This guided meditation takes you on a profound journey into the mystery of existence. You will begin with gentle breathwork and relaxation, then sink into a deep inner sleep where body, thoughts, and memories fade into pure emptiness. From this stillness, the dream of life begins to arise. You will experience how forgetting your true self creates challenges, struggle, and suffering—and how gratitude, presence, and following your joy transform the dream into bliss. Step by step, you awaken to the truth that you are not the dream body or the story, but the eternal dreamer who never dies. This meditation will help you: Relax deeply with breath and awareness. Release identification with the ego. Understand the role of contrast in growth. Cultivate gratitude and joy in daily life. Realize your eternal nature beyond all dreams. Come with an open heart, and rest in the peace of your timeless being.

Let's begin with three deep breaths.

Inhale slowly and exhale slowly through your mouth.

Again,

Inhale deeply and exhale extremely slowly through your mouth.

One last time,

Inhale and hold it for a moment.

Now exhale.

Please close your eyes.

Let your shoulders drop.

Let your body soften.

Let your mind relax.

Now imagine that you are going to sleep.

Feel everything fading.

The outside world is disappearing from your experience.

Your body disappearing.

Feelings dissolving.

That you are in a deep sleep.

You're not even conscious that you exist or not.

In this state,

In your experience,

There is no world.

There is no body.

There is no name.

No past.

No story.

Just absolute emptiness.

Nothing to see.

Nothing to experience.

No becoming.

Just absolute silence.

As pure awareness.

Beyond form.

Beyond time.

A dream begins to rise within this field of awareness.

You feel something new.

A sense of I am.

I exist.

A sense of being conscious.

You have a body again,

But it's not the same.

This is a dream body.

A projection inside this dream world.

In this dream,

You have forgotten who you really are.

You have forgotten that this is just a dream.

You are fully identified with this dream character as me.

Life here feels hard.

Everything seems unfair,

Heavy,

And confusing.

You face deep challenges.

You suffer.

You cry sometimes.

You cry sometimes.

You question everything.

You don't know why it's happening.

You have forgotten.

You have forgotten the bigger picture.

And the more you complain,

The more painful this dream becomes.

It may feel endless.

But then,

Suddenly,

The dream ends.

Your dream character dies in this dream.

Everything goes blank again.

Once again,

You return to the state of deep sleep.

No story.

No identity.

Just stillness.

Another dream begins.

In this dream,

You start to learn.

You begin to shift.

You are still facing challenges.

But something is different.

You are learning to respond with gratitude.

You are learning to be present.

Instead of asking,

Why me?

You start asking,

What is this teaching me?

You begin to follow what feels good.

You move toward your joy.

And the dream responds.

It becomes lighter,

More beautiful.

You are starting to understand.

The more you stay in joy,

The more joyful life becomes.

And with this awareness,

You begin to remember.

This is all a dream.

You have been through countless dreams,

Each with a new body.

A new story.

A new world.

But the you who is dreaming.

Only the dream body dissolves.

Only the story changes.

You are eternal.

You are the one watching all dreams.

There is nowhere to go.

Nothing to rush toward.

Nothing is missing.

You are the dreamer.

The eternal witness.

Now,

You see clearly.

This mind you use in the dream.

It's not you.

It's designed to make you believe.

That this dream is real.

And it's doing that job perfectly.

There is nothing wrong with it.

Nothing to fix.

Your mind only suffers.

When it resists the reality.

When the mind resists what is.

When the mind insists.

That my preference.

Is the only way things should happen.

That creates the friction.

Against what is.

As soon as you accept.

Each moment.

Fully.

The suffering ends.

Peace returns.

Because peace.

Is your nature.

Joy.

Is your nature.

Love.

Is your nature.

Let go now.

Rest.

As the eternal dreamer.

No need to hold on to any story.

No need to struggle with the mind.

Let everything be as it is.

You are here.

You are now.

You are free.

You may now return.

Slowly.

To the waking state.

The dream may still continue.

But now.

You remember.
