Breath work for clarity,

Stress relief,

Anxiety relief,

And assisting you in finding solutions to those most challenging moments of life.

This practice will begin with a single inhale and single exhale out of the mouth immediately followed by a double inhale breath and single exhale in between rounds do your best to soften every part of your body teaching the body how to soften and let go of stress there will be a total of three rounds inhaling when you hear one and exhaling when you hear two so to begin either sitting or lying down in the most comfortable position for you and giving yourself permission to release whatever's present whatever's frustrating,

Nagging,

Disappointing,

Shameful,

Or any of those emotions as you breathe knowing that you are safe safe in your body and safe to feel this so let's just begin by focusing on our breath from the belly taking a nice deep breath in through the nose and letting it go dropping your awareness down to your belly just watching the belly expand and relax feeling the shoulders rise and fall and just let your body know right now saying to yourself I feel relaxed I am relaxed I am relaxed I feel soft I feel open and let's prepare for our first round of breathing exhaling completely on your next breath empty empty empty one two one vibrating after this practice. it was such an interesting challenge to have rounds with types of breathing integrated per inner and outer retention. it presented a unique opportunity to acknowledge the tension, and to deliberately place it down and step away from it in my mind, so as to respect what I know while holding space for what I believe is possible. this was also my first intense breathwork session sitting in lotus pose the entire time. really happy with the strength and flexibility I’ve gained after regularly practicing yoga. all in all, I’m immensely grateful for this transcendent practice.
