Hi,

My name is Evelina.

Welcome to the SchemaLionKriya practice focused on the Throat Chakra.

Throat Chakra is the energy center which is connected with open communication,

With authentic and free way to express your true self.

In this practice,

I'm inviting you to allow a physical release of the emotional suppression.

You want to connect the emotions,

The body and the mind into a wholeness.

Give yourself permission to fully let go of any suppressed emotions,

Of any stagnant energy through this practice of HymalionKriya.

In this session,

We will combine intense breath,

Certain kriyas,

Certain movements of the body and as well our intention to release.

So I hope you are ready.

Let's begin finding our comfortable,

Upright position.

Bring awareness towards the foundation of your spine and ensure that the tailbone is pointing right towards the ground.

Finding that neutral position of your pelvis.

And then draw your awareness upwards throughout your spine,

Finding more length,

More space between the vertebra.

Reaching with your awareness all the way up the top of your head,

Take a long deep inhalation,

Close your eyes and then release the sight out through your mouth.

Letting go of any tension from all your body.

Take a moment to just breathe deeply.

On every inhalation allow your upper belly,

Your chest to fill up with the air.

And on every exhalation feel your belly and your chest gently coming back in.

Breathing in and out long and full breaths.

Now let's begin generating a gentle sound coming from the back of the throat.

This is called Ujjayi breath.

So breathing deeply and steadily through the nose with a gentle sound coming from your throat,

On the inhalation and on the exhalation.

Keep going,

Following your own rhythm,

Your own comfortable intensity of the breath.

Allowing your lungs to fill up with the air and to empty as much as possible.

Now we're gonna add couple more elements into this practice.

So first bring awareness towards the foundation of your pelvis and engage the Mula Bandha,

What means engaging the pelvic floor muscles,

Throwing them inwards and gently upwards.

Second point,

Throw your navel,

Your belly button gently inwards.

Third point,

Place tip of your tongue on the roof of your mouth.

And last,

Fourth point,

Roll your eyes upwards,

Imagine you're looking right into the middle of your brain.

And here intensifying your Ujjayi breath,

More power,

More depth in the breath.

Eyes rolled up,

Pelvis floor engaged.

Taking one more deep inhalation and then hold your breath.

Stay still.

Release all the four points and exhale all the way out.

And just stay in silence and in stillness.

And sure your spine is still straight.

And now draw your awareness towards the center of your throat.

And just observe,

Notice how do you feel when you focus on the area of the throat chakra.

Again connect with your Ujjayi breathing,

Deep breath in.

Complete breath out.

While breathing begin tapping over the area of the throat.

Just a gentle tapping using your palms,

Your fingers,

Whatever feels right.

And here begin allowing a nice sides out through your mouth.

Every inhalation comes deeply through the nose.

Every exhalation allows you to release a side out through your mouth.

Keep going,

Bringing as much intensity to your breath as feels right for you.

Now lower your head down and tap over the back of your neck.

Allowing exhalations to come out with a side out through your mouth.

Keep tapping wherever your hands brings you.

Here let's start working with an intention.

Intention to release any limiting beliefs.

To let go of anything what is blocking you from living your life more freely,

More fully.

Keep tapping all over the back of the neck,

All over the area where your neck and skull are connecting.

And now for more intense release we're gonna use Kali Mudra,

What means to stick your tongue out and completely exhale out through the mouth.

Do it without holding back,

Just stick your tongue out and exhale all the way out.

Keep going,

Breathing in through the nose,

Exhaling out through your mouth with the tongue stick out.

Last two breaths and last breath all the way out.

And release your hands down,

Get back into your comfortable,

Still position.

Take a moment to notice how do you feel at the moment.

Once again,

Begin bringing your awareness towards the center of your throat.

Bringing your deep Ujjayi breath towards the center of the throat.

And again begin gently tapping all over the throat.

Allow sides out to come out through your mouth freely.

And bring your palms and the back of your neck and swipe out towards the front of the neck and all the way out.

Imagine that through the swiping gesture you are swiping away any impurities from the throat.

So again,

Hands at the back of the neck and then swipe through the sides all the way to the front of the neck.

And keep going,

With every exhalation swiping out,

Out,

Keep swiping and breathing out any impurities from the throat area.

If you ever felt that your voice been suppressed,

If you ever felt that your voice is small,

That it doesn't have enough impact,

Enough meaning,

Intention to let go of that,

To release any hesitation,

Any doubts in the power of your voice.

Let that Kali Mudra so stick your tongue out and breathe out through the tongue along with the purifying intention to let go,

To release,

To heal.

If you ever felt that your voice been suppressed,

Squeezed,

Intention to release it right now along with your breath,

Along with the kriya.

Intention to release any past traumas,

Any moments which made you feel that your voice is small.

Intention to be able to learn from these experiences,

To take a lesson but to not carry them into your today's life,

To not allow these experiences to block you from expressing yourself more fully,

More freely.

Last five breaths,

Intention for full openness of your voice,

To be always able to speak up for yourself,

To be always able to speak up your truth without fear of being judged,

Of being rejected.

Intention to be always able to express your true self.

Last breath all the way out and release.

Release your hands down back to your knees and stay in complete silence and stillness.

Breathing steadily.

Now slowly begin drawing awareness once again towards your throat.

Drawing your deep,

Steady breath right into that area.

Visualize a warm healing light shining right in the center of your throat.

Imagine that this light is full of all the good healing qualities,

All the good healing energy and your intention for well-being.

Intention for reconnecting with your most powerful voice which comes straight from your heart.

Intention for finding power,

Freedom and confidence.

Intention for communicating openly your emotions and your thoughts,

For connecting openly with the world around you from the space of freedom,

Loving kindness and openness.

Visualize this warm healing light spreading all over your throat,

Melting away any impurities,

Melting away any blocking chains coming from the past dramas and allowing in lightness,

Space and healing.

Stay here focusing on the light in the center of the throat and visualize it growing and spreading all over you,

All over your body and all around you.

Begin bringing awareness back into your body,

Back into your deep breath and back into the foundation of your spine and then draw your awareness upwards throughout the spine,

Traveling through the center of the lower belly,

Through the center of the upper belly,

Through the center of your heart,

Through the center of your throat,

Through the center of your meat brain all the way up till top of your head.

Now bringing your palms together in front of your heart center in a gesture of gratitude,

Setting up an intention for the day to day,

To be always able to speak up for yourself,

To express your most important values coming straight from your heart,

To express yourself freely,

Openly,

To connect with yourself,

With others and with the world around you on the space of loving kindness,

Openness and freedom.

Begin rubbing your palms,

Warming them up and then place them on top of your closed eyes.

Take a long deep breath in and exhale a side out through your mouth and then slowly release your palms down,

Touching through all your body,

Sending that good energy,

That good intention all over yourself.

Thank you so much for joining me for this practice.

I wish you the most beautiful,

Open,

Free and authentic day.

learning to be more confident and vocal is a challenge for me, especially as it pertains to claiming abundance and asking for what I want/need from others. this meditation helped me to understand the symmetry between confidence in self and faith in the universe. acknowledging that inner trust is being cultivated in me through these practices. grateful πŸ˜ŒπŸ™πŸΎ
