You invitation to presence what is in your presence?
If you look around or witness the sounds that you hear around you always there to reflect what is alive in you maybe you see an object something awakens in you or if you hear a sound that somehow stops you you might label it pleasurable or not pleasurable sound something that delights you or disturbs you either way be with that what it awakens in you the invitation from presence is to be present with what happens in you so we can explore these outer invitations if you are in a quiet space and there is no sounds to really observe you can keep your eyes open and look around something happens in you,
You pick a sound or something that you see something that is sort of high-end,
Intriguing or waking a person and from that outer invitation we go in feeling what we feel giving space to that feeling it can be in the form of emotion it can be energy,
Also physically somewhere in your body you are witnessing whatever you might be experiencing and giving space to that full presence,
Your full attention,
Your love and if this dissolves quickly you can pick another sound you can also look around and whenever you find something to look at bring that in can you be with whatever is there are you looking at it in your mind's eye,
Feeling?
And if there still are multiple things to bring in from the outer from the sounds that you hear or what you see,
You can continue with that but it might also be that there are enough information in yourself already so you can also choose to come into feeling feeling what is alive in you maybe on your physical level,
Somewhere in your body maybe on an emotional level maybe in your thought pattern and before you even really label it before you give it a name,
Can you just feel it as energy?
We are just looking and shining light on the things that are seeking our attention and allow to give you full presence so nothing to push away nothing to run away from really meeting whatever is there with your love,
With your presence so you might feel something in your body can you give space to that?
How does this feel?
What may be happening when you do that?
It could be that you have an emotion which you don't really have to even name but made it as energy,
Feeling and giving space when something has dissolved or maybe something stronger seeks your attention,
A sound if you're keeping your eyes still open then maybe you see something maybe there's something already in you on the physical level,
On your mind on the emotional level seek anything what is not here whatever is here is already enough accommodation to presence giving your love giving your love staying curious to the present moment staying curious what is there,
What awakens in you and what happens when you give space,
When you observe coming back to this space around your experience,
Your thoughts,
Feelings,
Bodily sensations your presence and space so coming to a closer I invite you to feel your whole body at the same time the shape that it makes,
The whole of you and find a sensation that feels nice for you it can be somewhere in your body or overall experience be with that feeling really feel that and then give it a label a name,
A sentence,
Description or image and let this imprint,
Image or word or sentence just flow to you when you have that you can let go of it feel that feeling still it might be shifting but be with that feeling and allow your meditation continue throughout your day not to make separation between the formal and unformal living meditation and remember all these invitations you choose to be fully present you choose to be fully present you choose to be fully present you choose to be fully present
