So go ahead and find yourself in a comfortable seated position in a nice quiet place where you will have no interruptions.

Close your eyes and just begin to focus on your breath.

Feel your breath coming in and out of your body.

Begin lengthening your breath.

Inhaling expanding your belly.

Exhale bringing your belly in towards your spine.

Lengthening all your muscles,

Your jaw,

Your face,

Your eyes.

As you sit here,

Begin to connect with your present self.

So sometimes we tend to live in the past.

Sometimes we live in the future and we're way too ahead of ourselves.

But we want to find that nice balance right in between everything.

And just connect with your present self right now at this moment.

Just by doing nothing else but sitting here and breathing.

If any thoughts begin to come into your mind,

Just simply accept them and just let them be.

You don't have to respond to them.

And just bring your awareness back to your breath.

Begin to feel a deep sense of gratitude.

Feel how grateful you are.

And begin to feel a sense of love.

Feel this abundant loving energy flowing through your body,

Through your mind,

Through your soul.

And let this energy guide you throughout all your actions.

Let your actions be led by love and gratitude.

Stay connected to your breath.

Now let's go ahead and do three releasing breaths.

So let's inhale deeply and we're going to exhale,

Sighing out of our mouths.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Letting it all go.

Inhale.

Exhale.

One last time,

Inhale and exhale.

Let's begin to bring our awareness to our physical body,

To our presence,

To your connection with the surface that you're sitting on.

Begin to move your hands and your feet.

Wiggle your fingers,

Rolling your shoulders back and forth very gently,

Turning your head side to side.

And when you're ready,

You can go ahead and open your eyes.

Give yourself a nice smile.

Let's bring our hands into prayer in front of our hearts.

I hope you carry this meditation with you throughout your day and you maintain a wonderful state of inner peace.

Namaste.
