Hello,

Beautiful being,

And welcome to this guided meditation,

Waters of Ease and Flow.

So I invite you to get your physical body comfortable,

Finding a position where you can relax and just allow your body to get super comfortable as you're settling into your position.

And as you're arriving in your space,

Take a deep,

Full breath in through the nose.

And then exhale fully through the mouth,

Maybe even making a soft sound.

Relax your body a little more,

Soften and let go.

And just take a couple of exhales and inhales in your own time,

Making sound,

Slowing down,

Turning inward naturally,

Gradually.

Very good,

And I invite you to now gently close your eyes.

And with your eyes closed,

I want you to use your imagination to visualize that you're floating in water.

Just allow whatever body of water comes to mind first,

Completely natural and free to embrace you.

Maybe you're being gently rocked by the ocean and you can feel yourself held by the waves gently washing over you in a soothing,

Soft rhythm.

Or maybe you see yourself lying in a gentle river with the water flowing over your body as you're gently being carried by the current of the water,

Floating.

Or maybe you feel yourself floating in a pond embedded in the songs of the birds around you and feel that you're held by this body of the water and the songs of the birds.

So whatever body of water you're finding yourself in,

Really connect with the feeling of resting into being held by the water.

Just feel how good it feels to be held.

And I want you now to imagine yourself dissolving into the water,

Especially letting go of any tension,

Doubt,

Worry,

Thoughts,

Or anxiety,

Simply allowing for all these sensations to dissolve into the water.

And I want you to use all your senses,

Really feeling the water against your skin,

Noticing the different sounds around you,

Perceiving the blue sky above you and the space between the sky and your physical body floating in water.

And also feel the sunshine kissing your skin.

Feel the warmth of the sun on your skin.

And as you deeply immerse yourself in this feeling,

In this opening up,

You are settling more and more into resting and being nourished by the water.

And notice as you're held by the water and as you allow yourself to let go more,

You can more easily see what's happening inside of your being.

Feeling yourself held by the water,

You can let go and soften a little more.

And I invite you to open up to the following questions,

Not in an attempt to try to figure something out or in an effort to understand,

But tapping into the wisdom of your being,

Tapping into the wisdom of your heart,

Asking your soul heart to help you to know,

To understand and feel,

Receive and experience the answer.

So the first question I want you to ask yourself as you're evoking the soft and loving embrace from the water,

The deep sense of being held is,

What parts of me are frozen or stagnant?

Just feel into your body and stay connected to the wisdom of your heart and explore simply your energy with this simple question,

What parts of me are frozen or stagnant?

Just be curious and remain open.

Scan your being as you float in this body of water,

Allowing the sense of being held and supported and notice if there's any place where you feel any tension holding,

A sense of being frozen or stagnant.

And if you meet such an area,

Gently bring in the loving energy of the waters to help melt that area a little or create flow in that area.

Humbly ask the waters to help you create more ease and flow in your body,

To help clear,

Melt,

Soften and create movement of any frozen or stagnant areas in your being.

And just keep opening more into the sense of ease and flow,

Inviting the waters of the ocean,

The lake,

The river to help you to move,

Release,

Melt and soften any frozen or stagnant places in your being.

Beautiful,

You're doing really great.

And as you continue to rest in the water,

Allow yourself to be held and nurtured.

And I want you now to visualize yourself moving through a regular day in your life as the second question is really about how you are in the world.

So I want you to ask yourself from this resting supportive place,

Where do I need more of a sacred container to hold my center?

So just allow any areas of your life where you're maybe spilled over into taking care of another or maybe pleasing others or being something that you're not just for the sake of being accepted or belonging to arise in front of your inner eye.

Where do I need to create more of a sacred container to hold the sacredness of my inner truth?

That sacred container is a mindfulness of your dreams,

What you want to create,

What you want to bring forth,

Honoring your unique gifts.

It's a setting of boundaries to support you in becoming more of your radiant,

Relaxed,

Resourceful,

Resilient,

Caring and loving divine self.

It's the fierce aspect of compassion and love,

Paving the way for more love,

For more truth.

So ask yourself again,

Where do I need more of a sacred container to help me hold my center?

Just open up to any words,

Images or feelings to help answer this question.

And take in this information completely free and open.

And whether it's words or sensing,

Feeling,

Or maybe a picture.

Just allow whatever wants to be seen to receive it in the space of openness and softness.

And maybe you don't get any answer at all right now.

And that's very okay and perfectly fine too.

Just hold this question close to your heart,

Creating space for the answer to drop in as you move through the rest of your day.

And in your own time,

The answer will arise,

Trust.

Very good,

You're doing so beautiful.

So continue to rest,

Relax,

Soften,

Really sensing that beautiful holding of water that you're resting into,

Resting into the holding of the ocean,

The river,

Or the lake.

Feel the deep nourishing,

The loving embrace.

And I invite you now to open up to the last question.

As you're floating and being held by the water,

I want you to put both hands on your heart if it feels good for you,

Gently,

Softly.

Put both hands on your heart and just rest here for a moment,

Feeling the warmth of your hand against your chest and feeling your heart pounding from inside against your chest.

And allow yourself to open up to this last question.

How can I own my innate heart-centered wisdom?

How can I hold?

How can I own?

How can I empower my innate heart-centered wisdom?

And again,

Continuing to rest into being held by the waters,

Start opening up,

Not from your mind,

But from your heart and from your gut,

From your own inner guidance,

Listening for how you can own your innate heart-centered wisdom.

Breathing deeply and opening,

Taking in the guidance or information that might come as words,

A feeling sense,

An image,

Or an inner knowing into your being.

Just be open to receive.

Beautiful.

You're doing so beautifully.

And I want you to imagine now that you can dive down into the water.

You can go underwater and really let yourself be cleansed and purified as you swim underwater,

As you float.

Just really feeling the cleansing,

The wetness,

The clearing of the water,

The freshness.

And when you're ready,

Gently pop back up and come onto the shore,

Feeling the sense of being reborn,

Of being renewed,

Just being fresh,

Clear.

And feel the sense of perfection,

Wholeness that is always there.

And there's really no right or wrong here.

Just allow yourself to deeply connect with your inner essence,

Opening to your own receptivity,

Opening into and creating more ease and flow in your life as you deepen into your inner essence,

As you deepen into the space of the heart.

And when you're ready and in your own time,

You can gently bring yourself into this place and time.

Just back,

Coming back into this space around you,

Gently opening your eyes whenever it feels good,

Integrating yourself back into the room you're in,

Maybe wiggling fingers and toes.

And as you bring yourself back,

Hold that feeling sense of embodying your inner essence,

Of being held by love and life,

And remain connected to the space of the heart.

And whenever you're ready,

I invite you to take some time to journal,

To write down any insights from this meditation.

And you can find the three questions again in the comments section to deepen your insights and further contemplate,

And just to allow further wisdom from your inner being,

From your inner essence,

From your heart to spring forth.

Thank you so much for joining and showing up for yourself.

All my love.

Have a beautiful,

Very beautiful day.
