Welcome,
Sweet friends,
To seven sacred minutes of stillness.
I will be your guide as I take you through 61 points.
According to yogis,
This practice stimulates communication between the right and left brain,
Creating a more balanced brain and nervous system.
This practice also stimulates the marma points,
Helping to clear away electromagnetic energies and their corresponding impact on organs.
This practice brings balance to the neuro glandular system,
Creates physical health,
Mental clarity,
Emotional balance,
And deeper concentration.
So let's get started and make our way into a supremely comfortable position,
One in which you are least likely to move.
Bring in any props that you need to support the body so that you truly feel held and can really let go.
If you need more time,
Hit pause.
Otherwise,
Take a few deep breaths here.
Begin to fully release and let go of any tension that is obvious,
Physically,
Mentally,
Emotionally.
Then close your eyes and allow your attention to turn inward.
Bring your attention to the breath.
Feel the body beginning to relax with each progressive exhale.
Feel the body starting to unravel and release its grip.
As you land into whatever is beneath you,
Let it support you and hold you in absolute stillness.
Now take another deep breath in,
Fill the belly,
Chest,
Lungs,
And exhale completely.
Let go of everything.
Now without moving,
Simply follow my guidance as we move our attention through different parts of the body.
Let your detached attention release the dormant healing power trapped in the meridians and connected organs to carry out the healing from within.
As I guide you from point to point,
Remain in non-doing silent awareness and resolve to yourself that you will stay alert and awake.
Now bring your undivided attention to the brow center,
Third eye.
Pit of the throat,
Right shoulder,

Index finger,
Middle finger,
Ring finger,
Little finger,

And fifth toe,

Middle of the pubic bone,
Navel point,
Middle of the chest,
Pit of the throat,
And back to the brow center.
Gather your attention here at the brow center,
The third eye.
Let the non-doing presence fully manifest in your brow center.
Observe the vast stillness and silence.
Resting in this awareness,
Allow whatever comes into your field of awareness to be present without comment,
Without judgment.
Simply witness it as it floats by like clouds in the sky.
And now here in this moment,
Feel yourself descending down further into stillness.
Now feel yourself descending downward even more into absolute stillness beneath the mind.
Continue to release any excess tension and allow yourself to enter the deepest state of letting go right now.
Let go.
Let go even more.
Feel yourself held here in absolute stillness.
Feel it all or resist nothing.
Feel free to stay here for as long as you have to give.
And when you're ready to return to your day,
Do so in a slow,
Mindful way.
Namaste.
