Welcome my friend,

You're tuned in to channel OMHAIKU,

I'm your host MAMUN,

Back with another music meditation just to soothe,

Just to relax,

Just for you,

Just for you if you've been feeling anxious,

Depressed,

Angry,

Insecure,

Lonely,

Tired,

Restless,

Feeling fed up with work or school,

Feeling confused,

Unmotivated,

Or perhaps even joyful.

We're gonna take some deep breaths and see if we can come back to trust,

Trust in our awareness,

Trust in the unfolding of life.

That being said,

Getting comfortable,

Becoming aware of how you're set,

Aware of your posture,

You can gently close the eyes,

Tuning deeper into your inner world,

Taking a deep breath in,

A deep breath out,

Breathing new life,

New energy,

And exhale letting go of past,

Every cell in the body breathing in,

Every cell in the body exhale releasing,

Letting go,

Breathing in love for yourself,

And exhaling love for others,

And a deep breath out,

Breathing new life,

New energy,

And exhale letting go,

Breathing in trust,

And exhale letting go of worries,

Breathing in faith in yourself,

And exhaling faith in others,

Breathing in intuition,

Breathing in joyfulness,

And exhale letting go of sadness,

Despair,

Disappointment,

Breathing into the belly,

And exhale relaxing the belly,

Breathing into the heart,

And exhale opening the heart,

Breathing in compassion,

And exhale letting go of anger,

Feeling anger,

Frustrations,

Leave the mind,

Leave the body,

As you breathe in patience and understanding,

And exhale letting go,

Letting go of self-doubt,

Letting go of self-hatred,

Coming back into self-love,

Coming back into trust,

As you breathe in,

And breathe out,

And a deep breath out,

Relaxing the shoulders,

Relaxing the hands and feet,

Relaxing the belly,

Relaxing the face,

The jaw,

The lips,

The forehead,

Relaxing the mind,

Not minding the mind,

But letting it unwind,

Stay with me,

Aware of your body,

Aware of your posture,

As you breathe in,

Natural for the mind to drift,

Drifting back into awareness,

As you breathe in through the nose,

Witnessing and welcoming whatsoever is inside,

Holding the breath at the top,

Taking a deep breath in,

Holding the breath at the top,

Becoming aware of your presence,

As you hold the breath,

And very slow,

Very soft,

Exhale,

Let go,

Allowing your mind to be totally free,

As you observe the movement of thoughts,

The movement of the rise and fall of your breath,

Observing very gently,

And taking a deep breath in,

Way to stay with it my friend,

So happy you would join me today,

Sending you encouragement on your path,

Remember that fear is not a good guide,

To make decisions out of fear,

To make anything out of fear,

Is not leading to anything that fruitful,

Breathing into the nose,

Exhaling out the mouth,

Breathing into the nose,

And exhaling,

Letting go,

Letting go of stress,

Letting go of negativity,

Letting go of insecurities,

As you come back to trust,

As you come back to love,

Taking a deep breath in,

And a deep breath out,

And breathing out,

And the color for today is indigo,

The number is 101,

And the animal,

Are you ready for it?

The animal for today is a llama,

And thank you for joining me across time and space,

I hope this video has been calming,

Soothing,

Resourcefulness,

Consciousness,

Being aware,

Being present,

It's not easy thing to do,

Especially when we are harping about the past,

Or projecting into the future,

We're missing this moment with all of its gifts,

With all of its splendor,

We overlook the beauty of life by being caught in the past,

And in the future,

I know for myself,

I can get caught in the future,

In the past,

Many times throughout the day,

But my practice is just very gently coming back to the present,

Not being beating myself up too much about future tripping,

Acknowledging that the mind is just trying to support me by thinking of what could happen,

Or couldn't happen,

But with my awareness guiding my mind to the present,

Having love for the mind as well,

It's a beautiful instrument,

Don't forget that,

That the mind is beautiful,

Very powerful,

Very helpful,

When we're the master,

Not the servant,

May we enjoy this phase,

This current stage we're in,

Experience some inner spaces,

Spaciousness inside,

Some inner faith,

Some trust,

And with that,
