Welcome to this EFT tapping meditation designed to help you feel focused and energized for the day ahead.

This morning you might be feeling a little sluggish,

Tired or overwhelmed,

Maybe even a little bit stressed,

But we're going to use some tapping together to clear these energies and call in some fresh energies of focus,

Excitement and joy.

Remember to always have a glass of water nearby.

All you need to do for this tapping meditation is repeat after me and follow along the points.

We're going to begin with a setup statement,

So tapping on the side of the hand,

Also known as the karate chop point.

Very gently tapping here and repeating after me.

Even though I'm feeling overwhelmed about the day ahead,

There's so much to be done,

But I just feel sluggish and exhausted in my body.

I acknowledge how I feel now and I choose to love and accept myself.

Even though life is just so busy right now,

There's a constant to-do list in my head and it's making me feel stressed and overwhelmed.

I acknowledge how I feel now and I choose to love and accept myself.

Even though I feel sluggish,

Exhausted and overwhelmed at all that today may bring,

I feel this in my body.

I acknowledge how I feel now and I choose to love and accept myself.

Taking your hands to the top of the head,

Tapping gently at the crown of the head now.

All of this stress I feel about the day ahead.

Eyebrow point.

I can feel this stress in my body.

Side of the eye.

It's really overwhelming.

Under eye.

I worry about how today is going to go.

Under the nose.

I've been feeling really stressed this morning.

Under the mouth.

So overwhelmed and I feel this overwhelm in my body now.

Collarbone point.

This constant list of things I need to do,

Especially for the day ahead.

I've been holding on to all of this stress.

Underarm point.

I'm so overwhelmed,

So stressed.

I'm struggling to feel focused.

Lower ribs.

Acknowledging all of this stress I've been holding on to in my body.

Maybe it's safe to let this go.

Top of the head.

I'm feeling really sluggish.

Eyebrow point.

I don't have the energy to get motivated for today.

Side of eye.

I feel exhausted.

Under the eye.

And I feel this exhaustion in my body.

Under the nose.

This heavy sluggish feeling in my body.

Under the mouth.

I'm too tired to deal with this today.

Collarbone point.

Acknowledging this exhaustion in my body now.

This heavy feeling I'm feeling.

Under the arm.

Maybe I can start to let this tiredness go.

Tapping now on the lower ribs.

Taking a deep breath in and a big exhale.

Repeat after me.

I am releasing this heavy feeling.

Good.

Take a moment here to see how you're feeling in the body after those two rounds of tapping.

Have you noticed any shifts?

We're going to keep tapping but for this round what I'd like you to do is visualize the day ahead.

There's no need to repeat after me but just try and stay focused on what I'm saying so that we can clear effectively this remaining resistance you have to the day ahead.

So tapping very gently on the top of the head.

I want you to take a moment to visualize the day that awaits you.

Moving on to the eyebrow point.

What does your morning look like?

Side of the eye.

How do you move through your afternoon?

Under the eye.

And what plans do you have this evening?

Under the nose.

Notice if there are any points of tension throughout the day.

This might be a task you're dreading,

A conversation you need to have or just a person you need to see that makes you feel uneasy.

Tapping now under the mouth.

Do you notice anything in your body as you think about the day ahead?

Maybe you feel some tension in your shoulders or a tightness in your chest.

Just noticing here.

Moving on to the collarbone point.

I want you to keep visualizing any moments of tension and taking a deep breath in here and see if you can release this tension with an exhale.

Can you imagine any discomfort melting away as you tap on your collarbone point?

Moving now under the arm.

Focusing on letting any stress or overwhelm about the day leave your body.

On to the lower ribs.

Repeat after me here.

I release my resistance to the day ahead.

I am choosing to see things differently.

Really good.

Take a moment here to check in with yourself.

How are you feeling about the day?

If you still feel a high level of resistance or stress about the day ahead,

It might be a good idea to take some time to tap through the points focusing specifically on what it is that's causing you stress.

But if you're ready to create a positive reframe for the day ahead,

Let's keep tapping.

Moving now to the top of the head.

It is safe for me to feel excited about the day ahead.

Side of the eye.

It is safe for me to feel energized about what's to come.

Under the eye,

I'm looking forward to whatever today will bring.

Under the nose,

I know that it is possible for me to have a great day today and I am choosing to have a great day.

Under the mouth,

I'm feeling so much more at peace.

Collarbone point,

I'm feeling so energized,

So grounded and I'm ready to take this energy into the day.

Underarm point,

Letting go of any remaining resistance.

Lower ribs,

I feel calm,

Present,

At peace.

I'm going to have an amazing day.

Beautiful.

You can drop the hands,

Close down the eyes and take a deep,

Deep inhale here.

Letting go with a big sigh.

Take a moment to feel back into your body and notice if anything has shifted for you today.

Take a moment to gently place your hands on your heart and send yourself some love and gratitude for taking the time to tap today.

Whenever you're ready,

You can blink your eyes open and come back into the space.

Have a beautiful day.

This was wonderful. It’s the first time I’ve tapped under the ribs, which made me more alert because it was novel. Thank you!

Thanks for the lovely guidance. I wasn’t as stressed at the start as this session was suggesting, but it was lovely to acknowledge the need to stop and give myself some space to breathe and relax.

Really enjoyed the flow and choices between rounds to continue or stay where I was currently before moving to the next. I did this while sitting in from if a sun filled window and truly felt good, grounded and grateful to be smiling. I particularly liked and needed the last round, it was perfectly placed. The pace, guidance and ideal time to allow repeating of the words after was also well done. I feel honored and grateful to have chosen to do this practice! ☺️Thank you 🙏🏼
