We all have aches and pains - and the idea behind this guided meditation is to manage those aches and pains, without allowing them to manage us. If you have serious chronic pain, you can always add this meditation to your existing self care/health care routine with your healthcare practitioners permission.

Namaste.

I'd like to invite you to sit in stillness once you make yourself comfortable and focus on your breath,

Letting your body relax and release any tension or stress.

As you continue to breathe,

Please notice any pain or discomfort that you may be feeling.

Acknowledge this sensation and consider how the sensation has affected your life.

Notice how the pain has been part of your experience and how it has changed your outlook.

I invite you to explore the feeling of pain without judgment,

Observing how it feels,

How it moves throughout your body,

And if you can be with the pain,

Understanding that it resides within your body and it can be acknowledged without fear.

Acknowledge that pain is a part of life and that it can be experienced without fear or judgment.

Recall moments of joy and peace that have come in between the moments of pain and feel gratitude for those moments.

I invite you to allow yourself to be with the pain without trying to push it away or ignore it,

Knowing that the pain is part of your experience and that it can be accepted and embraced.

Most importantly,

Know that you are strong enough to handle this pain and that it does not have to define you.

Whenever you feel ready,

Please gently begin to move your body,

Noticing sensations and noticing any subtleties of your breath and changes of your breath.

And as you move through the rest of your day,

Remember to feel proud of yourself for still being able to live life and enjoy your life,

Even though you may experience pain.

Namaste.

First track I've found which really acknowledges chronic pain and considers it's impact, inspiring ✨️
