In this mystical yet practical teaching, you are invited to explore the art of quieting the restless mind and awakening the deeper wisdom of the heart. Shaltazar explains why the mind races endlessly, how to approach it with kindness, and how to invite a new balance where thought becomes a faithful companion to feeling. Through gentle practices—such as observing thoughts, resting in gratitude, focusing on the senses, and finding peace in simple rituals—you will learn how to soften mental noise and open to the guidance of the heart. This message offers both understanding and practical pathways to embody calm, compassion, and harmony, leading to a kinder and more loving way of living. Special thanks to Narek Mirzaei of Music of Wisdom for the beautiful background music.

Messages from Shaltazar,

The sacred art of quieting the mind.

We are Shaltazar,

The Gavi Shpaninu,

The Energy of 33,

The Master Teacher,

And the Energy of 44,

The Master Healer.

Dear ones,

The racing of the mind is not your fault,

But the inheritance of ages shaped by survival,

Stimulation,

And conditioning.

Now if your heart is ready,

We invite you into the art of quieting the mind.

To understand is the first step,

But to live this wisdom is true transformation.

You now stand at the threshold between the noise of thought and the stillness of being,

Where understanding opens into calm and clarity.

The restless mind will not fall silent simply because you ask it to.

Its nature is to move,

To scan,

To search.

Quieting the mind is not about halting its motion,

But observing without being swept away in the chatter,

One thought leading to another until you forget where it began.

From noticing comes wisdom,

And from wisdom comes the choice to step out of the cycle of constant thinking.

Calm is not achieved by force,

But through surrender.

Not through control,

But through trust.

You are not the racing thoughts,

You are the spaciousness that holds them.

Approach the mind with kindness,

Thanking it for its faithful service.

For it has only ever done what it was conditioned to do.

Now invite it to step back and allow the heart to guide.

When feeling leads and thought walks beside it,

A new harmony emerges,

One that serves you more gently and wisely than the old way.

To live in this alignment requires courage.

For generations,

Humanity was taught that the intellect was supreme,

That constant thinking proved worth.

These beliefs silenced the wisdom of the heart.

Now you are asked to unlearn and to remember.

The mind was always meant to serve,

Not to rule.

Stillness is not weakness,

But strength.

Quiet is not emptiness,

But fullness.

Choosing this path means walking against the current of conditioning and finding strength in gentleness,

Even when others mistake it for fragility.

Quieting the mind does not begin with rigid formulas,

But with the willingness to notice what helps you settle.

There are many pathways,

Each inviting you inward.

We offer these not as rules,

But as gentle invitations,

Guided always by the heart.

Sit in silence.

Watch your thoughts arise.

Notice how one leads to another.

Then practice releasing them,

Watching them fade like mist in the morning sun.

Place your hand on your heart and feel gratitude stir within you.

This simple act shifts your attention from the chatter of the head into the warmth of feeling.

Another way is to focus on the senses,

Listen deeply to sound,

Notice texture beneath your fingers,

Savor a taste or a fragrance,

Or stare deeply into the colors and shapes before your eyes and let your attention rest there.

In such moments of pure being,

You remember that your worth is not in constant doing,

But in allowing yourself to simply be.

Another doorway opens through simple rituals.

Sit in candlelight and let the flame calm your focus,

Or look to the stars and remember your place in the vastness.

Sound can also soothe.

Listening to gentle tones,

Repeating a mantra,

Or resting in nature's embrace.

You may also practice focusing fully on whatever you are doing,

Washing dishes,

Walking,

Or eating without letting the mind pull you away.

Over time,

Ordinary tasks become gateways to calm,

Reminders that presence can be found in the smallest of moments.

Peace may also be found in gentle movement,

Slow stretching,

Mindful walking,

Or other flowing practices.

Creative expression can open the heart.

Painting,

Writing,

Or music can carry you beyond thought into feeling.

Acts of kindness shift you from self-concern into compassion.

Time in nature,

Listening to the wind,

Feeling the sun,

Smelling the rain,

Teaches thought to rest and the heart to open.

These pathways,

Unique to each seeker,

Help you grow comfortable with a quieter mind and awaken the heart's guidance.

The mind,

However,

Is shaped through repetition,

Carving grooves as rivers carve valleys in stone.

To reshape it as servant takes patience.

Each return to stillness creates new pathways of peace.

The heart has always been free.

At first,

Letting it lead may feel unfamiliar,

For you have long been guided by the logic of thought.

Yet,

When you trust the heart,

Fear dissolves and deeper wisdom emerges.

Know,

Dear ones,

That this work is not only for you,

But for all of humanity.

Each time you choose calm and allow the heart to lead with thought as companion,

You weave a new pattern for the world.

Compassion grows,

Creativity awakens,

Peace takes root.

This marks the dawning of a new age,

The shift from the dominance of the masculine mind to the guidance of the feminine heart.

It is the passage from control into compassion,

From rigidity into flow.

As love leads and reason follows,

A kinder,

Gentler,

And more loving world will unfold.

We bring you this message from a place of love.

Our love for you is everlasting and unconditional.
