Hello everyone,
My name is Nika Soleil and this will be a 15-minute meditation on trusting yourself,
Trusting your path,
Trusting life as it unfolds in your favor.
So as you're ready,
You can just find a nice comfortable position.
If you want to sit up or lay down,
It's totally up to you.
Ideally,
Just moving into a space that feels comfortable for your body to relax into.
And as you're ready,
You can allow the eyes to come down to a close.
Feel the body arrive into your practice.
Feel the mind arrive into a practice.
All of your energy back into yourself.
And as all of the various aspects of yourself arrive,
You can let the awareness align with the breath.
Begin just to witness the breath as it moves through the body,
Rising gently with every inhale,
Falling gently with each exhale.
And as you breathe,
Feel the easefulness of being here now.
Letting the awareness soften each part of the body,
Inviting you a little further into yourself.
As you place the awareness on the legs and feet,
Feeling the settledness of being here with nowhere to go and effortlessness down the legs and through the feet and the toes.
And settling into your seat,
Relaxing the hips and sit bones.
Let yourself find the comfort of this moment right here where you are safe and supported.
You have everything that you need.
The awareness finding the space of the belly and the back body.
Relaxing and releasing any tension,
Any effort.
Holding in.
Again,
Just easing into the security of yourself.
The safety of your physical body,
This beautiful vessel that has carried you every single day of your life.
Awareness ease into the chest,
The heart,
The shoulders,
The heart space,
Hands and fingers.
Lending yourself to the present moment where all is well and your work is done.
And you have carved out this space just for you to return back home to yourself.
Awareness float up through the headspace as the jaw relaxes,
Ears soften,
Eyes now heavy with the gaze just sort of resting in your inner reality.
Nothing to see here,
Really allowing your gaze to receive anything and nothing.
And finally letting the awareness meet with the mind.
Noticing the difference between the thinking mind and the awareness itself.
Becoming aware of your thoughts as they cross through the thinking mind,
Maybe finding a little pause or peace between them.
Realizing that you yourself are not the thoughts.
They are only one small aspect of your human experience.
More than anything else you are the awareness that is aware of all of it.
The thoughts aware of your physical experience.
Aware of how you have shown up in this moment right here that you've created for yourself.
And in the easefulness of being and in shifting over to the state of awareness you may find this deep inner faith seemingly already existing within you.
Sometimes we just lose the connection to the faith that is here within us.
The faith that already believes completely in our own life path,
Our own journey.
Faith that believes in who we are and also who we are continuously becoming.
Every time we find the reconnection to this inner trust,
This inner faith,
We are given again the permission to soften.
Letting go of the tension of trying to control anything,
Doubting or uncertainty.
The more we lean into this inner faith,
We realize that all parts of life are exactly as they need to be.
That life is always and only providing us with the medicine that we need.
The experiences,
The opportunities,
The lessons and teachers.
That in some way,
Shape,
Or form all things are unfolding in our favor.
Blending us into the highest life experience possible.
And so through faith do we find this deep sense of surrender.
It is in this moment found yourself perfectly you.
And wherein whatever version of you has sat down for this practice is always and more so than in this space.
You can completely accept yourself as you are or you can completely accept life as it is.
With the deeper understanding that all things are always changing and shifting.
Life itself and you of course yourself too.
And so in each moment there is the duality of having arrived.
Being fully present exactly as you are and with life exactly as it is.
And also the understanding that always changing.
Minds change constantly.
Our physical bodies change day in and day out.
The nature of our human experience always shifting.
And so for the most part the most profound most powerful thing we can do is trust.
Trust our own heart to guide the path.
Trust what we know to direct.
Trust life to bring us exactly what we need.
To continue on the path of personal evolution.
So no matter what experience has sat down with you today,
You identify in this moment how you feel what's present.
There's the thread of faith that's always offering you back to yourself.
To let it all be okay.
To let it all be a perfectly placed aspect of the divine design.
Where you are an intricate part.
Playing your role,
Your experiences,
All just a part of.
So we can affirm from that thread within.
I trust myself.
I trust my experiences.
I trust my journey.
I trust that I will always have everything that I need.
And then we simply lend ourselves to the present moment where all is well.
Where you have this powerful mind,
A beautiful heart,
And a glowing spirit.
Where you exist multi-dimensionally.
You are also the awareness.
The one who smiles down at the human experience.
The one who is faith itself.
And so let it be that you are never separate from the thread of faith that runs through you.
The you that is aware.
The you that is faith itself.
Now and until the end of time.
You are more than welcome to stay in your practice for as long as you'd like.
If and when you feel complete,
Let the awareness return back to the breath.
All the time you need,
You can begin to bring gentle movement back into your body in whatever way that feels nice to you now.
Maybe just a wiggle of the fingers and toes.
And then in your time,
Gently blinking open the eyes.
And I will close in gratitude for showing up in this way for yourself and for the world.
