We will be using the modality of tapping along with the five guiding principles of Reiki energy healing through these simple yet powerful affirmations.

Begin by tapping the side of your hand,

Signaling to the body that we are getting ready for our practice.

Begin to think of any challenge or negative emotion that you might be feeling.

It might be I'm tired,

Irritable,

Upset with someone,

Worried,

Whatever it is that is coming to you in this moment.

And as you continue to tap,

Think about where you are on an emotional scale,

The intensity of the problem you are facing and how you are feeling with 10 being the highest intensity.

And reflect on this statement to start,

Even though I am facing this difficulty,

I deeply and completely love and accept myself.

Even though I am facing this difficulty,

I deeply and completely love and honor myself.

Even though I am facing this difficulty,

I deeply and completely love and accept myself.

As we continue the tapping sequence,

You can use just your pointer and middle finger.

Some people like to do this using both hands,

I prefer to just use the dominant hand,

Whatever feels most comfortable for you.

And we will continue to tap right between the eyebrows,

Your third eye,

Your seat of intuition.

Just for today,

Or even just this moment,

I will let go of worry.

And now tap the side of the eye.

Just for today,

I will let go of anger beneath the eye.

Just for today,

I will do my work with authenticity and purpose.

Meaning that whatever task you might be involved in,

Mundane,

Fun,

Or serious,

You will do it with dedication,

Creativity,

Or love,

Maybe even leaving a piece of yourself in your work.

Tap below the nose.

Just for today,

I will give thanks for my many blessings.

Thank you,

Thank you,

Thank you.

Right above the chin.

Just for today,

I will be kind to myself and every living being.

Right above the collarbone.

Just for today,

Or even just in this moment,

I will let go of worry.

And then tap your side body right beneath the underarm.

Just for today,

I will let go of anger.

And let's pause here for a moment and take a big breath in,

Holding at the top,

Tending to yourself in this moment,

Holding space for yourself,

And big breath out.

And we will start the sequence again,

This time starting at the crown,

Tapping the top center of your head.

Just for today,

I will do my work consciously and with purpose and soul from the heart with devotion,

With passion.

Between the eyebrows.

Just for today,

I will give thanks for my many blessings.

Thank you,

Thank you.

Side of the eye.

Just for today,

I will be kind to myself and every living being.

Tap below the eye.

Just for today,

I will let go of worry.

Below the nose.

Just for today,

I will let go of anger.

Above the chin.

Just for today,

I will do my work consciously,

With purpose and authenticity,

With undivided attention and love.

Collarbone.

Just for today,

I will give thanks for my many blessings.

Thank you.

And lastly,

The side body,

Right underneath the underarm.

Just for today,

I will be kind to myself and all living beings.

And again,

Pause here,

Check in with yourself,

And take a nice easy breath in,

Holding at the top,

And big breath out.

Take a moment here to check that intensity scale again,

From 1 to 10.

Notice where you're at,

And if you have felt any energetic or emotional shift on that scale,

Even the slightest,

Even the smallest change.

While thinking of that issue that we began with,

If you feel like you need more,

You can always continue the tapping sequence until you feel a little lighter,

A little closer to where you would like to be energetically.

Helping yourself with compassion as you continue to show up for yourself again and again.

Wishing you so much peace as you continue with your day.

Ashe,

And so it is.

Namaste.

Thank you thank you. This was calming and affirming. I have done tapping in a group before but never alone. It had a different significance and for the first time I think it helped.
