Hi my friend,

You can use your breath to free yourself from any stress,

Anxiety or stagnant energy.

Your body doesn't have to carry this anymore.

If you'd like for this meditation you can lay down or stay seated,

Whatever would feel best for you.

Allow yourself to completely soften into the ground beneath you,

Letting go of all muscular energy and just feel everything drift away.

Steady breath in through your nose,

Big exhale.

Follow the breath in slowly,

Follow the breath out slower,

Noticing what feelings are visiting.

Notice if you can feel any feeling sort of stuck in your body.

Feelings are simply energy,

Maybe there's tension in your jaw,

Shoulders,

Low back.

Notice where the body is holding on.

It is safe to let go here.

Take a normal inhale through your nose.

On your exhale release some sound.

Inhale deeply,

Releasing sound if that feels right to you.

Use your voice to let it go.

Ahhhh.

Breath in,

Hold the breath.

Next time we'll inhale and squeeze our entire body,

Breathing in,

Squeeze your fists,

Squeeze your glutes,

Squeeze your legs,

Squeeze your face,

Squeeze your shoulders,

Hold hold hold.

Exhale release everything,

Feel the softening of every muscle,

Every cell in your body.

Inhale,

Squeeze,

Find muscle tension here,

Squeeze your face,

Squeeze your legs,

Squeeze your shoulders,

Hands into fists,

Maybe draw your elbows into your sides,

Squeeze squeeze squeeze,

Hold.

Exhale,

Soften,

Maybe find a little wiggle,

A little shake.

One more time,

Inhale,

Squeeze everything,

Pull in all this energy,

Imagine this stress,

Whatever is overwhelming you,

Hold it here,

Let it be,

Squeeze squeeze squeeze.

Exhale,

Let it all go,

Maybe find a little sway,

A little shake.

Eventually inhale as your heart opens,

Exhale feel your shoulders drop.

Notice what has shifted within you,

Recognize that it was your breath,

Your awareness that has brought this shift within you,

Letting go so you can let in,

Allow yourself to soften a little more into this feeling.

My friend,

You can always come back to this practice as many times as you need,

Take really good care of you,

You are worthy of feeling grounded,

Calm,

Steady,

Let it go,

Only when you are ready,

Inviting movement back into your hands,

Your feet,

Maybe rock your head side to side,

Inhaling,

Finding a full body stretch,

Reaching from head to toe.
