,

Say with gratitude or love,

Then the expansion within means that we are breathing consciously,

Not only in our practice,

But in those moments when your intuition or sense of connection to the circle of life,

To unity,

Expands.

And for little,

For what seems like a long time,

For a moment,

There is an awakening.

There is a clarity.

And the wisdom within you is very present.

There is a knowingness through the knowledge and wisdom that you open yourself to.

Hence why breathing consciously is so important.

Because we're acknowledging the beauty of this moment with every breath that we breathe into our bodies.

The first breath is the breath of life.

As we breathe in our first breath,

We say yes to life.

And it's important to repeat this affirmation through the attributes that celebrate this yes-ness that we're breathing into our body.

Yes to gratitude,

Yes to love,

Yes to trusting,

Yes to all the qualities that create this beautiful,

Luminous,

Divine space within our beings as individuals,

But also within the collective human awareness that slowly,

Slowly begins to recognize that we've been asleep for so very long,

That it seems as if sleep is the only way.

Awakening is recognizing the process of recognition and that every breath that we take is a breath into a new beginning,

A breath that invites a new beginning.

And so conscious breathing requires curiosity.

If you're bored and sitting in practice,

In meditational practice,

Or if you're distracted,

Don't judge yourself.

Just know that every little step is nurturing,

Supporting you,

So that the breath comes back down to this beautiful moment,

To your physical body in this dimension,

Which is an expression of this beautiful moment,

And you celebrate the breath in your body.

Deep breath,

Saying yes to the breath,

And deep breath out,

Letting go,

Relaxing,

Knowing that you are nurtured and supported.

Deep breath in,

Deep breath out.

Your conscious intention creates meaning in the way that you're breathing,

And the mind will celebrate every moment of conscious breathing in a way that may surprise you,

Through stillness,

A sense of well-being,

Or just deep healing,

Profound,

So very profound that the mind needs to be still.

Deep breath.

The mind is still busy pulling you outside of this beautiful moment,

Outside of the point in the middle of the circle,

The point of equilibrium,

Stillness,

And just observe everything from a state of awareness.

Acknowledge that your mind has distracted you,

Come back,

Create the point of stillness within your body.

Breathe deep into the belly,

Belly breathing,

Breathe out,

Belly breathing,

And stay focused and aware of this part of your being,

Until you naturally come back home to the stillness within all and everything.

The conscious breath guides you,

So you allow yourself to just be in stillness,

And stillness guides you.

Deep breath.

Let us practice.

Deep breath.

Invite the stillness,

Silence into your everyday practice.

Silence with people around you,

Different situations that you might find yourself caught up in.

Come back to the stillness.

Breathing down all the way into your belly,

Grounding,

Connecting to the breath,

Consciously through the belly.

As you breathe in and breathe out,

Anchoring yourself within the point that's in the middle of the circle,

Your focus coming back in this wonderful present moment.

You may wish to create this as an intention.

Deep breath.

As you breathe in and breathe out,

You may wish to continue in stillness for a few more moments,

Integrating,

Connecting to the many dimensions that allow you to go deeper into spiritual practice.

Your life practice is as important as your spiritual practice.

Maybe writing in your journal.

As you breathe in and breathe out,

Whenever you're ready,

Gently coming back and enjoying the rest of your day.

Thank you.

I really love this! Although the spoken portion seemed a bit long what was said was very valuable. I appreciated the silent portion a great deal. Thank you πŸ™πŸ»πŸ’œπŸŒΈπŸ•Šβœ¨
