Hello,
My name is Delana and welcome to the guided meditation of breathing calm.
We're going to start with three cleansing breaths.
So with this first chime,
Breathe in from the bottom of your feet all the way up past the top of your head and release it down through your body,
Down the bottom of your feet to the core of the earth.
And with the second chime,
Breathe in,
Bringing that beautiful warm energy from the center of the earth all the way up through the bottom of your feet to your legs,
Your hips,
Your torso and past your head.
And then exhale,
Releasing all of that into the earth again where it can be recycled and renewed.
And with this next chime,
Breathe in even deeper into the center of the earth,
Bringing it all the way up through the bottom of your feet,
Up into your legs,
Your hips,
Your torso,
Your shoulders,
Your neck,
Your head and beyond.
And then again,
Exhale,
Releasing all of it back into the earth,
Letting go and being.
And now just breathe normally.
And now just make yourself comfortable,
Closing your eyes.
Just breathe.
Notice how your belly rises and falls with each breath.
Notice the thoughts that are coming to your mind.
Acknowledge them and then let them go.
Release them with every exhale.
You can even thank them if you want,
But let them do not dwell.
Instead,
Your focus is on your breath.
Slowly,
Your mind begins to still and as it quiets,
You let the vibrations hold you.
Imagine that you are breathing in the light of your soul.
It twinkles.
It's glittery.
It feels like a sparkler.
As you feel into it,
Even your skin can start to tickle just a little,
As it does when a light breeze blows against your skin.
Maybe you have some childhood memory that comes up.
Maybe you can smell a smell.
It is pleasant and it makes you smile.
Just breathe and let it pass,
Knowing the only moment that matters right now is now.
Allow your body to relax even deeper.
Imagine your breath is the energy of calm.
Whatever that is for you.
Whatever that looks like.
However that feels.
However it smells.
Let it wash over you.
