Restless.
Hungry.
Feeling some self hate.
Shame.
A lack of motivation.
A lack of clarity.
Feeling scarcity.
Or perhaps even joyfulness.
Whatever you feel is a-okay.
We're going to take some deep breaths and see if we can let go of some of the pain and come back to faith in the unfolding of life.
In our awareness.
Faith in self love.
Faith in love itself.
That being said,
Getting comfortable my friend.
And close the eyes if you like.
Tuning deeper into your inner space.
Witnessing and welcoming all that's inside.
Taking a deep breath in.
Passing past.
New opportunities to create.
New opportunities to laugh.
New opportunities to heal.
New opportunities to forgive.
Taking a deep breath in.
Breathing in trust.
And exhale letting go of worries.
Coming back to believing in yourself as you breathe in.
And exhale letting go of fear.
Feeling fear.
Leave the mind.
Leave the body.
As you breathe in love for yourself.
And exhale love for other people.
Doing good my friend.
Stay with me.
Aware of your posture as you breathe in.
And exhale with awareness.
Breathing into the belly.
And exhale relaxing the belly.
Softening the face.
Relaxing the jaw.
The lips.
The forehead.
It's safe to close the eyes.
Looking in.
Taking a deep breath.
Breathing in intuition.
And exhale letting go of confusion.
Self doubt.
The inner critic.
Breathing in compassion.
And exhale letting go of disappointment,
Anger,
Sadness.
Breathing in joyfulness.
And exhale.
And inhale.
And exhale.
Breathing in slower and softer.
And exhale even slower,
Even softer.
Dropping the shoulders away from the ears.
Relaxing the hands.
Relaxing the feet.
Feeling the still ground beneath you.
Becoming aware of your posture.
Aware of how you sat.
Aware of your awareness itself.
Your mind has been wanting to think.
Now is the time to let your mind be totally free to think.
Taking a deep breath in.
Holding that breath at the top.
Becoming aware of your body.
Aware of your posture.
And exhale let go.
Continuing to allow the mind to be totally free.
So if you want to think,
Just allowing the mind to think.
Drifting back into awareness.
Softening the face.
Softening the belly.
Open down from the head into the heart space.
Feeling your heartbeat.
Know that you're breathing.
Know that you're alive.
We live to see another day.
But it won't always be that way.
Feeling your shoulders relax.
Feeling the mind become more loose.
So take one last deep breath for now.
The color for today.
