Gently close the eyes or soften the gaze and start to take a slow breath in through the nose and a steady breath out through the mouth.
Breathe in.
And as you breathe out,
Release any sense of urgency.
Allow your breathing to settle into a calm,
Natural rhythm.
Bringing your awareness into your body.
Noticing the weight of the feet on the ground.
The support beneath you.
Let yourself feel steady,
Grounded here.
Now imagine a version of you standing a little further along your path.
Not years ahead.
Just far enough to feel grounded,
Confident and aligned.
This version of you has taken consistent steps towards something meaningful.
Something meaningful to you.
Notice how they carry themselves.
Their posture,
Their energy,
Their presence.
Without forcing too much detail,
Begin to sense what it feels like to be them.
Not the outcome,
But the inner state.
The steadiness,
The presence,
The clarity.
Now bring to mind one goal or intention that you're currently moving towards and that you hope to achieve.
Let that thing be something that matters deeply to you.
Hold that thought gently in your awareness.
Imagine yourself engaging with this goal in a way that feels sustainable and true.
In a way that feels yours and only yours.
Notice what you're doing,
The small actions,
The daily steps,
The focused movements,
The choices you take.
Notice how that version of you responds to challenge.
Notice how they stay present and grounded.
Feel,
Just feel.
Feel what it's like to be this person.
Take a slow breath in and as you exhale,
Notice how the body feels when you think about this version of yourself.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Now ask yourself quietly,
What is my next step?
Not necessarily a full on plan,
Just your next step.
One clear,
Manageable step.
Maybe it's an email,
A text message,
A conversation.
Just let the answer arrive naturally.
No judgment,
No forcing,
No pressure.
Hold this image in your mind for a few rounds of breath.
Let it feel real,
Grounded,
Achievable.
Now gently release the visualization from your mind and come back to your body.
Come back to your breath.
Come back to the space around you.
The goal or the intention is in you and you know the next step you have to take.
So with that being said,
Let's take one final inhale and a slow exhale out.
Start to open the eyes and carry this sense of clarity with you throughout your day as you work towards the steps achieving your goals.
You don't need to rush.
You don't need to force.
You just have to take one aligned step at a time and let the future present itself just as it should.
