Welcome to your sacred stillness.

As you notice while being still,

See what you can experience through your senses,

With your higher self present,

Your guides,

All of the highest benevolent beings present,

See what you notice in your vision,

Through your hearing,

Audibly around you.

Perhaps if there's sounds that you feel like expressing through the stillness,

If you notice any smells,

Or perhaps you're even touching something that you feel the stillness through,

Taking the time to feel the slowing down,

Like when you are outside and you hear the humming,

And there's always the movement even when you're sitting still,

Present to what's around you,

You may be in stillness in physical form and also connected to the movement around,

Through birdsong,

Through sounds of a plane,

Sounds of a cricket,

Or an animal,

Or a pet,

Or the wind.

Noticing how there can be movement amidst the stillness,

The beating of your heart,

The sounds of your tummy,

Different muscles or joints as you might shift your position,

Sounds of your breath coming in and out,

Bringing this awareness to your day-to-day life,

That in your stillness or taking a pause,

That life is continuing around you and yet also in flow without you,

Yet integrated with you.

So your heart is continuing to beat,

Your blood is flowing,

Your tummy is digesting along with other digestive organs,

Your breath through your lungs is happening,

Your eyes are moving even if they're closed,

The cilia and hairs in your ear are still inviting the sounds.

If you're outside,

The hair might be moving in the wind,

Allowing the stillness to be beautiful.

As you are being,

The guides are swiping any debris,

Any beliefs,

Productivity,

Around laziness,

Around judgments or criticisms,

Around defining language that comes up when you may go to stillness,

Or resist going to stillness of all the reasons why you can't,

The excuses,

The shoulds,

Well I would but,

Or if I didn't have to do X,

Y,

Or Z,

Then I could.

And they're allowing those to move all the way from the center of the head,

Clearing the occiput,

In the center of the pineal,

And they're also sweeping from there on the back and the front side of the body,

So both the unconscious and the conscious,

Moving slowly down from the center of the head.

And as if like a feather is swiping one of those feather brooms,

It's just removing down the spinal cord,

Sweeping it off.

A reminder that even if small bursts of stillness,

That these will help solidify the release so to come back to these even momentary times of stillness,

Where it's quiet where you are,

Like that quiet in the middle of the night,

Or the quiet when there is no internet,

When the power goes out,

The quiet and stillness you may feel when looking at a fire,

Or a flame of a candle,

Where you get lost in the illumination,

Or when you're looking towards the sun and feeling it,

Or when you look at a horizon along a beach or a beautiful mountain view,

Connecting your breath with these images,

And the images that you may see,

What this is evoking for you,

Connecting the breath with those.

And you may not see or hear or experience anything in particular,

But it may just be a feeling for you.

Or you may be working as the kites are clearing,

You may be working with a loop of thought that keeps cycling back.

And that's the practice of quieting the mind,

Coming into stillness,

But just like our blood moves as we're in stillness,

Our heart beats,

Our thoughts may be thinking.

And so we are just being with that and allowing it,

Like the breath to come in and out,

There it is,

And there it goes.

There they are,

Cascades of thoughts,

There they go,

In and out.

Notice any fatigue that may arise from slowing down.

Notice if it stirs the belief systems around laziness,

Or taking a nap or slowing down,

Or you'll lose your productivity,

You'll lose your edge.

What will you lose by doing this?

Kites are allowing more of that to clear,

To shift,

And to open through the stillness for more divine inspiration,

For connection with new ideas,

New ways of being,

New solutions to issues that have arisen,

And to the action of being courageous through the stillness.

Beautiful.

Notice any sensations moving through,

Notice if you experience a taste in your mouth,

If your mouth is dry.

And also notice the,

If there's certain topics or themes that you get distracted by.

So perhaps you're going to your to-do list,

Or to food,

Or to other bodily sensations that are taking you outside of the stillness,

And recognizing that all of these things are part of it.

And using the stillness to build a new bridge to that,

Of possibilities,

Of expansion.

Clearing anything at the tummy,

Solar plexus,

Around confidence,

Self-doubt,

Any,

I'm not going to do it right,

I haven't done it right.

The what-ifs,

Just allowing that to move.

Coming back to the breath,

Clearing at the sacrum,

Down in the lower part,

Across your hips in the back,

And they're infusing golden and silver cord,

Light.

They're wrapping it,

Twisting them together around the body,

The spinal cord.

Wonderful.

Noticing even if you fall asleep or you feel dozy,

Allowing that to be part of the stillness,

That the guides are still working with your energy,

Still releasing any resistance,

Any of the beliefs that arise.

Like all the others,

You can listen to this.

Imagine just holding it to the heart,

Bringing it to the third eye,

In the middle of your forehead,

And your belly,

Around the belly button,

Center of your body,

Allowing the infusion of the scent,

If your flower has a scent.

And imagining stems as if it were a climber type of plant that can weave around different surfaces.

So it might be called an invasive in certain species,

But this is a creating way of invading with the light of the flowers,

The song,

And the stillness,

The quiet.

It's beautiful.

Bringing this feeling of quiet with you,

Feeling your feet on the earth,

Or if you're lying down,

Feeling your back body against the surface,

Allowing yourself to feel whatever surface is below you,

Whether you're sitting,

Or lying down,

Feeling that support,

And knowing that you truly are supported in your own stillness,

And that when it is feeling like too much in your life,

Or when you're feeling overwhelmed,

To listen again,

To remember that you're worth taking this time,

And that all of the elements and guides,

Animals,

Everybody,

You're thanked for doing that.

And gifts are bestowed upon you,

And starting with a quieter mind and body,

Calm,

And you can wiggle your fingers and toes.

When you feel ready,

You can open your eyes,

And enjoy.
