Dying before you die is sometimes used to describe Self-realization. Using a Live Meditative Reading of a Poem that stems from the Realisation that flowered in Philip, many years of sharing, and also the recent passing into the Spirit of his mother. The Poem provides profound insight as to why Life is Death and that it's not something to be feared but a portal to liberation. After the reading, Philip provides further deep insight using a fiber optic lamp metaphor for self-realization and expands upon people's experiences. It will be very helpful to you to listen to Philip's Live Replay: Life, Purpose, and Meaning prior to this stream. Harp by Philip's friend Tara Cook.

So welcome everybody,

Welcome.

Philip Wade here from North Yorkshire in England.

So welcome.

What I want to do is to take you into a meditative space and I'm going to use a version of the infinite silence meditation to do that and it's going to be very little guidance and that's deliberate.

I had an insight to do it this way.

It's actually what I call the purest form of the infinite silence meditation and essentially apart from a few introductory sentences there's going to be one piece of key guidance and I'll make that clear and then I'm going to go silent for probably two or three minutes after that just to give you the experience of the pure form of that.

Now some of you are familiar with the infinite silence meditation and others may not be and there's seven versions on my profile.

A 15 minute fully guided no gaps one through to an hour and a half long one with an hour and a quarter silence so the guidance only appears every like six or seven minutes.

And the going steps and the purpose of that is to get you used to more and more silence and eventually to get to the point where you can go with this version of the meditation I'm going to share tonight on your own and eventually just simply sit down and be rested in the silence without any guidance.

So I had an insight to sort of do this with you tonight this way.

Just a few pointers for those of you are used to a lot more guidance in meditation.

Make no attempt,

None at all,

To analyze what it is I've said,

What it means.

There's no attempt needed either to try to visualize anything so don't try and visualize anything.

Let go of any expectation of what you would think this meditation should be like or indeed any meditation.

So no expectations.

Just accept fully whatever's here.

Totally and utterly accept whatever's here.

Just be the witness to that without any judgment and essentially do nothing at all other than just watch.

So that's how we're going to approach this meditation okay.

I should just say before I start going,

Any donations that come through tonight they're going to go to Berry Hospice which is where my mother spent her last few days in October.

It's a very beautiful space and it's almost fully funded by donations.

So I wanted to dedicate this stream to that hospice and the fundraising for that.

The inspiration from this stream came from really a number of sources.

One,

The realization that flowered in the form that we know as Philip.

Many many years of sharing this message and finally the insights that emerged associated with my own mother's passing into spirit.

So I hadn't planned to do that it just came as an inspiration and the poem came for that as well.

So as I say any donations are going to go to the hospice and I'll pass those on.

I can see Leah's already donated.

I believe you can donate on the stream on my profile which means that Apple don't take a 30% cut apparently.

So those are the two ways you can do that.

Anyway remember when it comes to the meditation just completely accept what's here.

When I've done that part and we have silence for two or three minutes I'll then go into what I call my who am I meditation.

We'll continue naturally keep your eyes closed and I'll ask a series of questions that we'll look at on the inside.

Just let that question merge into your being.

Don't try and analyze it.

Don't try and think about it.

Just see if anything emerges as that question is asked inside and if something comes that's great.

Just be with that.

Don't try and analyze that.

If nothing comes just be with that.

That's equally valid.

Just allow that to be as well.

So just to reiterate when I ask those questions don't try and analyze them.

Just be with them and if something comes that's absolutely fine.

And then when I've done the questions I'll continue then straight into the poem and the poem's entitled Life is Death.

And that's central to self-realization because one of the terms used in self-realization is dying before you die.

And this isn't a physical death but it's a death of the identification with attachment to the belief in what I call a case of mistaken identity.

And that case of mistaken identity is the belief that all you are is the body-mind.

That all you are is the body-mind.

And it's this death that we're talking about.

That belief.

So if we're good to go just close your eyes now folks and just accepting totally what's here now.

Just simply silently accepting what's here now.

Nothing else for you to do.

Just watch.

And now I'm going to give you one line of guidance and we'll be silent for two or three minutes after this.

Just be open from your heart to the experience of infinite silence.

And continuing with your eyes closed just going to invite you to go with these questions inside and just see if anything emerges for you.

It matters not whether something comes to you or doesn't.

So just asking gently inside who am I?

Who am I?

Just resting with that.

Who am I?

Just being with that.

Now going to ask inside who am I?

Without belief.

Who am I?

Without belief.

And just rest with that.

Who am I?

Without belief.

And now again asking inside who am I?

Without knowledge.

And just rest with that.

Who am I?

Without knowledge.

And finally one more question to ask inside.

Who am I?

Without this body mind.

Who am I?

Without this body mind.

And just rest with that one.

Whatever's here just let that be.

Silently witness without judgment or need for things to be different.

And now with your eyes still closed I'll go into the poem which is quite long but just stay with that.

Life is death and death is life.

When you leave your body you will finally see.

Life continues.

In truth it never began.

Will never end.

Eternal it is.

What is the meaning of life?

What is my purpose?

Why am I here?

Eternal questions.

Profoundly simple answers.

Life is its own meaning.

Its own purpose.

You,

Your essence is it.

You're here as life to realise.

You are it.

Life.

Before this is realised you will suffer from a case of mistaken identity.

That all you are is this body mind.

It's a monumental mistake.

Continually made.

Yet resolvable on death.

Not simply physical.

Death of the belief in the idea.

The identity.

The attachment to it.

This is how you will eventually come to life.

To truly live.

Which will you choose?

The belief?

The mistake?

The inner knowing of truth?

For it is a choice.

Yet also an inevitability.

That life will be realised.

As eternal.

Aimlessly wander.

Strive.

Run.

Chase.

Reach.

Or simply be.

Life.

Life.

Something to prove.

Worthiness to find.

Seeking acceptance.

An enemy to defeat.

A score to settle.

On.

Repeat.

All illusions of a troubled mind.

Definitely not human kind.

Will you fight the war to the bitter end?

What you perceive to be the good fight.

At all costs.

In aid of your beliefs.

Even when you think you have won.

You have lost.

Suffered.

Grieved.

Your self.

Your essence.

Truth.

In aid of what?

A false victory.

Something temporary.

Temporal.

Impermanent.

Things of this world are not yours.

Never will be.

Who has ever taken anything with them?

No one.

Ever.

What then was it for?

For naught but the mind.

The illusion.

A control that will be lost.

You suffer in seeking to gain it.

You suffer in losing it.

A vicious cycle that only annihilation will end.

Reduced to nothing.

To no thingness.

To a silence that is infinite.

To peace.

Grace.

Stillness.

Replenishment of the soul through the mystery of death.

The mystery of life is death.

To realise one is life.

The sphere of life.

Silence itself.

This is the play of life.

From silence to sound.

From sound to silence.

This is the choice of life.

Will you go with the noise?

The cacophony?

Seeking happiness where it cannot be found?

Suffering.

Will you go with the silence?

The infinite?

Realising.

Not seeking.

Seeing.

Not looking.

Finding.

Not searching.

This is the way.

The truth.

The life.

I.

Infinite I.

Am.

It.

It's nothing personal.

Ready?

I'll show you how to listen.

To be still and know inside.

To die before you die.

To realise life is death.

That death is life.

Therein is eternal peace.

And just resting with that.

Whatever is here.

Remaining as the silent witness.

The untouched.

Unmoved.

Unblemished.

Silence.

Awareness.

Stillness.

For in silence you will realise.

Truth.

In truth you will realise.

You are silence.

Infinite silence.

The rarefied atmosphere of silence.

Be still and know this ever-present awareness.

Silence that is infinite.

You.

Truth.

Here.

Now.

In a moment I'll ring the Tingsha bells.

Notice how the sound fades to silence.

And just aware now.

Aware of your body.

Aware of the space.

Aware of the chair you're sat in.

Or whatever you maybe lay on.

And if you haven't already done so.

When the moment's right for you.

Just gently open your eyes.

Namaste.

If there's any questions.

Anything anybody wanted to share from that.

Beautiful silence says Shanti.

Thank you to you.

Whilst I'm just waiting to see if there's any questions coming.

Many of you'll have seen this little thing before.

Some of you may be new to my live stream.

Chantal saying lots of gratitude coming through for me.

I am the collective consciousness.

Warmth.

A stream.

A shell.

And the sun.

The haha hand visual came through.

Need to look this up.

Oh hatha hand visual.

Sorry.

Thank you.

Lee says thank you Philip.

That's helped me with my loss of my dear Amy.

Sorry to hear about Amy.

I know she's been with you a long time.

And Esther says very calming.

So just for those of you whether you've been on the streams before.

Whether you're new to my sharing.

This thing I've got in my hand here is a fiber optic lamp.

And it's an absolutely fantastic metaphor for self-realization.

And the whole journey of meditation.

The whole purpose of meditation.

Is to realize who you really are.

Which you will see is the infinite silence.

The infinite awareness.

The infinite consciousness.

And that that is eternal.

And that not only that.

You have always been that.

Always been that.

Always been that.

Now let me just explain this metaphor once again.

If you've seen it before.

10 times.

20 times.

It doesn't matter.

For those that are new.

This metaphor is so simple and so profound.

If we imagine for a moment that one of these points of light is your body.

Your body mind experience.

Now most of us spend most of our lives.

Imagining.

Believing in the idea that this is all we are.

This body mind experience.

And it's a very pervading experience.

Because everybody pretty much believes that.

And you're conditioned into that.

Right from the moment that you come into this body as a child.

Your parents tell you.

Your siblings tell you.

Teachers tell you.

Society tells you.

That this is all there is.

And we spend most of our lives looking outward.

Along with the fiber optic lamp.

Out into the world.

And we believe all the other body mind experiences.

The other people are separate from us.

Now the meditative journey.

The infinite silence meditation.

The spheres of light meditation.

Which I didn't cover today.

Which is the first step in the infinite silence meditation.

Is all about turning the viewpoint around.

The turning point in your life.

And looking down the fiber optic filament.

Looking down.

And as we do that.

With awareness rooted meditation.

And the infinite silence meditation is all about awareness.

You've initially come to see this part of the lamp.

And it came to me as part of the realization process.

As spheres.

As in balls.

Spheres of light.

Spheres of light.

In the Hindu tradition it's known as Hiranyagarbha.

The golden egg of creation.

Also known as the pure state.

I am.

I am.

Now a big mistake here that a lot of people make is that this I am.

This I am is not personal.

This is pure being.

Being equals I am.

And the I am I am talking about here.

Or that is being spoken of here more accurately.

That's not personal.

Not personal.

And that is the first phase of if you like an energetic bridge.

Into opening to self-realization.

The recognition of this state I am.

Now the pure fact that even this pure state I am.

Can be witnessed.

Noticed.

Observed.

Recognized.

Means that there's a higher awareness.

A higher presence.

That is the witness to that.

That is the source of even beingness.

Pure beingness.

And that in the physical metaphor.

Is this part of the lamp where the battery is.

And except in real terms.

Universal terms.

It's not just at the base.

It's actually everywhere.

The infinite silence.

The battery.

The source.

The essence.

Is infinite.

And that means that it touches everything.

Always.

And it's everywhere.

And that infinite silence.

AKA.

Also known as.

Infinite awareness.

Infinite consciousness.

True self.

Essence.

Source.

It's this infinite silence.

This infinite awareness.

That is the realization in self-realization.

Oh my gosh.

I am that.

And this I.

Is not a personal I.

I am that.

My infinite I.

Just as in the last few words of the poem.

I.

Infinite I.

Am it.

When the true self is realized.

This is what is realized.

I am that.

I am that infinite silence.

That infinite consciousness.

That infinite awareness.

Not only am I it.

I have always been it.

Eternally.

And one of the great beauties of self-realization is you don't need to believe a word I say about it.

Or anybody.

Any realized being has said about it.

Because that word in self-realization.

Realization.

Is central.

It's a realization.

Oh my gosh.

We've all had Should we say many aha moments in life.

I've just realized this.

This aha moment.

This realization is a universal sized one.

I am that.

We collectively are that.

That's what's realized.

And that's why the poem is entitled Life is Death.

We're talking about physical death.

We're talking about the death of the identification.

The attachment to and most fundamentally the belief that all I am is this body mind.

This body mind is very very important.

It's the vehicle through which life comes to know itself in its own experience.

Did you catch that?

This body mind is very important because it's the vehicle through which life,

Infinite silence,

Infinite awareness,

Infinite consciousness comes to know itself in its own experience.

And it does that in infinite variety.

And everybody's journey to that is very different.

Yet the realization is the same.

There's one realization.

I am that.

And if it's peace that you seek,

And you do,

Whether you're consciously aware of that or not,

It is this infinite silence,

This infinite awareness,

This infinite consciousness that you are seeking.

And you're being invited to realize but not seek.

Realize not seeking,

Just like in the poem.

Realizing not seeking.

That the presence,

The awareness that's always here is always the eternal unchanged,

Unmoving,

Unblemished witness to whatever phenomena are appearing in life.

Whether it be breath,

Thoughts,

Feelings,

Emotions,

Other phenomena,

Other physical sensations,

All of them are being silently witnessed by the essence that you are.

Take an emotion.

Everybody's experienced emotions.

One minute an emotion's not there.

A trigger event happens and suddenly there's an emotion up here,

Like a wave.

A wave of emotion has arisen.

And whether it's five minutes later,

Ten minutes later,

An hour later,

A week later,

The emotion eventually dissolves.

Question.

Just close your eyes for this question.

Who or what was it that was the witness to that emotion?

What saw that wave arise and dissolve?

Now your mind is going to say me and I'm going to invite you to go beyond that and say and look deeper.

Is it really the personal identity?

Because the next question that follows on from who or what was the witness to that is was that which saw that process happening,

That arising and falling away of the emotion,

Was that affected by it in any way or did it just witness?

Did it just notice and was able to report?

You're eventually going to see,

Even if you can't see that right now,

That that witnessing presence,

That awareness was completely untouched,

Unmoved,

Unblemished by that phenomena of the emotion arising and falling.

And this,

My friends,

Is the key to meditation,

The key to self-realization,

The key to lasting peace,

The key to realizing that you are life eternal.

It's that simple.

It's always here,

Never not here.

The only reason most people struggle in life is because they go with the identity the body-mind as who they are,

Rather than realizing there's something much deeper,

Much more profound,

Completely still,

Completely silent,

That's the witness to all of life's phenomena appearing on what I call the green screen of consciousness.

All the phenomena appear on the green screen of consciousness,

Just like in the movies.

And the silent witness to it,

The infinite awareness,

The infinite consciousness,

The infinite silence,

You are that.

So life is death means death of the identification,

The attachment,

And belief that all I am is the body-mind.

And that's why it's also called dying before you die,

Because it is this way that's the route to peace.

This way is the route to peace.

So on my profile on Insight Timer you can find seven versions of the Infinite Silence Meditation,

15 minutes fully guided,

One and a half hour,

Same amount of guidance,

Just lots more silence,

In steps.

You can also find a live stream self-realization program.

These are all in playlists,

And you can also join the Nothing Special with Philip Wade group.

Nothing Special with Philip Wade.

If somebody wants to type that into the comments they can do.

That's the group.

You're here for this,

Not because I say so,

But because the whole purpose of life is for life to come to know itself in its own experience,

And it does that in infinite variety,

And that's how important your form is.

So whilst life is death might seem like a strange title,

Actually it's the perfect title,

Because it was those three words that came to me as the realization flowered.

Mind wanted to know what on earth was going on,

And awareness said,

Life is death.

And it was immediately realized that it wasn't the body that was dying,

It was the identification,

The attachment,

The belief that this physical vehicle is all I am.

And I cannot put into words how profound that moment,

That realization is.

That's why you're here,

Not just on this stream now,

But in this life,

In this form,

To realize that.

See what your heart has to say about that.

No need to believe anything I say about it.

It is going to be realized,

Whether in this form,

In this life,

Or another.

And that's the choice part that I talk about in the poem.

We can choose to go with awareness,

With silence,

With stillness.

We have a choice at the human level or to go with identity,

Belief,

And attachment.

Neither is right nor wrong,

But one road is a lot less rocky.

Going with awareness,

Stillness,

Silence,

Is a lot less rocky.

You'll still have to face challenges.

You'll still have to face the emotional body.

But facing that from the space of awareness is so much easier than going through mental breakdown.

Linda here says,

Thank you for putting that up there,

Stefan.

Linda says,

Without belief brings such relief and freedom.

I'm delighted you shared that,

Linda,

Because that's exactly that's exactly the kind of seeing that question points people towards.

They express it in many different ways when I do that in smaller steps like I've done on many live streams.

But that relief,

That freedom that you're talking about is exactly what I'm pointing at.

So I'm glad that you've shared that.

And that's why I also have a live stream replay on Insight Timer that you might want to listen to,

Linda.

And it's called Beyond Belief.

Beyond Belief.

And sometimes I say,

Just to make light of it,

But also to offer a profound pointing,

Truth is unbelievable.

Truth is unbelievable.

And what I mean by that is that you don't need belief.

You see,

The truth is infinite.

And belief is something that is outside of you,

Not in your experience.

And because the truth is infinite,

As it is realized,

Belief is not necessary.

And that's why you're getting that sense of relief and freedom.

It's because there's an opening taking place to this realization.

And it is freeing,

Liberating.

It's the source of peace.

Farnaz asks,

Are these what Eckhart Tolle teaches to?

Short answer,

Yes.

Although I haven't listened to anything he's said for many years.

But any realized being,

And Eckhart Tolle is a realized being,

And there are many,

Fortunately,

Nowadays,

They're all going to say the same thing.

Albeit in many different ways.

Because this can be expressed in infinite variety too.

But essentially,

Whether it's Eckhart Tolle,

Osho,

Or any of the great Eastern mystics,

They're going to be saying the same thing.

That this realization is why you are here.

That you are already it.

And that it's infinite awareness,

Infinite consciousness.

They may not use the term infinite silence,

Because that's the term it chose for me to express it.

But it will often be referred to as silence.

And it's infinite.

So no matter who the realized being is,

They're all pointing at the same thing in many different ways.

And if this is resonating with you,

If this is speaking to you in some way,

That's because there's an opening taking place in your form,

And there's a recognition of the truth that is already resting within.

That which you are seeking is that which you truly already are.

And that is beyond the body-mind.

Nothing wrong with the body-mind experience.

It's a beautiful gift.

So the short answer is yes,

It is.

I often pick up on this word teaching and say at this point although it's referred to as a spiritual teaching,

And people have called me a teacher,

On Insight Time I am called a teacher.

People have called me a guru.

People have called me a master.

And I often like to point out,

Because there's a spiritual trap here,

Although you will experience this as a teaching in the human experience,

Ultimately there is nothing for you to learn.

There is nothing for you to learn.

One of the questions I asked in the poem,

Prior to the poem,

Was who am I without knowledge?

Who am I without knowledge?

And the reason I ask that question is because before knowledge,

Before knowledge is awareness,

Is silence,

Is stillness.

All knowledge appears in front of or within awareness.

So when the realization of the self occurs you will see that knowledge is an appearance within awareness,

And that you're not going to learn anything about it,

You're going to realize it.

Oh my gosh I am that.

Always have been,

Always will be.

So whilst there can be referred to as spiritual teachings,

The word has a limitation.

You will not get to this through the mind.

It will only come,

Only come,

Through silence.

Christine's saying,

When the question came up,

Who am I without knowledge?

I think she's saying there's a deep saying from the heart.

And that's also great,

Christine.

That's a different way of saying that relief that Linda was talking about.

That deep sigh,

That deep relaxation,

That deep opening to,

I don't need to keep on learning more and more and more stuff.

More tools,

More techniques,

More knowledge.

Because I am that before knowledge.

You could call it wisdom,

Stillness,

Silence,

Peace.

Linda's also saying,

For me,

Realization is coming in stages,

And that's common,

Linda.

In fact,

I'd go as far to say it is the most common way.

People go on a journey bringing back this again,

From moving away from this body-mind identification.

And they take journeys down into pure being and eventually to silence.

But it's almost like peeling away layers of conditioning,

Layers of an onion.

And as more of the armor of ego,

Did you hear that word?

More of the armor of ego,

More of the armor of belief gets dissolved.

The more that you open up to deeper seeing,

Deeper truth,

Deeper awareness,

Deeper silence,

Deeper peace.

So it's good that,

Linda,

That it comes in stages,

Because what this does over a period of weeks,

Months,

Years,

It prepares your body-mind vehicle for deeper and deeper shifts into presence,

Into stillness.

Because it's quite the thing for your body to integrate that.

I have a whole live stream on what's called the Kundalini energy,

And the reason I did that is there's a lot of confusion about it,

But the Kundalini energy arising is a natural part of moving deeper into awareness,

Into stillness.

You don't need to force it or do exercises,

You just need to open to awareness,

And hence the infinite silence meditation.

And I should say the infinite silence meditation in its longer versions all came from that same realization.

So it's most common for it to happen in stages.

People can have,

And I talk about this in the Kundalini live stream,

Understanding Kundalini,

It's called.

It's a replay on my profile.

People can have sudden and profound awakening-type experiences,

But often they don't understand what that experience was,

And often,

As some people on the stream I know who have had them would report,

They then fall back into suffering again.

And the reason that happens is because their pain body,

Or the emotional body,

Hasn't been dissolved.

And that typically happens,

That sudden Kundalini awakening,

When there's a collapse in the identity.

It can come through mental breakdown,

Leading to some kind of breakthrough.

It can come out of the blue.

It's a way of life communicating that there's more to life.

The more effective approach,

Though,

Is to commit to awareness-rooted meditation.

Commit to spiritual inquiry,

The question,

Who am I?

And those two come together into the realization.

And this is a much more effective approach.

It's less rocky that way.

Much less rocky.

You're still going to have to face the emotional body,

The conditioning.

But when you're doing that from a space of awareness,

It is so much easier.

So much simpler.

So much more freeing.

If there's one thing with self-realization,

This is where repetition of awareness-based meditation,

Spiritual inquiry,

The question,

Who am I,

Is profoundly beneficial.

It's life-changing.

Letting go of the idea that you know what life is,

And being open to the realization that life is that which you are,

And it's eternal.

I think it's easy for people with a balanced and happy life to get these lessons,

But not possible when we're low and suffering.

There is some truth in what you're pointing at,

Farnaz,

But we need to explore why those low points and that suffering occurs,

And the profound compassion for the suffering in the world.

The words I got were compelling compassion.

That's what I feel.

Profound and compelling compassion for that suffering.

It's not to be underestimated,

That suffering.

What I would say to you is,

If we can be even in that space,

That in itself is an invitation to look,

To be open to,

That there is more to life than that.

And to recognize that example I gave earlier of that appearance of the wave of emotion appearing and dissolving.

Recognizing that there's an unchanging presence,

And this can happen for people who are in that space as well.

Just as much as those who are,

In quotes,

Having a happy life.

What people define as happiness isn't,

Generally speaking,

What happiness is.

Happiness has an opposite,

Sadness.

What I'm talking about has no opposite.

It's joy for no reason.

It's not event based.

It's not because I'm happily married,

Or have 2.

4 children,

Or a nice house or a nice car.

Nothing to do with any of those things.

It's simply,

It is simply because the pure unadulterated essence,

It's perfumes are joy,

Peace,

Grace,

Stillness.

I can tell you without any judgment,

That until realization has flowered,

Until the pain body is dissolved,

Heavily dissolved,

There is elements of suffering taking place for everybody.

It's a matter of degree.

For some,

It may be very intense.

And for others,

It may be lighter.

But suffering will be here until the essence is realized,

And the pain body is dissolved.

So,

Lee and Stephan are confirming,

Because they recognize suffering is happening.

It may be variable,

As it is for many people.

For some,

It is profoundly deep.

And there's profound compassion for all of the suffering.

So,

No matter where you are,

There is a way through this.

And the way is awareness.

The way is stillness.

For somebody who's in a very deep state of suffering,

They may need other tools,

Other steps before they can open to awareness.

And that's okay too.

There's nothing wrong with that.

Looking at what Christine is saying,

Listen to life,

Purpose and meaning.

And there was laughter and amusement arising from the self on the question,

Who am I without meaning?

I'm glad you've shared that,

Christine.

So,

What Christine's saying there,

There was laughter and amusement arising when the question was asked,

Who am I without meaning?

And that's another form of that relief opening taking place.

If you listen to that replay,

Life,

Purpose and meaning,

Which you can find in the Nothing Special with Philip Wade group or on the live stream Self Realization Program playlist,

I explore what meaning is and how the true essence is before and beyond meaning.

And that meaning is something that we construct at the identity level.

And when we move beyond that to the space that is before and beyond meaning,

We suddenly realize there's a deeper seeing,

A deeper freedom.

And in Christine's case,

There was a laughter at the kind of release of this need to apply meaning to everything.

You might remember in the poem that the insight was offered,

Life is its own purpose,

Its own meaning.

It means you as life are the source of that.

Most meaning gets ascribed,

In fact all meaning gets described at the personal level,

Which is why different people ascribe different meanings to different experiences.

Meaning is not universal,

In other words.

That which is before and beyond meaning is that which you are.

So,

For the full version of that,

Listen to the life,

Purpose and meaning replay.

Lee is now saying,

I realize the suffering comes and goes.

It is not as present and all-consuming as it was years ago when I first met you.

And I know Lee doesn't mind sharing,

You know,

She was in a difficult space and had a profound experience at the first event,

Actually an in-person event here in the UK that she came to,

And has been on a journey since that time of moving from that to more consistent and she would agree that she's not there yet,

Recognition of that unchanging presence.

And that also goes back to what Linda was saying.

So it's a journey that people experience,

Much less suffering now,

Thankfully,

Thanks to you,

But also thanks to your commitment,

Lee,

To the recognition of the truth that you had on that day when you came to see me during one of the breaks,

With a beam in your eyes and a glow in your presence that I can still remember,

Because you were so grateful for the seeing that you'd had that day.

So,

Lee was in a challenging space and has been moving out of that over a period of time,

And that's perfectly okay.

It is possible.

It is possible.

So there,

Lee's confirming she'll never forget that day.

So that day,

That experience,

Which was profound for her,

Was a profound invitation to this.

And yes,

There's been challenges post that,

But over these years she's kept at it and become deeper into awareness,

And it's now not,

The suffering isn't as all-consuming.

There are spaces,

There are times when there's a deeper stillness,

A deeper awareness,

And I know she's had many profound insights and seeings since that time.

Lee and I have known each other for a number of years.

So there is a path through this for us,

There is a path for anyone.

As I say,

Any donations today,

Thank you if you've made one,

You can make them on the profile here,

Oh sorry,

On the stream here,

Or on the profile,

And they're going to go to Berry Hospice in the UK,

Which is where my mother spent her final few days,

And we spent that with her,

And it's run entirely on pretty much entirely on donations.

So I'm going to dedicate the stream donations to that.

So thank you so much if you have donated,

Thank you so much for joining,

Thank you for being open to your truth,

Do feel free to join the Nothing Special with Philip Wade group,

Nothing Special with Philip Wade,

Do listen to the free live stream Self Realisation programme,

There's 20 streams of about an hour,

An hour and a half long there,

A full programme,

More than enough material to realise the self for free,

How good's that?

So do listen to those,

Do join the group if you feel called,

Do share,

Do commit inwardly for yourself to this,

Not because I say,

But because truth is calling you.

There you go,

Blossom saying,

Doing Philip's Infinite Silence Meditations have changed my life,

And I know Blossom came to some of the very early streams I did on Insight Timer two years ago,

So it was a combination of those streams and the meditations.

And the more deeply that you tune into this,

The true unadulterated expression in Blossom's case piano,

Tara's case harp,

Will flow through you that much more easily,

And your unique gifts that you bring to this world will become more evident.

So there's another good reason to commit to the path of Self Realisation.

See you all again,

And thank you for your donations.

Do join the group if you can,

If you feel called,

Listen to the live stream replays,

Use the Infinite Silence Meditations.

Have a great weekend.
