There you are,
You lovable being.
Hello and welcome to this caring space dedicated to you.
You did it.
You chose to take a moment for yourself.
A moment to breathe,
To connect and to listen.
Let's take a moment to acknowledge this.
Before we go any further,
Let your body retake its place.
I would like to invite you to find a comfortable position,
A nice straight spine,
Sitting,
Standing or even laying,
Wherever you are,
Whatever feels best right now.
Let's take one long deep breath,
Inhale through your nose,
Hold and exhale through your mouth.
Let's do it one more time.
Fill your lungs slowly and deeply,
Hold and exhale through your mouth.
One last time,
Fill your lungs as much as you can,
Inhale,
Hold and exhale through your mouth.
That's it.
Now you can come back to the natural rhythm of your breath.
Take a moment here.
You've got nothing to do,
Nowhere to go,
Nothing to change.
Just being here is enough.
Let your body settle in its own way.
No need to check,
No need to observe,
No need to understand.
Just allow gravity to do its work.
Whatever is present right now can stay exactly as it is.
Right now,
Nothing is required from you.
Feel the simple fact of being here,
The weight of your body,
The subtle movement of your breath.
Be completely still for a moment,
Except for the natural movement of your breath.
Let your body rest into this stillness and notice how the breath moves on its own,
Life happening naturally,
Without any effort.
This is the place beneath the world,
The place where nothing is required from you,
The place you don't have to look for,
Because it is always here.
Stay here for a moment.
And from this place,
From the depth of yourself,
You can gently sense the path you've just walked,
The months that have passed,
The days that you have lived.
There is nothing to analyze,
Nothing to judge.
It's just a quiet recognition,
A quiet sense of it.
And now,
From this quiet space,
I would like to invite you to turn toward what's ahead.
I would like to invite you to feel it.
The idea is not to set a goal,
Is not to make a plan.
It's to feel what your body,
What your mind,
And what your soul aspires to for the coming times.
You can ask yourself gently,
What do I deeply need?
Not what should be done,
Not what sounds right,
But what truly supports me,
What can carry me,
Inspire me,
Both in ease and in challenge.
What am I naturally moving toward,
Even without trying?
Stay a moment with these questions.
There is no need to answer them right now,
Just to observe what emerges.
What emerges?
Is there something beginning to appear?
A sensation?
An emotion?
Or maybe a word?
A beautiful,
Inspiring word?
It might appear clearly.
It might appear slowly.
Or it might not appear at all.
And all of this is perfectly fine.
There is no rush here.
The answer is always within you.
You just need to let it emerge.
If something appears,
A sensation,
An emotion,
Or a word,
Let it settle.
Feel how it lands in you,
And let it grow through you,
Through your body,
Through your body,
Through your mind,
And through your soul.
It is not there to demand anything of you.
It is simply here to inspire you,
To support you,
To accompany you,
And guide your journey for the coming times.
I invite you to come back to this space whenever you need.
You can check if the word is still aligned with your feelings.
You can see if it has shifted,
Or you could even let a new one emerge.
Nothing is set in stone.
Life is in a perpetual renewal,
And so are you.
I invite you to stay with it for another moment,
Or to nurture the space where it will one day appear.
And when you feel ready,
You can gently widen your awareness again.
Pay attention to the space around you,
The sounds,
The light,
And your body.
Before ending this meditation,
I invite you to take one more deep breath,
And let go of anything you wish.
That's it.
You just connected with your body,
Your mind,
And your soul with this moment of deep presence.
I wish you a beautiful way back to your day.
Thank you for your presence today.
I am Thiphaine from Happy Phonemes,
And I hope to read you and see you again whenever you feel the need.
