This meditation is on self-trust,

Trusting in your present life.

This is a tool to help you embody into the person you're meant to be right now.

Not a version of your past self and not a version of your future self.

This is meant to help you live inside of the body that you have at the present moment.

Even if sometimes you don't love the body that you have now or you want a different one,

Life is calling you to live in the body that you have right now.

Let's begin.

Find a comfortable place to sit or lie down.

Feel the ground underneath you,

Supporting you each and every day.

Take a deep breath in through your nose.

Exhale and relax into the surface that you're on,

Sinking in.

Feeling the ground below you.

Inhale again in this time.

Feel the open air above you.

The freedom all around you.

The oxygen,

Air,

And space.

Exhale into the vast,

Open,

Airy space where your potential is limitless.

Let's take a few moments of breath to get settled in.

Feeling the polarities of Earth.

Feeling gravity ground us safely on Earth,

While sky offers us unlimited freedom and potential.

Good.

Now inhale and imagine you're breathing in a warm yellow light of comfort and safety.

Breathe the warm light into your feet and legs as they ground you,

Keep you moving,

And allow you to reach your potential and experience amazing things in this life.

Feel the warmth in your legs and feet now.

Now breathe the warm light into your hips,

Stomach,

And into your womb space if you have one.

This warm light soothing the parts of you that keep you alive,

Mobile,

Satisfied,

Happy.

Feel the honor of holding your lineage in your womb space.

All those who have come before you,

You are meant to be here right now.

Now breathe in the warm light into your chest,

Your heart space,

Where your emotions live.

Where you hold compassion and so much love for this Earth and the people in it and yourself.

Your heart is like a barometer for your life as a human being.

So honor that now,

Feeling the warm light touch your heart,

Soothing your emotional world,

Holding space for you to feel and metabolize every emotion that you feel safely.

Now breathe the comforting warm light into your arms and hands,

Sinking into those parts that facilitate expression,

Movement,

And lots of abilities.

Feeling the warm light in the areas that allow you to climb so far in this life of yours.

Now breathe the light through your nose and into your head.

See it with your eyes.

Feel it on your skin.

Hear it in your ears.

Taste it on your tongue.

Smell it in your nose.

Give your senses a warm bath of light.

They are here to serve you,

To bring you into yourself and experience this world and vice versa for the world to experience you as the world has senses as well.

Now breathe the warm light into your eyes.

Feel it in your eyes.

Feel it in your head.

Feel it in your head.

Feel it in your head.

Feel it in your head.

Feel it in your head.

Feel it in your head.

Take a few moments to feel the warm light in your entire body now.

Every single part of you is necessary in this moment.

Your body is here for you now,

Communicating everything it needs for you,

Holding every ounce of space that you need to thrive.

Ask it,

What do you need from me right now today?

If you're overwhelmed,

Thank your body for telling you that and keep breathing.

Nothing needs to change.

If something does come up,

Think of one thing.

Thank yourself for acknowledging that.

Now imagine you're standing right in front of yourself.

Picture yourself and see yourself happy,

Content,

Satisfied and accomplished.

See yourself as you are now.

Nothing is different but your energy.

You are in your body,

Living life in the present moment,

Happy and content.

Trusting that life is unfolding for you in a beautiful way in the body that you have right now.

You can trust in your life and in the choices you have made this far.

See yourself reaching for their hand out for you to hold and hold it.

Hold your own hand together and simply connect with yourself.

Trust.

Be here now.

You are here now.

You can do this life inside of the body that you have.

Be with yourself for a few moments.

Holding your own hand.

Now slowly start to deepen your breath.

Again start feeling gravity pull you back down into the earth and the air around you open up.

Vast for you to thrive.

Feel yourself safe in the space that you're in.

You can do this.

Start to move your fingers and toes then slowly start to blink your eyes open.

Thank you for showing up for yourself and working towards embodying in the body that you have right now.

That's the only way that we can make sustainable change.

If we embody in the body that we have now and stop trying to disconnect from what we have.
