Come into the body.

You might like to close your eyes.

And just noticing the support of the ground by the way.

Checking in with your posture.

Making sure that the spine is nice and straight.

Nice and long with the gaps in between.

All the bones resting on top of each other.

Checking that the head's not slumped forward.

Shoulders are down.

So we tune into the breath.

Noticing if the breath is short and clunky.

More deep and expansive.

Noticing the areas of the body that move with the breath.

Noticing the mind.

If it's active.

Or if it's started to quieten down.

If it's in the past or the future.

And just gently inviting it to be in the present.

And taking a few deep breaths in through the nose.

Probably rising.

So we ground ourself deep down into the earth.

Exhaling out of the mouth.

Probably coming back to the spine.

Making any sound.

Allowing the body to move any way it would like to release any tension we've been holding onto.

As we tune into the wisdom of the body and the breath.

At your own pace whenever you're ready.

Scanning the body,

The mind,

The emotional body for any tension that may arise and let it go through the sound,

Through the breath,

Through the movement of the body.

Before creating space.

Once we're all in the shoulders up by the ears letting them flop down opening up the chest.

Letting go of the breath.

Letting go of any sounds and any movements.

Most gently inviting the body to settle whenever it's ready.

And checking in and noticing what's happening now.

Making any adjustments to the body.

Noticing the breath.

Noticing the mind.

Any emotions that may be arising.

Whatever's happening is perfectly okay.

Just inviting it all in.

Allowing it to be present.

Once we feel the support of the ground below us.

Once we move to the different sounds using the breath.

Giving a bit of a clean and a shake out of any stagnant energy to different areas of the body.

Starting with our lungs.

Making the sound of a snake.

Once we make that sound feel free to allow your body to move and really embody the movements of a snake.

Allowing the spine to flow up and down side to side.

So give a bit of a massage to all our internals and up the spine.

Making the sounds from your own pace whenever you're ready.

Allowing the sound to flow up and down side to side.

Letting go of the sound and allowing the breath to flood back in and find its natural flow.

Gently inviting the body to settle.

Sending gratitude to the lungs for everything that they do for us.

Almost the sound of the lungs.

Each breath in getting bigger and brighter.

Each breath out letting go of any tension.

Biting the lungs to heal and be supported.

Sending them gratitude for everything that they do for us.

Breathing in that life force energy.

Breathing out the toxins.

Once we move to the next sound which is associated with the kidneys.

Just bringing our awareness to the kidneys below the rib cage.

A little adrenal sitting on top.

Getting a beautiful light there to support the kidneys.

Once we make the sound.

We may like to have a bit of fun with this and use the arms like a bit of a light saver.

Creating a bit of a cross twisting the spine arms up high and then bringing it down to the other side down low.

And up high and down low to the other side making a cross with our lightsaber.

And up high and down low to the other side.

Being aware of the body movements in space.

Letting go of the breath.

Inviting the body to settle.

Once we send gratitude to the kidneys.

Painful for everything that they do for us.

Helping them to soften and heal.

As now we move to the liver.

As we rock our liver we then go side to side.

As if we're holding ourselves as an infant being rocked gently side to side.

Getting the whole system to be calmed.

Once we make the sound.

Shh.

Letting our system know that it's safe.

Still healing light.

Supporting our liver.

Once we rock side to side.

Letting go of the sound and allowing the breath to flood back in.

Just gently inviting the body to rest.

As we send gratitude to the liver.

For everything that it does.

Beautiful healing light.

Letting it just soften.

Once we move to the heart.

With a ha sound.

Bringing our awareness to the physical heart and the heart space.

Beautiful healing light.

Enveloping it.

Inviting it to soften and heal.

And allowing the shoulders to sink down.

Breathing out till we're completely emptying the spine.

Belly coming back to the spine.

Breathing in the belly rising.

Letting go of the old emotions we've been carrying.

Taking space for unconditional love to enter.

If any thoughts or emotions arise,

Surrendering them with the outward breath.

Finishing off your round and allowing the breath to flood back in.

Once we send gratitude to our heart.

The heart space.

Some beautiful healing light inviting it to soften and open.

Giving us access to unconditional love and joy.

Once we move to the spleen and do a little bit of a shine in our immune system.

Almost imagining that the spleen was a golden lamp.

Looks to become a little bit tarnished and blackened.

Once we breathe in the lamp.

We can shine it up to allow that beautiful light to shine through the spleen.

Inviting it to heal and boost our immunity.

Getting ready at your own pace.

Letting go of the old emotions we've been carrying.

Finishing up your round.

Inviting the breath to find its natural flow.

Once we witness this moment.

Noticing the support of the ground still below you.

Noticing the breath.

The coolness as it enters the tip of the nose.

The movement as it fills up the lungs.

Noticing the mind if it's active and releasing.

What if it started to settle down?

As we send a beautiful light to our spleen.

Sending out gratitude for everything that it does for us.

Letting it to soften and heal.

Once we gently tie it all in by a little bit smile on our face.

Aligning the lips as we make this sound.

Your own pace whenever you're ready.

In through the belly,

Belly rising.

Once we're breathing out the belly coming back to the spine.

Colombians coming down into the body.

Seeing if you can widen the lips just a little bit more.

And finishing off your round and allowing the breath to return to its natural flow.

Once we imagine a beautiful light entering our whole body,

Our physical body,

Our mental body,

Our emotional body,

Our energy body,

In a beautiful healing light,

Allowing all of the bodies to soften,

To let go of anything that's no longer resourceful.

Using the breath to align the body,

The mind and the spirit.

I am not my body.

I am not my thoughts.

I am not my senses.

I am not my emotions.

I am not my thoughts.

I am not my thoughts.

I am not my thoughts.

I am not my thoughts.

I am not my thoughts.

I am not my thoughts.

I am not my thoughts.

I am not my thoughts.

I am not my thoughts.

Noticing the stillness in the room.

I am not my thoughts.

I am not my thoughts.

Thank you soo much Jess, your slow soothing voice, no music or loud talking was what I needed during my panic attack. I felt so relaxed and almost fell asleep. I teared up at the end when you said your not your emotions etc.. Loved it, can wait to listen to your other tracks. Thank you, for sharing your talents 🙏 from the bottom of my heart. Be blessed
