請開始留意你背部下面的地面這股堅固的感覺事實上你的身體並沒有融化成一座小池塘它是很堅固的、很穩定的感受到身體躺在地面的時候,

身體接觸地面的部分如果你的背任何貼著地面的部分有感受,

讓你的心到那裡去每一個吐氣放下到這些感受裡面皮膚放鬆身體下沉到地面每一個吐氣,

身體更往地面下沉吸氣的時候注意到清明的感受它感受起來可能像是擴張的感受起來是你的注意力更清晰每一個吐氣注意到深深的放下與放鬆的感受身體往地面下沉讓你的身體再更往下沉吸氣的感受清晰的感受,

像是從水井裡把水打上來一樣每一個吸氣帶入擴張的感覺清晰、明亮、鮮明的專注力就像水從水井被打上來一樣張開眼睛動動你的身體,

激動一點喚醒你的身體好,

現在回來身體安住在自然的狀態是靜止的是放鬆的這就是吐氣的感受放下、放鬆、放手跟著警醒做平衡吸氣的感受清晰、鮮明、明亮的專注力擴張的、鮮明的、飽滿的張開眼睛請坐起來
