Loved it! A great shorter meditation to set me up for the day. Only small negative was I like to sit in stillness a few minutes longer after a meditation, so keep it running, but I was interrupted by the teacher adding something at the very end of the recording, after the med had finished. *Thank you Elliot for your response and for the small tweak :) will definitely be doing it again*

I love the explanation on how breathing affects the nervous system, thus impacting how we feel. Its such a simple truth, but it's so important! Breathing is so essential to calming the mind and body down. Thank you so much for this lovely meditation! Much love ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ™

As a chronic pain patient I really liked this meditation. It helped me settle down and breathe through the pain. I appreciated that you said my body was a 'structure of peace' as that is vastly different from what I'm usually feeling (at war with my pain & my body). I would like to see more like this in the future for people suffering daily pain. A warm thank you. Namaste, Patricia
