Instead, you drift into a peaceful awareness where the mind quiets, the body softens, and you return to the simple, natural state of just being. It’s a calm 30-minute reset for the whole system — grounding, soothing, and deeply restorative.

Welcome,

Dear soul,

To this simply being deep rest,

30 minutes that you're giving yourself.

So gently close your eyes,

This is a time of nothing to do,

A time to simply be,

A time to let go of everything you've been carrying,

Letting go of everything you've been doing today,

Letting go of everything you think you still need to do,

Letting go of every expectation,

Every responsibility,

Every thought of what's next.

For these 30 minutes,

These moments,

Nothing is required of you,

You've already given yourself permission,

Getting comfortable in your space,

Making any adjustments to be more comfortable.

In this time of simply being in deep rest,

There is nothing to do,

Nothing to hold onto,

Simply being aware of what's happening in this moment,

Right here,

Right now,

Let your awareness begin to soften,

Let the outer world become quieter,

And your attention gently turn inwards,

You may notice more of what is happening in your inner world,

Thoughts drifting through,

Emotions rising or falling,

Sensations moving through your body,

And you know you don't have to change anything,

In this time you don't have to fix anything,

Simply notice,

If there are many thoughts,

That's perfectly fine,

There's nothing wrong with a busy mind,

Don't resist the thoughts,

Don't push them away,

But don't follow them either,

Just let them come,

And just let them go,

As effortless as clouds passing through the sky,

Simply be the one that is aware of what is happening,

No need to label,

No need to evaluate,

Whatever is here is allowed to be here,

In this time,

There is nothing that needs to be different,

Nothing that needs to be improved,

Nothing that needs to be fixed,

You are simply observing your experiences,

Moment by moment,

Letting go of any inner resistance,

Letting go of any urge to control your experience,

Letting go of the subtle effort to make something happen,

This is a time to rest in being,

Just being,

Perhaps emotions are present,

Softly follow them,

Let them be felt without pushing them aside,

Let them rise,

And then let them fall,

Just like waves on the shore,

Notice how your body feels,

Notice sensations,

Warmth,

Coolness,

Heaviness,

Tingling,

Just noticing,

Become aware of your breath,

It's gentle moving in,

And it's gentle moving out,

Nothing forced,

Nothing directed,

Just breath happening on its own,

Simply being aware,

Simply resting in presence,

Simply allowing everything to be exactly as it is,

Moments of stillness,

Moments of thoughts,

Moments of sensations,

Everything is welcome,

Simply being,

Simply being,

Simply being,

Perhaps you scan through the body,

If tension appears,

Let it go,

Allow the muscles to loosen,

Allow the breath to stay soft,

Let yourself feel what you've been carrying,

Let it be here,

Let it be held,

Let yourself sink into deeper rest,

Instead of resisting it,

Give in to the weariness,

Give in to the softness,

Let everything be exactly as it is,

If emotions arise,

Let them be here too,

Not to fix them,

Not to change them,

Allowing them to rest,

Here you don't have to do anything,

You don't have to be anything,

You just rest,

You just soften,

Your body knows how to rest,

Your mind knows how to rest,

When you allow,

You stop trying,

So let yourself drop into deeper stillness,

There is nothing required,

And the music will continue while you stay here,

Resting as long as you need,

Just resting,

Restoring your body,

Mind and spirit,

The music will continue,

And I will bring you back at the right time,

So simply be,

And let go,

And now slowly bring your awareness back into the day,

This meditation is gently coming to a close,

Take a moment to feel into your body,

The weight of it,

The contact with the ground beneath you,

The stillness around you,

When you are ready,

Begin to move a little,

Stretch softly,

Take a deeper breath in,

And let it go,

Letting your body wake up slowly,

The invitation is to give yourself a hug,

Give yourself gratitude for this sacred rest,

You are ready for the rest of your day,
