Welcome to meditation session 41.
Before we start let's do our preparations.
Find a position that supports your body and allow your mind to relax.
See if there is any more corrections you can do to your position.
Then let your body come to a rest.
And say to yourself your intention with this meditation.
Very good.
Then we are ready.
Take a deep breath in.
Let go of everything else.
Breathe out and relax.
Getting to a nice and relaxed state.
Diving deeper into the moment.
Observing as your body finding its way to relaxation.
And hearing the sounds of this meditation.
Feeling your breaths.
Feeling your stillness to fill up your experience.
Let your mind come to rest.
Adding no fuel to the thoughts.
At first maybe there is just a small space between the thoughts.
But as you tune into this moment the spaces between the thoughts is getting bigger.
It cannot be repeated again without Science.
Unless you reached for this calmness.
A calm and silent state.
You can become aware of the observer observing this moment.
Filled up with this presence and awareness that is you.
You seeing your experience.
You can begin to notice what qualities there is in this observing.
What comes from this observing awareness.
Stillness.
Presence and love.
Many of the things we seek in the outer world is already within ourselves.
