We're going to focus today and inspiration on needs and how can you honor them.

This is huge,

Huge,

And why we might be afraid of that,

Why we might not be doing that.

We're going to look a little bit at anger as our friend,

So we'll kind of tap into that a little bit.

We're going to get into heart's longings and why that's important for tapping into this channel of inspiration.

This divinity really is what we're pointing to your higher self and helping you get more comfortable with it today for eight weeks.

And then we're going to do a nervous system retraining.

I'm going to teach you something and some of you on this call know it,

But we could do this every day,

It's called sifting,

To help us feel safe embodying our true self and the true reality that we want to create,

That we came here to create.

So let's ground in,

Let's get all the shooshie off of ourselves from wherever we've been.

Let's connect energetically as a group.

All we're going to do is something simple today.

We're going to intentionally soften our body,

Which is hot,

It can be challenging when we're in fight or flight,

But we can be in fight or flight and soften at the same time.

So that's all.

Everything I invite us into is an and,

Not a but,

So it's okay,

I'm going to be soft and not stressed.

It's like,

Okay,

I'm going to be where I am and soften.

So we're just going to take some deep breaths into the belly,

Expand the body,

Long,

Slow exhale out of the mouth.

Just allow yourself to start to consciously soften,

Perhaps the belly,

Breathing in,

Softening,

Softening the eyes,

Maybe softening your being as a whole.

A very feminine quality is soft,

Softness,

And I remember a long time ago when I heard that an open heart is a heart that feels everything,

Because you're thinking,

Well,

An open heart just feels love all the time.

Yes,

And part of that is allowing the sensations,

The feelings,

Everything that is your allness to move through you,

But in order to have that flow,

Our heart must be soft.

We must allow the sadness and the disappointments and the joy.

Our cells hear our voice.

I took years to catch on to this.

I thought it was stupid.

I was like,

That doesn't work,

That's not really real,

And then I started learning from medical doctors who would see proof.

So we're going to start today by just reminding our body,

It's okay to soften body,

It's okay to be soft.

Soft is my superpower.

Soft is my nature.

Even through the heavier energies and densities we endure in life,

We can soften and open and receive them and let them flow.

The opposite is just what most of us do,

Right?

Innocently,

We clamp down,

Contract,

Suppress.

We go,

No.

Softening is a courageous act.

Breathing and softening,

Allowing what wants to come into our awareness to come into our awareness.

I remember also being so afraid of God,

Being so afraid of higher self,

Being so afraid of wisdom.

I'm like,

Oh,

It's going to tell me something bad,

Until I realized that those things weren't what was taught to me.

It's just my own personal story.

It's all benevolent.

And so that channel of inspiration,

That channel of divinity that you're looking for while you're here,

You might unconsciously be afraid to hear because you're projecting a family member or a part of society or whatever it may be onto a benevolent channel within you.

So could you open to the possibility that what you're looking for here is benevolent?

You don't have to make yourself believe it.

Could you just be open to it is all.

And you can answer a yes or a no and just breathe and soften.

I give myself permission to feel what I feel,

To soften and breathe this whole hour and a half as energies move through to be all of me.

I give myself permission to be wise and really powerful and inspired.

And I give myself permission to be divine because we won't even let this channel come in if there is a fear of,

Well,

I'm just going to be human and I'm going to fit in with all of the other humans,

But we're both.

It's okay to be divine and human,

Breathing and softening.

I want you just to bring all your energy back to your body.

We can have it be in multiple places throughout the day.

I call all of my energy back to me.

We can take on other's energy when we're sensitive or empathic,

When we perceive their circumstance as wrong or bad,

And then our energy system tries to fix it.

So when we affirm,

I won't make other people's lives wrong,

Just let them be as they are.

Learning what they're learning,

Seeing what they're seeing.

I just release that which isn't mine to carry now.

Your body might take a deep breath or sigh.

I'm going to do that one one more time.

I release any wrongness I see in other people's lives.

Just let them be,

Having their experience.

I release the energy I might be trying to help them,

Send it back to them.

So we come in more,

More you.

Now we come in more us.

Good.

And I want you just to take a moment to visit,

And if you haven't created it yet,

Then let's create it.

But what was your intention last week?

Just tune into your heart space,

And we're just taking a moment to let that be center stage.

I intend,

Whispering it from your lips or in your mind,

I intend from this group.

Deep breath and soften.

There's a Mary Oliver quote,

I actually saw it on a bumper sticker two days ago.

I only allow the soft animal of my body to love what it loves.

There's something similar to that.

One must allow the soft animal of their body to love what it loves.

You can open your eyes and come back whenever you're ready.

That sentence in the poem is so profound.

It sounds beautiful,

Right?

But our divinity,

Our desire,

Our joy,

Our inspiration,

Our love,

It's like one must allow it.

If somebody knows the quote,

Feel free to pop it in the chat,

But one must allow that.

I give myself permission.

I had a private client earlier today,

And the theme of the whole session was permission giving.

Yes,

I thought one of you put the quote in the chat,

But yes.

Permission giving.

I give my body permission to love what it loves,

And if you want to join me right now,

You can put your hand on your heart and just say it out loud.

I give myself permission to allow the soft animal of my body to love what it loves.

My heart just did a little tingle.

Do you feel that?

We're waiting for someone else to give us permission.

It's okay to follow your inspiration.

It's okay to do things differently.

It's okay to love what you love.

I saw that quote.

I was headed to get a coffee,

And I was like,

I'll get a decaf,

But I wanted a half-caf.

And so I saw that bumper sticker,

And I was like,

You know what?

It's all right that you love a half-caf and that you want a half-caf,

And then I let myself have it.

And then I saw a bumper sticker that said was,

And it's just like the universe was like,

We hear you,

But that's it.

That's it.

I'm not waiting my whole life for somebody to give me approval and say,

It's okay to follow your joy.

It's okay to follow your desire.

It's okay to follow your inspiration.

I give it to myself now,

And I know that it is the most practical thing that I have in me to take me home,

Because so many people come to me,

And I get it.

I've had to work through a lot of thoughts too,

That this way isn't sustainable,

That this way isn't practical,

That this way won't pay my bills.

And I'll keep reminding,

And I intentionally repeat myself in these calls sometimes,

That that's not true,

Because when you're in your divinity,

You are supported.

I'm going to share one short 90-second story,

And then we'll move into the first practice.

So there's this course I really want to take,

And it's been sitting in my tabs for,

I don't know,

Like five days.

I wouldn't even let myself look at the course details,

Because I was like,

Oh,

You take too many courses.

Sorry,

Something's stuck.

You take too many courses.

My mind was telling me all the reasons why I couldn't have this.

And then I remember hearing a healer speak,

I don't know,

A few weeks ago,

And she said something like that,

That we don't even allow ourselves to look at what we want.

The dating app,

The job application,

The course that we want to take,

Because we don't even believe that we'll be resourced for it.

So I remember her saying that,

And that came into my mind,

And I was inspired to just look.

And I thought,

Well,

Just look,

See how you feel.

And we'll go more into this tonight,

But the whole navigation,

How do we let the soft animal of our body love what it loves?

Does it feel light?

Does it feel expansive?

So I looked at the thing,

And I went,

Oh,

Wow,

Shit,

Man,

So light and expansive.

I really want to take this course.

And I thought,

All right,

Here we go.

I have learned when something feels light and expansive,

It is already done in the quantum field.

That possibility already exists for you,

And the lightness is telling you,

This feeling of lightness and expansiveness in the body is telling you there are resources available for you to receive this thing.

So I got real excited.

I texted my mom,

And I was like,

Oh,

My God,

I think I'm going to do this course.

I'm so excited.

So I have a big birthday coming up this year.

And my mom was like,

Oh,

My God,

I can give you this for your birthday.

I can pay for half of it.

And I was like,

Oh,

My God,

That's so amazing.

I didn't expect that.

Thank you.

And then that same day,

I got an offer for a new corporate client in my inbox saying,

Can we have you once a month for a year?

And the other half was covered.

So within an hour,

I called in $2,

500 because I was like,

I understood that when I follow lightness,

Resources are available.

I also understood I could have easily not received that,

Which is what most of us do.

I could have easily said,

Mom,

That is way too much.

You know,

Usually give me $100 for my birthday or whatever I could have done.

No,

No,

No.

I'm good.

I don't need that.

I could have done all the things.

So I'm sharing this as a little bit of practicality,

That that is the mechanism with which we are cared for.

So this feels important to share,

Too.

We look to the world of form that let us down.

We look to the people that let us down,

Who weren't able to pay for us or support us or love us.

We don't realize we have to go deeper to the divinity.

The divinity didn't let us down.

When we connect into our higher self,

The resource,

The abundance,

The love is available on a deeper level.

And so we'll continue each week to do our best to kind of bring to our conscious awareness,

Well,

What are my blocks from this being a real life thing?

And how can I be an embodied example of it,

Okay?

So that was cool for me.

This is so like me about courses.

When you all have examples of following what feels light and knowing that that means that thing will be a contribution to you and there's resources available and you begin to see proof of it happening in your life,

Share it.

Because the more we hear stories of each other's experiences,

The more it gives us courage to say like inspiration is literally that channel of inspiration and desire and joy and wholeness,

Lightness is money in the bank,

You know?

And it's a contribution to you.

So the most practical thing.

So thank you.

Okay.

So we're going to talk about needs first.

Be really aware of the time here.

Honoring your needs.

So we're going to take a moment to do a free writing on what do I need right now and in general.

What do I need in this moment and in general,

Even if I don't take action on it yet.

So our protective parts sometimes won't let us even see needs,

Desires,

Wants because it thinks we'll take action and it thinks it can't handle the action or it doesn't deserve the action or whatever.

So the first step in feeling safe is just saying,

Okay,

Needs,

I'm just going to get curious about you and we don't even need to do these.

It's just the first step to opening that channel.

Why are needs so important?

Because everything is a mirror that reflects back to us,

Right?

To me,

Self-love is the medicine.

And we innocently are trying to control the world to give us what we need instead of being full and whole on our own and then living a life from inspiration.

It's like,

Oh,

I'm honoring my needs.

I'm honoring my desires.

I'm honoring my boundaries,

Whatever.

You know,

This internal system is.

And then from that place,

That channel becomes more open because you're living in more of a lightness,

Not in the survival of like,

I need you to do this so that my needs are met.

Okay.

So we're just going to take a moment to see what comes in and I'm going to invite you to look at all levels.

I was sharing with Nicole earlier that one of my needs that comes up sometimes is literally and I was sharing this with you guys last time too.

Slow down how I talk.

I need to just for myself,

Slow down,

It feels better.

Take a deep breath.

So that might be a need in this moment,

Or it could be a glass of water.

It could be you want to play some team sports,

I don't know,

Whatever.

What do I need to feel nurtured,

Supported,

Loved?

This could be on levels of what I can give to myself,

What others,

What I would need to ask from others,

Because it's not something I can give myself,

Just on a practical level.

I need to ask friends for hugs,

You know,

All right,

I'm going to put some music on for you.

I'm going to give you just like three minutes and I'm going to invite you when you think you're done,

Keep writing,

Because stuff that's way underneath there will come out.

What do I need right now,

Even if I don't take action on it yet?

Not a moment too soon,

Not a moment too soon,

We should be rationing the reasons.

Choose a chart to ignore,

This I've never been sure,

So I will follow the feed,

All of my fever to the phone,

The very thing you're afraid,

Afraid of,

That keeps you clean,

But unclear,

Clean but unclear,

Is the dirt that you're made,

You're made of,

And that's nothing to fear,

No it's nothing my dear,

But how do I know what you're thinking,

Maybe I thought it before,

Maybe that's why I'm at your window,

Hear me at your door,

Sing and give me some more,

All my fever to the phone,

Won't you hear me at your door,

Sing and give me some more,

Because you were never empty,

And we've been here before,

Yes we've been here before,

But now there's only plenty,

Yes still we got some more,

Singing fever to the phone.

Just wrapping up this section of exploration as we move on to the next.

Next,

We can use frustration and anger as a clue,

There's lots of reasons for it,

This is one that shifted a lot for me because I used to have,

I was real angry,

Just a lot of brewing in there.

We can use frustration as a clue for desires and unmet needs.

So,

What continually frustrates us in our close relationships,

Love relationships,

Child-parent relationships,

Dynamics,

Take a moment just to jot down the themes,

These frustrations of like,

God,

If this person would just do this,

Or if I could just have this.

So,

We're going to jot down our frustrations or anger,

It's just a clue,

There's an unmet need that we are not self-honoring,

We just haven't known how to,

Okay.

And then once we see the unmet needs,

So I'm just going to give you another quiet minute over here,

We're going to flip it and see,

Well,

If these are all my unmet needs,

Then I can start to see more of my desires,

Which is,

I desire love,

I desire connection,

I desire intimacy,

I desire financial abundance,

And then we'll give ourselves permission for that.

So,

If you have questions about this,

Look at areas you're frustrated or angry,

Themes,

How could this be a clue for an unmet need,

What need do I think is here that's not met,

And what desire could it be revealing?

Okay,

I'm going to give you another two minutes,

Three minutes,

And there's no rush,

Just letting me know when you've gotten a sense of some frustration,

Unmet needs,

And possible desires you found from them.

So,

Just slowly wrapping this up and knowing that all of these journal prompts,

If it's something that really touches you,

I invite you during the week just to go even deeper here,

I know this was so empowering for me when I moved from this victim to life's just pissing me off,

To empowering,

To say,

All right,

I'm feeling really frustrated,

What is an unmet need that I just haven't even let myself be aware of,

Because I just don't even think it's possible I could get it met,

Because we didn't get this need met when we were little in some way,

So we just stew in anger,

Because anger gives us a deeper sense of control than defeat or grief or deep sadness or fear of like,

Oh my god,

This is survival,

I don't,

I can't have this need met,

So anger holds that down for us,

Gives us a sense of I'm doing something about this,

I'm not a victim,

I'm not powerless,

But as an adult we can look at all that frustration and say,

Is there,

Just a look at first,

Right,

That's the safer thing,

Is there something here I'm not seeing,

Maybe there's an unmet need,

That I can look and say,

Oh wow,

I desire the X,

Y,

And Z,

I remember hearing a story,

This is upside down,

I remember hearing a story of Catherine,

I think you say her name,

Zeneca,

Catherine Zeneca,

She has a company called Manifestation Babe,

And she told a story that really helped highlight this for me,

Where she was constantly pissed at things her husband was doing,

And she realized that the solution would be money in all situations,

Like pissed that he,

One of the scenarios was he got locked in the elevator once,

They missed a flight,

Had to change all these flights,

Cost them all this money to rearrange the flights,

And she was like,

Why was I so pissed,

And what would have helped me not be so pissed,

A shit ton of money to be like,

Well,

Canceled flight sucks,

But like,

If I have that much money,

I don't care if I can just rearrange it and go in three days when the flights are fixed,

Like,

Oh,

$20,

000,

Whatever,

You know,

But it was an amazing clue,

She was innocently,

Which is what I want us to look at here a little bit,

Making her husband the source of that money and the problem,

And if he was different,

Then it would be different as opposed to the divinity,

As opposed to being resourced by God,

And so it was within that frustration,

She didn't explain it this way,

But I am,

It's within our frustrations that we really get to know what is it that I really want,

That no one gave me permission to have,

Or didn't know to give me,

And that now,

Once I see that desire,

I give myself permission,

I allow the soft animal of my body to love what it loves,

So I would love for us to,

Whatever we uncovered,

And for you to continue looking at it this week,

Just hand on the heart to do this self-permission of,

Okay,

So I'm going to call in the integration here,

So repeating out loud after me,

I don't need to know how,

But I give myself permission to have my desires in ways that feel safe for me,

So I want you just to tell me out loud now with the hand on the heart,

What are they,

And so maybe my unmet need is like deep financial support from God,

Not whoever I'm placing the blame on,

They are one channel,

Whatever it might be,

So I'm going to give you a quiet second,

We're going to say I desire,

And you're just going to tell me them,

I can't hear you,

So I desire,

And it's okay to include your needs in there,

Yep,

These are my needs and desires,

And I give myself permission to open to them,

I don't know how,

And I don't need to know how,

But I open my consciousness to the solution to how these needs and desires can be easily met,

Come into my mind,

Yeah,

See if you can wiggle into,

I'm just getting an image from Spirit right now,

Wiggle into your higher self,

It's like you're just plugging into a different version of yourself,

This is the version where permission is granted,

And doesn't it feel light,

Doesn't it feel expansive to say,

I desire this,

These are my needs,

And I'm open to them now,

And so what I want you to do next is,

Is there one,

One desire or one need that you wrote down that feels safe to honor in one small way,

You don't have to go off the deep end and say,

Oh,

Now I'm going to do all these things this week,

And write lists,

And if you want to,

And that feels light,

But what feels attainable,

Maybe a tiny bit edgy,

But attainable to meet a need or to meet a desire,

So that you can take more,

More better care of you,

And be a clear channel for your divine inspiration,

Just one small way,

So maybe you want to write that down if it feels good,

Is I intend to honor myself this way,

Hey,

Anger and frustration,

Thanks for showing me where I wasn't giving myself permission,

And we're going to just take it one step further,

And intend it,

So we can say I want,

Or we can say I intend,

Which is,

I already know it's a possibility in the quantum field,

I don't know what book or word I need heard,

Or healing,

Whatever it is,

To align me with it,

But I intend these desires and needs align in my reality,

And so it is,

Whenever you feel ready,

You can come back,

Shake it out,

Take a deep breath,

Good,

Okay,

So let's take a pause,

And you don't have to ask me anything,

Or share anything,

But I want to take this moment before I move into more desire work,

And retraining our nervous system around desire,

So that the inspiration can pop through,

Coming at it from different angles here,

Do,

Is anything coming up for you,

Like when I'm sitting one-on-one in a coaching session,

You know,

And it's like,

Okay,

Here's this thing,

And then you get the yeah,

But,

And there's an emotion,

Or a doubt,

Or a program,

Or a belief,

What's coming up for you,

It could be from something you,

We talked about last week,

Something you've journeyed with during the week,

Or something that's coming up now,

That's relevant to any of this,

Question that you may have for me,

Happy to take a pause to interact in that way,

You can ask in the chat,

You can ask privately in the chat,

First question that's coming in,

Is what am I being,

What am I being is,

What am I being invited into beyond this,

Meaning we're in a constant expansion,

So your soul is trying to help you see something else,

That you might not be seeing yet,

So what are you being invited into,

And I have an idea of what came up first,

But I want you to keep being in this,

I invite you to be in this exploration this week,

Am I being,

Here's an example,

Too,

Because I know when I first heard this question,

I was like,

What does that even mean,

Invited into more,

Perhaps,

These aren't my intuitive hits,

These are examples,

Compassion,

Non-judgment,

Acceptance of what is,

So there could be something your soul is trying to get you to learn,

And see that you might be in resistance to,

And once you get that hit,

Because you're asking that question,

And you're like,

Oh my god,

This makes so much sense,

Now this is why my life looks the way it is,

It's waking me up to,

Fill in the blank,

Things get resolved in the world of form,

So there's that,

And then you can all ask that question,

Given whatever it is that's your life,

Yeah,

Look,

Michelle,

The same question,

Okay,

You said two things,

And I can't read my handwriting,

Some of my needs are not up to me,

Stood out to me,

And then I wrote down separation consciousness,

Was my sense of what you're being invited into is oneness,

So let me explain,

Life,

The way I see it,

Take what resonates,

Leave the rest,

Life is a mirror,

Always,

And it's real hard to see when it's poo-poo stuff,

Real hard to see,

And so if we are,

It's my sense,

So,

Find a way to heal and see into the truth that we are worthy and deserving of financial abundance,

Abundance or being resourced,

I'm now calling it being resourced,

Because provided for,

Supported,

Money is one of those ways,

Then life will reflect that,

Then life will reflect that,

So when you are so okay with your needs being met,

Yes,

It looks like,

So this is caveated here,

Because yes,

It looks like I don't have control over that,

But life's just reflecting your energy,

So I would say,

Oh,

Okay,

I also just got to hit,

Hold this word loosely,

Because I know we can hear this word and take it the wrong way,

But victim consciousness to empowered consciousness,

To sovereignty,

To radical responsibility,

To co-creator,

To never shame,

It could be just 2% of victim,

That,

You know,

You've overcome it in all these other areas,

And then it's just this one area that's like,

I don't have control over that,

So yes,

On a practical level,

Life happens,

We're not God,

Things are out of our control on that level,

And when we align to our truth inside,

Our divine truth,

Which is multiple things,

Which is I am loved,

I am accepted,

I am resourced,

I am enough,

Compassion,

All of these things,

When we align with that,

And not our small self that's filled with pain and trauma,

Life reflects it,

So when we're in situations like that,

Life is just reflecting,

Hey,

There's an energy block in your system,

Or there's a program in your system that's making life look this way,

Otherwise,

Because we're energy and we're vibration,

It would look different if we didn't have this in our system,

So we see what's going on in life,

The bank account or whatever it may be,

As gathering information,

There's no wrongness in it,

Oh,

Look at that,

That area of my life is just reflecting something in me,

I wonder what it's reflecting in me,

Here's the question,

What am I being invited into,

That I,

Like,

Hey,

Thanks,

The girl that I was talking to earlier at noon today was about her bank account as well,

Or variation of,

And I said to thank the bank account,

Because being the way that it was,

Or job,

Or whatever we're calling it,

Because if it isn't for that,

We wouldn't be invited into this next level,

And so the love that you're gonna find on the other side of your bank account being this way,

Or the compassion,

Or the massive amount of sovereignty and power that I'm feeling into,

That you're stepping into,

Of holy shit,

I am clearing any feelings of powerlessness that were created from my youth,

Because I just somehow pulled some shit in,

And that was between me and God,

And that feels,

Wow,

I had an impact on my environment,

Like you're moving into this amazing level of co-creation,

There's that,

And then the other level that came in when you were first speaking is separation consciousness,

Which is,

Like,

All these separate little entities of,

Like,

Money,

Job,

Body,

Relationship,

As opposed to,

It's hard to see,

But we're all one,

Coming out in different bodies,

And things,

And situations,

And money can look separate from us,

But when we realize it's an energetic reflection of us,

It's an extension of us,

Our relationships,

Extension of us,

So to say,

I'm using words to try to explain something non-physical,

So I'm doing my best,

I'm feeling complete with that,

Because I don't want to dilute it,

So let me know what came up for you,

Any additional questions,

Just open to it,

A breathing,

And softening,

And opening,

So there's a lot coming in for you,

It's also the level of moving out of things needing to be hard,

And that feels relevant for the whole group,

Because that was me,

Too,

Like,

What,

I can just align with,

And that's,

You know,

I'm forgetting who shared the story in the beginning,

As well,

But,

Like,

My story,

Too,

Was that hard,

I literally,

Like,

Opened up an inbox,

And had my mom text me,

And $2,

500 came in,

Because I followed something that felt light,

But I'm at a point where I'm okay with it now,

Because you suffer enough,

And you're like,

Jesus,

Like,

There's no amount of proving myself that's going to get me what I need,

And so,

At a certain point,

I,

And again,

It's a natural point for us,

Where the pain outweighs the band-aid of it,

And we're just like,

Okay,

The question,

I got to open to something higher here,

What else is available for me here,

Ease,

And innocent,

None of us,

What ease is available,

I didn't see any female figures,

Everybody,

Wow,

You're so strong,

You're doing so much,

Like,

All of us are raised around that,

And again,

There's,

We hold that with innocence,

And then we do have to do a lot of things in the world of form sometimes,

But it can be,

It can be from a place of support,

Here's this idea,

And then let me go take this idea into the world of form with my body,

And I'm supported with the energy of divinity in my body to do the thing.

You are all so beautifully just moving to a new level of consciousness,

Letting animate your body,

Instead of the defense mechanism of,

You know,

Have to work hard,

This isn't practical,

I don't have control over my environment,

And it's like,

Is that true,

Does that feel light,

What does feel light,

Can I open and pray and ponder,

And here's moving into nervous system,

How do we heal the nervous system and get the nervous system on board,

Because I get it can be like,

What,

That feels resonant,

What she's saying,

But like,

Huh,

And my whole life doesn't look like it could,

You know,

Work out that way,

Work out that way,

We start looking for,

And we can even take a minute to do this,

You guys,

But we start looking for disconfirming evidence,

So I want you to look at maybe one time in your life,

Something came easy,

And you were like,

Oh,

This thing did aligned,

And it's like,

Huh,

And I know it's not all the time,

And this is what I was saying in the beginning,

Like,

Our body focuses on the 95%,

That's still bad,

And still heavy,

And still whatever,

So I'm saying,

Okay,

Let's keep that there,

That's fine,

And have I gotten something in flow,

Has something come easy,

Have I got an idea and just followed it,

And like,

Something worked out,

Do I have disconfirming evidence of what it is that I believe,

And then the second step to that,

So I'll let us do that for a moment,

I'm gonna explain it first,

The second step to that is saying to ourselves,

Well,

Now that I have this disconfirming evidence,

How does that feel in my body,

The thing that came easy,

Could have been once,

The support,

The provision,

The magic,

When I think of that,

How is that received in my body,

Oh,

Wow,

My shoulders just relaxed,

How is that received in my body,

Oh,

Wow,

My shoulders just relaxed,

I took a breath,

I feel lighter,

I took another breath,

We're showing the body in this present moment another possibility,

And it rewires your nervous system around it,

Regardless of what's going on out there,

You get to live in a different quantum field of reality over time with body,

It's okay here,

So I'm gonna give you a moment,

For whatever it is that brought up in you,

However it relates to your life,

Is there disconfirming evidence of it being,

What's your thing,

Hard,

I'm separate,

I don't have control over my life,

You know,

I'm using these words lightly,

Disconfirming evidence of that being true,

So we'll start with that,

And then we'll go into the next part,

And then we'll move into the embodiment practice,

You guys are doing awesome,

So it might be the tiniest bit of disconfirming evidence,

And that's okay,

That's a great place to start,

So all we're gonna do is just kind of notice into what you found of a time when something was easy,

Or you were resourced,

Or you followed something light,

And it worked out,

Anything in this realm,

Noticing that memory,

Or that awareness that's coming into your mind,

How does that feel in the body,

So when I say in the body,

A lot of us can be disconnected from it,

And that's okay,

What sensation physically arises,

It could be tingling,

Warmth,

Muscle unwinding,

Shoulders relaxing,

Breath,

So there's emotions,

There's thoughts,

Feelings,

Sensations,

Noticing this disconfirming evidence,

How does noticing it feel in your body,

We're gonna take 60 seconds here,

How does noticing this disconfirming evidence feel in my body,

And the noticing of it is the healing,

Oh wow,

My body,

And again,

Maybe your body's still doing some other things,

And that's okay,

We let it do what it's doing,

It's just,

And there's a breath here,

Or there's a softening in this area,

Or there's some tingling here,

Let your body bathe in that a little bit more,

This is how we retrain the nervous system to be an equal match for truth,

And there's no rush,

You can open your eyes,

Or you can sit in this longer if you want,

Ask yourself the same thing again,

What does it feel when I notice disconfirming evidence in my body,

The nervous system relaxes just subtly,

And that's enough,

It's like wait a minute,

This happened once,

It could happen again,

I'm gonna get used to this feeling,

So we have a question here,

Which I think is very relevant to what we're speaking of,

And one that I've moved through myself,

I know the logical answer to this,

But I would love some insight on how to help my younger parts with this,

My younger parts of me are sometimes afraid to ask for my desires,

Or try to manifest in case God,

Universe,

Divinity,

Whatever doesn't show up,

For example,

And then I question the existence of that thing I'm holding on to,

God being real,

For example,

And like wow,

Even God abandoned me,

My core trauma wound,

Yeah,

Like a,

Yes,

That makes sense,

You'd feel that based on your past experiences,

But what if,

So,

So,

Yeah,

This is the same thing,

I had this exact pain,

Because of all the physical hardships I had to endure in the past when I was going through my awakening,

And I had to have a therapist point out to me disconfirming evidence,

To say,

Were there moments,

Because,

You know,

The storm can get real cloudy in your view,

But were you always tethered to,

We could call it yourself,

Your higher self,

Your soul,

And were you always tethered to what you refer to as God,

Maybe,

So my experience,

Everyone around me,

Most of the people around me when they were young,

When I was younger,

Were so out of their body,

That they couldn't reflect divinity to me,

So I just wasn't aware of it in myself,

It wasn't not there,

My higher self and God weren't not there,

It just wasn't reflected,

So I was staring at the other stuff,

As opposed to the light,

And then I lost track of the light,

Which is what we do,

Because we're staring at the other stuff,

Because we just don't even know that it's there,

Look for proof,

How do I know God's been there,

I know this is a deep,

Hard question,

So I hold it with compassion,

Because I have been there myself,

And how do I know I've always been there,

That I'm showing up for me,

Right,

And we can't look to the physical,

So maybe lightness reveals itself,

Or I remember it in nature,

Or whatever it may be,

Looking for disconfirming evidence that God abandoned me,

Or that I abandoned me,

And then how does that feel in my body,

And can I sit with that,

And you might have to sit there,

Like a Rolodex,

Right,

Asking this question,

And letting your mind look back through your life,

Like nope,

Not there,

Doesn't feel like proof,

Oh wow,

Like did you decide to spiritually awaken,

I didn't,

I don't think any of us decided it,

I think we were led on that journey,

That's something in us waking us up,

How does it feel to know something went like this,

And I listened,

Yes,

It's bringing up all the stuff that needs to be cleared between you and your light,

And that does not feel good,

Wait a minute,

I got a knock,

I answered,

I'm here,

I'm in the middle of it,

I'm carrying myself through,

I'm here,

Something woke me up,

How does that feel in my body,

Just see that,

My shoulders relax a little bit,

Helpful,

Okay,

Good question,

Yes,

Any other additional thoughts or questions,

So let's see how it's going here,

Need to be heard and understood,

And need the connection,

It comes through it,

It has always been hard,

And I have so much evidence of that being so damn difficult,

Yeah,

And it should be so simple that any time,

Well,

It doesn't,

It shouldn't,

That's a should,

It doesn't have to be simple,

It doesn't have to be simple,

That any time I am understood,

I feel so happy,

That I feel pathetic at the same time,

All too heavy,

Could you give yourself permission to be allowed to be happy when you're understood,

We just start there,

No,

What's the no coming from,

Like,

No one needs to know but you,

Like,

Could I give myself permission to be okay having that little tickle in my heart when someone,

When someone understands me,

Like,

Could I let that just be okay,

There's two layers here,

Massive compassion for yourself,

First,

Second,

I really see such an innocence,

Like,

We have biological needs,

And I remember when my coach,

A long time ago,

I was talking about,

Like,

Loving attention,

And I was,

Like,

I'm an asshole for loving attention,

And he said,

No,

You're not,

Children need attention,

I was just told,

Like,

Oh,

You're dancing and singing and being,

You know,

Goofy too much,

Quiet it down,

So I thought it was a bad thing that I thought that,

And someone had to remind me,

All children want attention,

So the desire in and of itself to feel happy when you're understood is okay,

We all want to be understood and seen and loved and heard,

So that's not,

The happiness in it makes sense to me,

And so I,

Could you let go of punishing yourself for that,

Or at least just start to see if you could allow in a little bit of that secretly in your own reality,

No one needs to know about it,

When I feel that little happiness,

Just be like,

Oh,

This is a little biological need,

Like,

Jamie's attention,

Whatevs,

And do you need to be where I'm about to go,

Not,

No,

But what I have heard is the deepest amount of freedom comes when we give ourselves permission to not need to be understood by anyone other than ourselves,

Now,

Is there some pain to clean up in there,

Yes,

I would assume so,

Right,

Meeting that little one who felt misunderstood first,

Telling her that you love her,

That it's not her fault that she felt that way,

These are literal words I would take you through,

Right,

It's not your fault,

It's okay,

There's a,

I don't know her name,

But there's a human design,

I don't have time to go into what that is,

But there's a human design coach I follow on Instagram,

And she said that one day,

She said her secret,

She's a millionaire,

And she was like,

My secret to success,

And it just,

Like,

I heard it,

She was like,

Was writing every post,

Doing every talk,

Writing everything in safe spaces,

Right,

Without a need to be understood,

Like,

I just let myself be so far off into whatever honest truth that is mine,

And so you could look at,

Well,

If I go off that way,

No one's going to pay my bills,

Or whatever it may be that we're afraid of,

Well,

She's shown us proof of a different reality,

Where she's got lots of followers and lots of money,

Because she's giving us permission to be like,

When you,

At the end of the day,

Understand you,

That's what you're looking,

That's the medicine you're looking for,

It's like,

I'm sorry you felt so misunderstood,

Give it to me,

Saying you to you,

Give me the pain,

I will sit here with it with you,

And I give you permission to be misunderstood,

Knowing that I love you,

Regardless.

So,

Here's the nervous system retraining,

Tiniest,

Smallest way possible,

And I know you know a little bit about nervous system retraining,

Tiniest,

Smallest way possible,

Can you put your toe in the water of feeling misunderstood,

And then seeing that you're safe,

Maybe uncomfortable,

But safe,

And then that's how our brain goes,

Oh,

Wow,

I was misunderstood,

And I'm okay,

Great,

Thank you all,

And what we're going to do now is just take a quiet meditative moment,

Some of the desires you uncovered today,

Maybe they were needs and desires,

So to be understood,

To feel connected and met by God,

To be resourced and provided for by source,

And then what we're going to do is program that into our nervous systems,

To let our nervous systems know this is the new reality,

This is a possibility,

This is the frequency with which I reside,

Okay?

So,

We're going to go in the back door here a little bit,

Let's look at your list of some of these needs and desires for a moment,

And I want you to notice,

What is the energy behind the need or desire,

Meaning,

If I have this need or desire met,

I will feel loved,

Seen,

Enough,

Alive,

Passion,

Happy,

Safe,

So look at your list,

I'm going to give you like 30 seconds here,

Just real quick,

It would be on an emotional level,

An energetic level,

If these were met,

How would I feel?

Write those down,

And see if one word stands out most to you,

Okay?

Or one word encompasses all of these,

And then let me know when you have a word,

At least one,

And you might have a few that are like really strong,

But just pick one for time's sake,

Good,

So just let your body soften,

Pick one for now,

Just for time,

Because we're nearing the end here,

This is a manifestation hack,

Shortcut,

What do I desire,

What do I need,

What do I believe I would feel,

Okay?

So just close your eyes if you want,

Shake it off,

Let's do that,

Breathing and softening,

I release any energies that aren't mine,

Release anything I'm clearing from this session,

It's beautiful today,

Now let's ask our subconscious mind a moment in time we felt this way,

So whatever your word is,

Alive,

Free,

Enough,

I don't know,

Whatever it is,

Remind me of a moment in time I felt this way,

Let's scan the rolodex of our life,

Could be in nature,

By ourselves,

Whenever,

There's no right or wrong to this,

See what arises,

Trust the memory that came,

It could be so ordinary,

And now we're going to ground it into our nervous system,

Allowing more of this feeling,

By noticing,

Same as we did earlier,

What sensation arises in my body,

When I recall this moment I felt this way,

Shoulders relaxed,

Muscles unwind,

Heat tingling,

Pulsing,

What images come to mind when I sit in these sensations in this memory,

Positive,

What feelings are here,

When this memory comes to mind and I sit in these sensations and images,

Peace,

Tranquility,

Ease,

And what thought or thoughts,

Something as simple as ah,

This is nice,

Thank you,

See what rises,

Just resting in this nervous system bath of sensation,

Image,

Feeling,

And thought,

Evoked from your memory,

Up the energy behind your desire,

This sends signals to the body that receiving this frequency is safe,

So life reflects back to you more of this,

And taking your time to slowly soften and breathe,

Come back to the day,

Come back to the group,
