Hello,

Hello everyone and welcome to the special Equinox Mind,

Body,

Spirit meditation to align,

Shine,

And celebrate Spirit.

As you know,

Unless you're listening to this and you don't know me,

I'm Debbie Tadel from Spirit Light Insight,

Clairvoyant readings and mentoring,

And I will be your guide for this really different meditation that we will be doing.

I sort of shifted it in the last 24 to 48 hours into an incredibly powerful space where we're not just aligning mind,

Body,

And spirit to align and shine,

But we also are aligning with the four elements of the earth for a really enriching experience.

So tomorrow,

September 22nd,

2022,

If you're listening to this in another time,

At 803 is the actual Equinox.

I'm going to be talking about the Equinox and what it is and how it differs from the solstice and things like that a little bit down in the meditation.

But for the next hour or so,

We're going to be restoring harmony and balance.

As we mentioned,

There's a lot of energy out there.

There's a lot of fear energy.

Earlier today,

I had an experience where I was meditating and I saw a giant mudslide in the center of my head.

So maybe you also have been experiencing some sort of mudslide in the center of your head or at least experiencing a lot of energy.

The other thing I noticed is an extreme buzziness.

And I don't know how to describe it any more than that,

But it's kind of like feelings like a little bit anxious and a little bit wired up.

And that seems to be around as well.

So in this meditation,

You're going to have an opportunity to create more space for yourself and align with your energy and the energy of the earth.

So as with all my meditations,

I'm going to start out with some of the guidelines.

Again,

For those who don't usually come or don't come all the time,

But hopefully you're all in a nice,

Quiet,

Distraction-free place.

And as you listen or follow along,

Please be seated comfortably upright with your feet on the floor.

Put a pillow behind your back if that's comfortable.

If this is a different kind of a meditation practice for you,

Just give this one a try.

There's a purpose to kind of how and what you're aligning to and with.

And so by being seated in a chair with your feet on the floor,

You're already starting that alignment.

So give yourself a breath and settle in as we embark on a journey into self and more specifically to bring balance and alignment to our energy,

Our chakras,

Our aura,

Our subtle energy bodies,

Our mind,

Body,

And spirit.

So let us get you here.

Definitely close your eyes and give yourself a breath.

Just begin to settle in.

Notice any thoughts that are going through your mind and just let them be there.

And just recognize that there's nothing you need to fix or change during the next,

Say,

45 minutes or so.

And just simply breathe and connect with your body.

Notice your feet on the floor and how that sensation is with them just sitting there.

And you can actually just wiggle your toes and just really get that feel for that connection with the ground.

And breathe into the present moment.

As those thoughts go through your mind,

Just recognize you don't have to do anything with them.

Just notice them.

And notice your breath as you move,

As it moves in and out.

Breathe in,

Exhale.

And if there's anything that's uncomfortable,

Just go ahead and breathe into it.

And just begin to say hello to your physical body as it is,

Exactly as it is.

Nothing to fix or change.

Bodies are amazing.

They do amazing things.

They carry us through the day.

And noticing the body is a great way to be in present time because that's the only place that a body can exist in the here and now.

And in the here and now.

Your body cannot be in the past or the future.

Although I'll be the first one to sign up for that time machine when that exists so that my body can move.

And even then,

I'm not so sure it would be the body in that place.

It's going to be the mind,

Mostly,

Right?

What we see and experience.

But our thoughts can be in the past or future,

Just never the body.

So go ahead and wiggle those fingers and toes and experience the various sensations as you reconnect with,

As you all know what I call it,

The human suit.

You can kind of put it on just like a glove where you're just putting your fingers in that finger space.

And you're doing that with your spiritual self.

Give yourself a breath and just rest your attention behind your eyes in the center of your head.

And in fact,

Go ahead and give those eyes a rest in the center of your head.

That third eye,

Give it a rest,

No effort.

And then your physical eyes,

No effort.

And just you be in the center of your head.

And in a way,

You could call the center of your head your imagination station,

Your imagination center.

And so why don't you go ahead and just rest your attention there and imagine you're in a beautiful room that is safe and secure and you can make it exactly the way you want.

If you're in a female body,

You can have a she shed.

If you're in a male,

However you actually we're going to do however you identify with.

If you identify as a woman,

You have a she shed.

If you identify as a man,

You're going to have a he shed.

And if you identify gender neutral,

Then you will have a they,

Them,

She.

Whatever that is for you,

Go ahead and just own that.

And just breathe in and add a little amusement to your breath.

Turn on the little carousel music from a,

You know,

Maybe a carnival of some sort,

But move in in the center of your head.

Go up and go ahead and pull up that chair.

It's your own very chair.

And then in the center of your head,

Go ahead and declare yourself and say,

I am and say your name a couple times.

I am you can say that in your mind's eye,

The body not only likes to hear its name,

But when you declare yourself,

You begin to take ownership of the spaces that are yours.

And now put a smile on your face,

Even if you don't feel like smiling.

Notice those feet on the floor.

You can have your hands in your lap with the palms up.

Notice your breath and any thoughts that might come up while I'm talking.

And if you start to drift,

Give yourself another breath and once again,

Just rest your attention behind your eyes.

Just come back.

This is a space created for you to get your space.

For you to align.

Because the more in alignment you are,

The more you get to shine from the spirit that you are and be the spirit that you are.

So while I'm talking,

You can either be in the center of your head if you know how to run energy,

Go ahead and do that.

If not,

Just listen,

Focus on my voice.

You can have your eyes closed or gently gazing downward.

So the inspiration for this meditation comes from the equinox.

I don't want to talk about the equinox itself.

As I said,

It's actually tomorrow night at 803.

So you will all get a chance to enjoy that and maybe even listen to this meditation again during that time.

But what is the equinox?

Equinoxes happen in or around March,

About March 21st and in September,

Right around the 21st,

22nd,

23rd of September.

And these are the days when the sun is exactly above the equator.

And when the sun is in this position,

The day and night are exactly in equal length.

Thus equinox.

This differs from the summer or winter solstices,

Which are actually the longest or shortest days of the year,

Depending.

So in the northern hemisphere,

The vernal equinox is the one in March.

As the sun crosses,

That's what we know as spring,

Right?

Spring is going to start.

The sun crosses the equator going north and marks the start of spring.

And the autumnal equinox falls in September and marks the start of autumn.

So if you're in the southern hemisphere,

It's kind of just the opposite.

Spring begins in September and autumn starts in March.

But whether you live in the northern or southern hemisphere,

The equinox is actually the same.

Right?

So it's equal day and equal night.

So what that also means equal day and equal light is that light and dark are equal.

Give yourself a breath.

And it would seem that if we take pause during that time,

We can rebalance and align body and spirit.

And what's so interesting is we're in a Mercury retrograde in Libra right now.

It started in Libra.

It leaves in Virgo.

But Libra represents the scales of full balance.

So while there are six planets in retrograde,

Everything's about re-rebalancing,

Re-aligning,

Re-juvenating.

So we're balancing body and spirit,

The seen and the unseen,

Our chakras and our flow.

We also can align ourselves with our purpose and path and our subtle body energy systems.

We have a lot.

We have emotional body and the mental body.

Lots of different subtle body energy systems.

This is really a fancy way of describing the various layers of vibrating energy that make up a human being beyond the physical.

So no matter where you are in the world,

Whether you're going into spring or whether you're going into fall,

We're going to go on a journey together.

So if you are gazing downward,

I'd like you to close your eyes and imagine that you are walking through the woods under the canopies of trees,

Safe and secure.

Imagine the crunch of the leaves under your feet,

The smell of the forest.

And give yourself a breath and begin to release all of your day to day thoughts,

Busyness.

Just imagine what it's like to take a walk in nature.

And imagine although day and night is equal at a certain point,

You're walking and the sun and the sky is lit by really starlight.

And before long,

You're going to come up on a clearing and there's a beautiful,

Huge,

Incredible bonfire lit in the middle of that clearing.

The fire and the flames are dancing.

And I'd like you to imagine that you're forming a circle around that space and just notice the other participants,

They don't have to be on the call.

In fact,

There's many,

Many more there.

We can talk about that in the after chat.

But there's many beings that are interested in doing this little ritual.

So imagine that you're standing in a circle in front of the beautiful fire warming your face.

You can feel a gentle breeze on your skin.

You can hear the crackle of the fire,

The snapping of the wood.

Not only are we going to align with the equinox,

But as in the days of old,

We're going to honor the four elements of the earth.

In Greek philosophy,

It is said that the universe is comprised of four elements,

Fire,

Water,

Earth and air.

And air was originally supposed to be a component of the ethers element.

That's what we talk about the other side.

This is the element that fills the universe in the absence of the other three.

So where there is no fire or water or earth,

There is there are well there is the ether.

Yeah.

Today,

There's considered to be five elements that include space.

So while standing around the bonfire,

Just notice how you feel standing there.

In your mind's eye,

You can see yourself watching the flames as a healing.

Now imagine that you're you've got to pull up a tree stump.

It's just right at your disposal with a snap of your fingers and go ahead and have a seat.

And imagine a connection from the base of your spine that goes all the way into the center of the earth.

And imagine that connection is alive.

You can even imagine that you are connected using a tree.

It's just right at the base of your spine.

It flattens out just as you're sitting on that tree stump.

And feel your feet on the ground at the same time.

And you can have that connection at the base of your spine go all the way into the center of the earth.

And then go ahead and imagine that it's hollow and that you can breathe and release any energies that you're ready to release any worries or concerns or anything that doesn't make you feel safe as spirit or as a body.

Give yourself a breath and release any fear that you're experiencing.

There's a great deal of fear in the world today.

And while we might think it's kind of ours,

It really isn't.

It's an energy that kind of permeates everything.

So just breathe and release anything that comes up for you,

Any thoughts,

Any resistance.

And just begin to see that there's a flow of energy of everything you'd like to release just moving away from you effortlessly going down that grounding.

And just notice how things shift and change with this experience.

In your mind's eye while you're sitting in front of the bonfire,

Say hello to the bonfire.

Say hello and see if you get a hello back.

You've done this before in many lifetimes before life became so complicated.

Just say hello.

And then begin to say hello to the waters of the earth,

The oceans,

The lakes,

The rivers,

The flow,

The flow that goes through the earth.

And imagine that there's a flow through you as well.

Notice everything in movement.

And then say hello to the air you breathe.

In fact,

Go ahead and breathe in,

Give yourself a breath and allow it to transform and to breathe.

And as you exhale,

Exhale that transformation into the world.

This is really the beginning of the alignment,

Just getting in this space.

And then just give yourself a space to be,

Give yourself some elbow room.

In fact,

I want you to kind of pick up your arms and kind of,

You know,

You move your elbows back and forth.

Give yourself some elbow room wherever you will,

Unless you're sitting next to somebody in the room,

Don't elbow them,

But otherwise give yourself some elbow room and just breathe and release and just let go of anything that has sort of been on your mind that stops you or distracts you from having your own space,

From giving to yourself,

From getting back to your roots,

From getting back to your path,

Your purpose.

And then I'd like you to be in a bubble of your own energy.

Each of us has an energetic space.

We call that our aura.

I know you've all probably heard of that.

And the aura is your own personal energy.

It's the space that you create from the inside out.

And so whether you know what it is or not,

Go ahead and pull that aura in.

So it's about six feet around you.

Maybe you need to move it out.

So it's about six,

Six feet around.

Sometimes we hold our aura very close to us when we're not feeling safe.

And particularly in the back of our space.

So just imagine you're in a bubble of your own energy.

And in fact,

Why don't you create a gold sun above your head,

A gold sun that's filled with life and your energy,

Call back your energy from wherever it's at.

Give yourself a breath.

And then imagine that gold sun coming right in through the top of your head and beginning to flow through you,

Replenishing all that you've released so far.

Just filling you up with this neutral gold.

Notice if there's any amusement whatsoever in your body,

Even as is there a funny bone.

I don't know what's so funny about a funny bone.

I always wondered about that,

But just notice if there's any amusement whatsoever.

And I'd like you to create a gold sun just filled with amusement and joy.

I know things in the world are serious.

Things in your lives are serious.

Everything is very serious.

And I'm not saying that you laugh at everything,

But if you do laugh at everything,

It might make things a little bit easier to get through if you find your amusement.

Not resist.

Give yourself a breath.

Just fill in,

Bring that gold sun in through your head and your neck and your shoulders,

Your arms.

Imagine that the gold sun is filling your arms so much that it shoots out your hands.

Move it on down to your belly and your hips and your legs,

Knees,

Calves,

Everything until you're sitting in a bubble of gold and a bubble of your own energy and your aura.

You can just fill up every layer with that gold.

Each and every one of you has been the effect of what's going on in the world.

And if you haven't recognized that,

If you think that it's yours,

Think again,

It's not yours,

But you're being the effect of it.

And this is aside from the fact that you have responsibilities,

You might have families,

You might have kids,

You might have pets that you take care of,

Parents,

Whatever.

Yeah,

It doesn't even matter.

So in addition to whatever else that is,

Just go ahead and I'd like you to take all the responsibilities that aren't yours,

Even if you don't know what they are.

I'd like you to imagine that you have got this giant size balloon you're about to blow up.

And I'd like you to take that balloon and I want you to start blowing into that balloon all the responsibilities that you've been given by family that aren't yours.

And we just watch that balloon grow as you breathe out into it.

And then go ahead and give yourself another breath.

You can pinch that off.

I want you to keep all that air in there and go ahead and blow into that balloon all the responsibilities from work and from even the barista at the coffee shop,

Anything that you have been the effect of your job,

Your projects,

Your to-do list pressures from others and blow up,

Just put everything in this balloon,

Just blow your breath right into this balloon.

And then I'd like you to tie it all.

And your breath has helium buoyancy.

It doesn't just make you talk funny if you breathe it in,

But you're going to go ahead and let go of that balloon.

And you are going to take your golden bow and arrow and as you watch that balloon float off,

You're going to go and let that golden arrow just burst that balloon in mid air.

And then put a smile on your face that you just released a whole bunch of energy in a very different way.

Give yourself a breath and bring your attention back into the center of your head.

That was just the start.

That was just a little piece because you all were so being the effect of everything around you that we have to peel back some of the layers of the onion here to get to the place where we can even have letting go of some more of the juicy stuff and aligning.

Balance and alignment begin when we release all our baggage and those things that have knocked us out of balance.

And that was a really nice start.

You can't have all this energy in your space and be in balance.

You can't be managing all these things and juggling and be in balance.

And the baggage can be invalidation.

It can be what's going on in the world.

It can be disconnected energy that we're affected the effect of.

It can be lit up pictures,

Pictures that we're working on as spirit,

Our own growth,

Our own growth period,

Triggers,

Programming,

Or even someone or something getting in our space.

It's like when we have this perfect balance,

We can get knocked off our pedestal,

Knocked off our grounding.

So go ahead and check that grounding and check the center of your head and just be right in there and bring your attention back to your that seat,

That beautiful seat,

That amazing giant tree trunk you're sitting on.

It's rooted into the ground,

Solid,

Safe,

And be in the center of your head.

If there's anybody else in there,

Go ahead and just open up a trap door at the bottom and imagine that they're going down a water slide.

We wish right down that grounding.

Give yourself a breath.

And in fact,

Put a gold sun right into the center of your head.

And now from the center of your head,

Imagine that bonfire out in front of you.

Fire can heal.

It clears energy.

It lights you up.

It makes you excited.

It gives you energy.

And so if we were together and we were having a fire ceremony,

You would begin to throw all of your baggage or your proverbial baggage into the fire.

We're having like a giant burning man without going to burning man.

And just start tossing all of your baggage,

All of the things that you'd like to get rid of.

Not just do they have to go down your grounding,

But take the big stuff,

Pack it up and easily,

Effortlessly just toss it into the fire and watch it as it disappears into the flames.

Keep in mind,

Ashes to ashes,

Dust to dust,

Fire turns everything into ash and then it returns to the earth.

And in fact,

When we burn things with fire or even our Kundalini,

But we're going to talk about the flames of the fire and the bonfire.

One of the most rich things you can do is put,

When you burn wood,

You can put the ash on the soil,

It's very rich.

Farmers do burns across,

Right?

To rejuvenate the soil.

So it's not that something's burning away,

You're tossing it in and it's returning to its original state back to the earth,

Replenishing the earth.

Give yourself a breath.

Check that center of head.

You're all,

You all look like little volcanoes erupting,

Which is lovely.

So what's been out of alignment for you?

Just imagine that you're,

And we're going to do this for each little bit,

As you're throwing baggage into the fire,

Imagine that your spine is coming into alignment,

Vertebrae by vertebrae.

Imagine you're in alignment with the cosmos and the earth,

But what's been out of alignment for you?

It can be anything.

Maybe,

You know,

Maybe you're stuck at home and you want to go out,

Maybe you're stuck at work and you want to have some play.

What's been out of alignment for you?

Give yourself a breath.

And just notice what that is.

You don't need to fix it.

You're fixing it.

You're getting into alignment right now.

You don't need fixing.

You just need a lining and there's a difference.

And give yourself a breath.

And when we talk about,

So that's the element of fire and we honor that,

We honor that flame within as well.

So go ahead and shine your light,

Your flame as you align.

Just be in the center of your head.

The next element is water.

And isn't it interesting?

Our bodies are made up of mostly water,

60% water.

So if we're out of alignment with the waters,

The waters of the earth,

The waters within,

Then 60% of us is kind of out of alignment,

Right?

So go ahead and just align yourself with the waters within your body,

That flow that makes that up.

Even if you don't know what that is,

You don't need to be a doctor.

Just imagine a flow like a waterfall within you and then begin to align with the waters of the earth.

Welcome them,

The oceans,

The lakes,

The rivers,

The seas,

The waterfalls.

In fact,

Imagine that there's a flow that comes in through the top of your head and it doesn't extinguish your fire.

It works with it.

Align with the waters of the earth and just say hello all around the globe.

Say hello to the sun.

Because it's making its journey toward the equator,

Toward that middle section.

The earth,

Mother Earth,

Is our home.

We live here on this planet,

At least this lifetime.

We've probably had other lifetimes that were other places,

But for now,

This is our home.

And grounding is our alignment with the earth.

So check that grounding,

That connection and really say hello to that.

Say hello to the communication between your body and the center of the earth.

And just be aligned with the earth.

Be aligned with the sun above and the earth below.

As above,

So below.

Give yourself a breath.

The air is our oxygen that actually gives us life.

Breathe in the oxygen-rich air and allow it to flow through you,

Bringing life to all your cells,

All your systems.

And just begin to align with the air.

Whatever that means,

Align with your breath.

And go ahead and breathe and release.

And just notice the rise and fall of your chest.

One of the beauty of alignment,

The alignment of body and spirit comes together in the heart space,

In that fourth chakra.

So notice as you calm and breathe and are connected with the earth and the source,

The cosmic energy,

You're also taking up more space in that heart as body and spirit.

Give yourself a breath.

Just notice that bonfire,

Notice that grounding in that center of head.

And notice the effortless release.

This is the cycle,

The grounding,

Letting the earth flow through you,

Letting the energy of the cosmos and space,

Giving yourself a space,

Aligning with these elements and aligning our subtle energy bodies go hand in hand.

And we work in tandem with nature as within,

So without,

As above,

So below.

Everything is all around us and we're all a part of it.

So just in the way that the sun is aligning equal light,

Equal day,

Equal spirit,

Equal body,

And that all things cycle and come back to center.

Sometimes we are at one end of the dichotomy or the other.

And all we need to really remember to do is come to the center.

And we get to use everything that we have.

You know,

I was reading and having a conversation about trees and how they work and how everything works together.

We're using these trees to ground and to center ourselves and to begin that alignment with the earth.

But the trees,

As we breathe in the beautiful oxygen that comes from the trees,

As we exhale,

The carbon dioxide gets pulled out,

Goes into the trees and the leaves from the trees pull in the carbon dioxide and they pull in the water and they use the energy of the sun to convert these into sugars that feed the tree.

And as they are getting life-giving or giving themselves the life-giving energies from the water and the carbon dioxide that we breathe out and the sun,

They give us oxygen.

And the trees share the water and nutrients through networks that go all the way around the world and they use them to communicate.

So as we align body and spirit in celebration of this equinox,

We are indeed celebrating the earth and the communication and that is our home.

Now I'd like you to,

In your mind's eye,

Stand up.

As you see that bonfire which has begun to die down a little bit,

Have your arms down at your sides with your palms up and then I'd like you to,

In your mind's eye,

Give yourself a space to be,

To be who you are,

As you are.

And you can do this no matter if you see people around you or not.

You can go ahead and in your mind's eye stretch out your arms from your body side to side and fingertip to fingertip is,

That is your space.

Imagine that that is a bubble going side to side,

Above,

Below,

Front and back.

And just give yourself that space to be.

Feel your feet on the ground connected with the earth and that you're also in alignment with the cosmos and it's as if there's a line that goes from the cosmos all the way down into the center of the earth.

So from the edge of the universe to the center of the earth and it goes right through your middle and that you're solid and connected with the earth as you align with light and dark,

Earth and sky,

Air and water and giving yourself space to be the spirit that you are.

As you own this space,

Just be right in the center of your head and give yourself a breath and watch as the flames from the bonfire slowly become embers of beautiful orange light.

And then watch as that fire begins to rest as the flames are cooled by the damp night air.

Enjoy that sanctuary space in the center of your head in the calm of the night under the stars.

And then think Mother Earth and the flames and the trees and the clearing.

And then imagine walking out from that forest whole and complete until you come right into the center of your head again with the total awareness of your body.

Notice your feet on the floor,

Notice that connection between the base of your spine and the center of the earth.

And in fact,

You've all changed so much.

I would say let go of whatever connection you were using from the base of your spine to the center of the earth.

And even if it's a tree,

Create a brand new tree filled with life and communication.

And then I'd like you to imagine a gold sun above your head that is a magnet for your energy.

And then it's going to just effortlessly call back any of your energy that you've given away whether it was tonight or today or the last year or the last five years or this lifetime or even another lifetime.

Just go ahead and have that gold sun grow and just call back from all your different lifetimes and any karma,

Any of it just calls back your energy into that gold sun.

And just allow that to grow and just begin to fill with all that you are.

And give yourself a breath and then you can set your intent to fill that gold sun with life and joy and happiness.

And then fill it with a quality of energy you'd like to have.

Maybe you'd like to have peace and calm.

Maybe you'd like to have an ice cream sundae.

Whatever quality you'd like to have,

Whatever floats your boat,

Makes you happy,

Puts butterflies in your tummy.

Okay not proverbically,

I don't eat butterflies.

I did not say eat butterflies.

You know you never know what somebody's going to hear when I do these things.

So don't eat butterflies.

Just have them,

That excitement in your belly.

And breathe in the energy of the ethers.

Breathe in the energy of spirit.

Your spirit.

Your energy.

And then go ahead and shine that gold light down on your head.

You can have it come right in even.

And fill up that area above your head just filled with light and peace.

Have that gold sun fill up your whole head,

Neck and shoulders.

Have it fill up your arms.

Breathe in new life into your lungs.

Breathe in the gold sun.

Have it fill up your belly and your hips,

Your thighs,

Your knees,

Your legs.

Have it fill up so much that the energy begins to come out your pores,

Filling up that aura around you until you're in a bubble of golden light.

And create another gold sun just filled with havingness to have more.

Have more spirit.

Have more of your energy.

Have more joy.

And then give yourself that gold sun and just allow it to flow through you top to bottom,

Bottom to top,

Side to side,

Front to back.

And just sit in a bubble of that energy.

And as you sit in that energy of havingness of spirit,

I'd like to read a little more of the Kahlil Gibran quote that I alluded to earlier from his book,

The Prophet.

Let there be spaces in your togetherness and let the winds of heaven dance between you.

Love one another but make not a bond of love.

Let it rather be a moving sea between the shores of your souls.

Let us all be and have spaces in our togetherness to be who we are and allow others to be who they are.

And give yourself a breath and create one more golden sun filled with joy to give to yourself as the greatest gift of all your spirit.

And give yourself a breath and gently begin to bring your attention back to the center of your head and that physical body and with your eyes closed still go ahead and kind of pat your legs.

And in fact,

Go ahead and you can stretch out your arms and give yourself a big hug back and forth.

Just hug yourself.

Thank yourself for being here and wiggle your fingers and toes and then gently open your eyes and look around the room and just really I don't even want you to get up quite yet just kind of reacclimate yourself with your room for just a moment and I have a couple of announcements as you're acclimating and that would be you're invited to join us for a talk back afterwards.
