As a helper,

Your well-being is paramount.

Looking after yourself and nurturing yourself first will allow you to serve others with greater impact.

During this reflection time,

We'll consider an inspired action plan that can help you connect with your well-being and resilience and allow you to nurture yourself,

Knowing that when you nurture yourself first,

You help others with greater and deeper understanding.

Take a moment to get yourself settled,

Just relax,

Get comfortable,

Sit wherever you're sitting,

Lie wherever you're lying and enjoy this little reflection space which has been made especially for you because you are loved and cherished.

Take a few deep breaths to let your mind settle down.

If it feels comfortable to do so,

Put a hand on your heart and a hand on your tummy and just allow your breathing to fall into a rhythmic pattern.

Remember that this is a judgment-free zone,

That whatever thoughts and insights come to you,

Be curious and be gentle with yourself.

Your wisdom is guiding you always.

First of all,

Let's check in with what questions you have.

Allow your mind to bring forth the question that you have about your health or well-being.

And now,

Check in with yourself,

Ask yourself,

What can I do about that?

What one baby step can I take to help me with this challenge?

Allow your inner guide to come forth with the answer.

Remember no judgments,

No embarrassment,

Just allow.

Just allow.

If the thought or idea is surprising to you,

That's okay.

If it's confusing to you,

Ask yourself,

How could I make this simpler?

Try to not analyze any thoughts or feelings that you're having.

In this second part,

Remind yourself to relax,

Let your mind settle down.

Concentrate on your breathing.

Know that you are loved and cherished.

Now,

Allow a challenge or question you have to come to mind,

Something that's worrying you or causing you concern.

If there are tears,

Allow the tears to come.

But try not to engage in the thoughts,

In the challenge,

Just allow it to come to mind.

When you're ready,

And you can always press pause on this recording,

If you need more time,

When you're ready,

Ask yourself the question,

What can I do to overcome this challenge?

What can I do to help me overcome this challenge?

What can I do to overcome this challenge?

Or to accept this challenge?

See what comes to mind,

Allow the thoughts and insights to bubble up.

Try not to analyze them or question them.

If the answer is within your control,

And it's something that you can do,

Then that is number two on your inspired action plan.

Now we're going to move into part three.

Take the time to relax again.

Listen to your breathing.

Allow your mind to settle.

The third part is to ask yourself,

What am I worried about?

Allow the thoughts to bubble up.

Allow the tears to come.

And know that it's okay to be worried.

There's no judgment,

No blame.

Give yourself a big hug.

And ask your inner guide,

What do I need to do to accept this worry?

Or what do I need to do to change this worry?

Allow the insights and thoughts to bubble up.

You should have three actions now.

Inspired actions that have come from your inner guide.

Because she knows what you need.

Universal wisdom is speaking through you.

Because you are loved and you are needed.

Your very presence on this earth improves the consciousness of humanity.

Because of who you are,

Not because of what you do.

Allow my words of love,

My feeling of love,

To wrap around you,

Seep into you,

Soothe you.

Allow them to balm you.

Allow love to gently breathe on your face.

Feel me as I hold your hand.

To gently breathe on your face.

Feel me as I hold your hand.

And gently kiss your cheek.

Allow yourself the gift of accepting love.

We're going to end in a moment.

Before we end this reflection time,

Take a moment to acknowledge yourself for giving yourself the time and the love and the appreciation of you as a being.

Know that by looking after yourself,

You can take care of others.

By looking after yourself,

You are contributing to a raised consciousness in humanity.

By looking after yourself,

You are telling the universe that you are worth it,

Even though your human mind may think you're not.

Take a few moments to bring yourself back to the room.

Wiggle your toes.

Wiggle your fingers.

Take a deep,

Deep breath.

Breathe love in and breathe love out.

You can return to this track as often as you like.
