Close your eyes and allow your awareness to move inward.

Feel your whole being beginning to soften and relax.

Breathe in fully and exhale with a deep sigh.

Again inhale and let go even more.

Tuning into your body,

Noticing how you feel.

Taking a full breath in and slowly exhale through pursed lips as if you're exhaling through a straw.

Breathing in,

Exhaling through pursed lips,

Letting go,

Allowing the whole body to soften.

And again inhaling,

Visualizing anything that has been blocking you from getting where you want to go.

And through pursed lips you exhale,

Imagining that thing,

That block is fading away.

And blowing it out into the background.

Dropping into a space of deep silence and stillness.

Dropping into that silent space beneath the mind.

With each breath you feel more connected to who you really are.

You were not meant to live a life of struggle and effort.

You are meant to live free,

Open and loving.

Following that effortless flow,

That true inner guidance that always knows the right path.

You may have been taught that effort equals success.

Now is a time to reset that belief.

You now understand that success is easy.

And the more often you give yourself space to let go and just be,

The answers and solutions that you have been seeking will come to you in a way that is exciting and fun.

Letting go of how you think it will come to be and allowing it to be.

You do not need to search externally for something that you already have within yourself.

You already have everything that you will ever need.

Open yourself up to possibilities and know and trust that the right things will happen at the right time.

Ground yourself in this moment.

Acknowledging that whenever you are living in the past,

You may feel depressed.

And whenever you are living in the future,

You may feel anxious.

Realizing that the only thing that really exists is this present moment here and now.

You have no reason to worry or anticipate what is to come.

Now become aware of your breath.

As you inhale,

Feel the breath filling the low belly,

The ribs and the chest.

Hold it for a moment.

And then slow exhale,

Letting go of the chest,

The ribs,

The low belly.

Inhaling filling up from bottom to top and exhaling letting go top to bottom.

Lengthening every inhale and every exhale.

Allowing the breath to take you into a deeper state of relaxed awareness.

Take it.

Feel your body as particles of energy suspended in space,

Pulsing,

Tingling and vibrating.

Recognize that you are not your physical body.

You are timeless,

Boundless,

Untouched by pain and worry.

The true essence of who you are is bliss and peace.

And from this relaxed state,

You can create a clear vision of who you want to become.

It's not about the money in the bank.

True abundance comes from a feeling.

It's who you become.

Imagine a version of you that is confident,

Sure,

Capable,

Excited about life.

Open and loving.

And the ability to see obstacles as opportunities,

Knowing that there is always a way to get where you want to go.

Giving yourself space and time to reset anytime you feel disconnected from that new vision.

Using a deep sense of safety and security,

Knowing that no one and no thing can take away your true power.

To move through life with ease,

Gracefully flowing in whatever direction your true self takes you.

Listening to those subtle messages and following the intuition by noticing what feels good.

What lines up with your true self.

Knowing that you can live in true harmony.

And everyone around you can live in harmony with you.

And anytime you get lost,

Just come back,

Noticing the breath.

Breath moving in.

Breath moving out.

Imagining that your whole body is inhaling.

Your whole body is exhaling.

And with each breath,

You are coming back to that blissful,

Conscious awareness.

Bringing your body into a natural state of balance.

Releasing excess cortisol.

Raising dopamine,

Serotonin and all those feel good chemicals in your brain every time you let go.

Now slowly coming back,

Bringing your awareness to your body.

If you feel ready to come back,

You can wiggle fingers and toes.

Maybe taking a nice big stretch,

Reaching the arms overhead.

Or maybe just resting in stillness for a little while longer.

Coming back to this meditation anytime you need to ground and center yourself.

Letting go of struggle and trusting the process.

That your subconscious is being reprogrammed for ease,

Flow and integrated action.

Surrendering all effort and force.

To acknowledge who you really are underneath your worry.

Deep breath in.

Open mouth exhale.

Opening your eyes and coming back to your life as a new and improved version.

Fully at peace.

Fully aware.
