You know often our bodies tell a story and when we start to move and breathe we are able to tap into what it is the story that the body is telling us and allowing ourselves to notice those areas that might need a little bit of attention or a little bit of nurturance.

So let's go ahead and start.

I'm in cross-legged but if you want feet on the floor whatever it is that feels comfortable for you.

Also just making sure as we drop into the meditation piece of things just make sure you have like a blanket some pillows if there's any music that you want on feel free to do that as well because we'll be dropping in and be doing about 20 minutes at least of meditation once we get moving.

So let's go ahead and place the hands on to the knees here and allow yourselves to settle in.

Often we are kind of hurrying up to get here so allowing yourself to land and be in the body.

If it feels comfortable you can let the eyes close for a moment and just settle into the breath.

We'll settle into a little bit of movement in a moment but we're just allowing ourselves to land maybe allow the hand to place here on heart center and just notice the quality of the breath.

Let's inhale here and exhale out maybe mouth open nice big inhale exhale out go ahead and let it be audible last one big inhale exhale wonderful go ahead and let that hand land back on to the knees and create a little bit of movement in the body just noticing here so inhale let's open let's do some seated cat-cow so inhale rolling shoulders back down gaze towards the sky opening through that heart center exhale round through the spine gaze towards the belly button drop that chin maybe shake the head no okay open it up beautiful exhale so go ahead and find this movement in your body allow it to connect with the breath and as you're bringing this moment movement in just really noticing if there's areas that are speaking to you so maybe it's your neck maybe there's some low back tension or tightness so sometimes our bodies will manifest the way we are kind of experiencing emotions but sometimes we can really tap in and start to notice where those sensations are coming from all right let's go ahead and move a little bit more into a little bit of a twisting motion so coming back to neutral spine here go ahead and place the hand on the right knee and then exhale twist to the left you can inhale center exhale to the right and again we're just kind of like a washing machine just let movement connect with breath again just noticing areas of constriction or tightness but you also might notice where you feel really expansive and open and that's really beautiful to notice too so just coming into the movement loosening things up let's come back to center inhale those arms up up towards the sky gaze can follow for a moment and then just releasing on over so bringing some length openness into that side body walk it out if you want just waking that body up so it's ready for all that energy to kind of flow through as we move through a session today and like I said this gives us the information that we need to know exactly where it needs to go in our meditation piece of things so this is our physical body and then we're able to drop into our mental and emotional body as we drop into our meditation piece right because as soon as the body gets quiet the mind often starts speaking up so go ahead and come back to center and that's where we can remember that our anchor is our breath once our body gets quiet our anchor is our breath and we can always come back when our mind gets busy come back to the breath and come back to the story and being able to move that energy wherever it needs to go remembering this is a co-creative session that we're doing that I may be channeling some Reiki as we're moving through the meditation but you have the ability also to send that energy where you want it to go so allowing that to follow up follow and to play and just get curious as we're moving through the session so go ahead and take a moment to find your comfortable spot so whether you're more comfortable seated in your meditation we're going to be here for about 20 minutes I want you to make sure that you're nice and supported so if it's cool in your room make sure you have a blanket or maybe throw something under the knees it's always nice to have something like under the knees here to support you can also place something behind you and the supportive position as you lie back so take a moment make sure you're nice and cozy and comfortable so when the body can let go and we can just let that energy flow where it needs to go for us today and so as you're finding your place here I'm just going to speak a little to the energy that is available for us today and so there is this this energy throughout this month that is this integration energy so we're integrating and we're bringing in kind of that masculine feminine energy and also different pieces in our lives noticing what fits and what doesn't and in this integration that's where it's really important to get quiet and start to notice so often we are trying to integrate things that are not our own right especially as empaths we carry so much of what others are holding for themselves and it's really important to get quiet and notice what stories we can let go and release in order to tap into what is truly our own and what are we are we are making space for in our lives and so from this place with intention of integration of things that are going to support us and create this structure of support that is going to nourish our ourselves our beings our body our mind our emotions we start to think about what are the non-negotiables and so easily empaths are highly sensitive or swayed by others emotions or stories of what's going on because they impact us in such a deep way it's important to come back to what is your intention for your energy so take a moment to tap in and maybe since you've had a chance to kind of notice what's coming up for you or maybe noticing the stories that are coming in today of what is the intention you want to set for your practice so take a moment here because for the next 20 or so minutes we're going to create and hold space to cultivate this energy this intention so that it can fuel your mind your body your soul the actions you take in the world so notice what this may be word or phrase is for you as we'll carry that throughout our session so breathing here coming into our final resting pose and allowing ourselves to drop into this kind of meditative state recognizing that the body may be still but often the mind is not and like I said allow that breath to be the anchor if you notice you are trailing off just come back to the breath inhale exhale ground that energy beautiful so go ahead and allow the body to be heavy to sink heavy into the earth here almost as if we are plugging in so the body is heavy noticing those points of contact the back of the head the shoulder blades the hips the calves backs of the heels or the soles of the feet allowing our bodies to surrender so that way we can be in a place of receiving so often we are giving as caregivers we tend to we care for others but now it is time to allow that energy to come within and to tend to the self taking a moment to just scan through the body starting at the crown of the head we're gonna open up that energy center to open up to receiving this beautiful nurturing energy again allow that intention that you've set for this time together allow that to come into the mind's eye as it interweaves with the energy coming down to the space between the brow here allowing it to soften all the worries to just wash away and allowing that worry to be replaced by wonder and curiosity allowing our intuition to ignite as we allow the body to drop away the intuition to take over as it will know exactly where the energy needs to go today to allow a softening between the brow the eyes to sink heavy allow space between the teeth so the jaw can relax and soften noticing the coolness of the air as you draw the breath in the warmth as you exhale a gentle rise and fall of the chest the expansion and contraction of the ribs the softening this expansiveness as the breath moves through the body allowing the belly to be soft and round releasing any resistance to the breath fully coming into the body here no tension releasing and letting go from this place of surrender we are allowing ourselves to trust that exactly what needs to happen will come in to trust our intuition to ground into the base of the hips the legs the soles of the feet to ground you into the earth energy here plugging in growing roots like the roots of a tree there's nowhere to go there's nowhere to be let's just simply breathe here and as the body gets quiet the mind will get busy so instead of coming in with any judgment at all allow yourself to create a sense of curiosity here and just notice what's coming up for you and in that busyness or a distraction allow yourself to come back to the breath so big inhale here exhale out and it's this beautiful but gentle reminder to come back to that intention to simply be an observer and notice what's coming up and use the breath almost as if a big hug so often what we need is simply validation someone to hold space for what we are feeling or experiencing and then a little bit of compassion so allow that breath to be like an internal hug more that we work with our energy and we learn to work with the nervous system and create this calm space within we recognize that we are containers of safety within ourselves and as empaths it's really important that we create structures of support for ourselves for our own self-care so take a moment to think of what comes up for you when we think of these containers of support that may be already exist within your world or you wish for them to exist within your world and often in our inner worlds we we dive deep into these inner worlds but it's also important to remember that we are never alone and sometimes we can allow ourselves to tap into community and connection in order to create almost a lattice of support so some days there is the days where we want to be alone and we want to kind of dive into that internal world on our own through our own practices but there's other days where the world can feel heavy and overwhelming so noticing those places maybe when you are thinking of those structures of support that maybe there can be one or two that involve others that can help kind of create that lattice of support that you know that you can drop into that are not only safe spaces but also inspirational spaces spaces that you know you can receive the kind of support that you need that will lift that energy a little bit higher on those days when it's whole hard to hold it higher for yourselves we can use the fact that we can tap into others energies so easily to our advantage by noticing those places where we feel lighter where there's laughter and love where we feel inspired so seeking out those places both within ourselves but also within our communities recognizing that we don't have to do all the hard work on our own and it is through this lattice of support that we will find our inspiration again that we can tap back into those intentions that we hold for ourselves by intentionally creating those structures of support throughout our day or our week or a month we know we will receive that support so noticing here just maybe in the mind's eye maybe some thoughts or people that are coming to mind for you maybe safe spaces of support maybe even sensations within the body let's take a few moments to just breathe and notice so breathing here just taking a moment you can direct that energy or the breath in any of the spaces that seem or feel like they need a little extra attention so again they can be some soft just gentle breaths the intuition kind of kicking in that third eye just sending that energy into those little spaces maybe that need a little bit of tenderness or compassion maybe there are spaces that need a little nudge to speak up so taking a moment to just play with the energy see where it wants to go or maybe where it resides and is there a felt sense within the body as we know we can play with the energy of the body allow it to expand to soften any of those kind of rough edges take a moment to just flow through your body and notice if there's anything that you can do to help any of those rough edges take a moment to just float that energy throughout the body so crown of head fill the entire body with light third eye down to the throat chakra heart center throughout the right and left arm to the fingertips the palms to the solar plexus to the sacral chakra and back down into the root where we started again grounding that energy down through the soles of the feet into the earth it is from here that we are able to take this energetic experience this intuition that kind of flooded the body that informed the heart,

The head and allowing us to ground that energy into the earth and moving into a place of action as we move into our day allowing ourselves to tap into that energy that we can honor what it is that we need for ourselves and that within the quiet we were able to find clarity for what exactly that need is grounding here allowing the breath to come into the body a little bit deeper maybe allowing a little bit of movement into the fingers and the toes as we come back to our physical environment into our bodies maybe bringing a little bit of a stretch in and then gently if you're on your backs allowing yourself to come up to seated if you'd like to and we'll seal our practice with one shared breath invite you to join your hands at heart center bringing a big deep breath in exhale out and I seal this practice with so much gratitude and grateful that you each were able to make it and join me today I hope that was a wonderful experience I would love to show you guys I'll take a moment just to show you the cards so I often draw cards,

Hair cards like I said I see the cards and numerology as a way of storytelling so like I said often we can get caught up in the stories we tell ourselves over and over again and it can be hard to kind of latch on to a different to help me to be inspired to create a new story and to see what it is that I want to land on for myself and what resonates so it's not that I'm looking that the cards are instructing me to do something it's I have agency and I have clarity within myself to see where I want to take the story so we'll just show so we have the five of wands and again this is where that energy of collaboration the wands are often of working with our magic within that we have being able to build and create structures of support that nurture that magic that we have.

Thank you Christine so much for the donation I appreciate that yeah I'd love to hear what landed for you guys just put it in the comments I love for me especially the after I have energy work I love that conversation afterwards of kind of like what yeah what felt good for you or what maybe didn't feel good for you but came up and you know is in your awareness now that you can work with right so when it comes to the conscious the unconscious comes into the conscious that's where we can really create change which is really beautiful the other card was the ace of wands again working with our magic and from coming into these inspired containers right we can tap into that fire for ourselves but also it's really being able to come into a space of like new thoughts of creativity and really being able to plant new seeds for yourself and seeing opportunity where you possibly couldn't see it before and then our third card that inspired the meditation today was the knight of pentacles and so again so whether or not you work have worked with terrible for it doesn't matter you'll come and notice the certain things that are just standing out for you and certain cards and just see what that is for you but the knight of pentacles it's that earthing energy that I was talking about at the end of that meditation of a like once we have this awareness then we can move into the world with a sense of purpose and pentacles are that earthy grounded energy but also in like a physical manifestation and so how is this energy that we cultivated today going to move out into the world in a really practical way activities that we do things that we create people that we meet and conversations that we have and so pentacles can also embody wealth and when we think of wealth it can yes be in the form of money but it can also be in the quality of our environment in our relationships in our conversations and the the way that we experience the world around us but also within us and so it's so important I think as empaths that we really get clear on what it is that we want for ourselves so that's what I'm hoping for you today that when when you're able to tap in here there's a real deep sense of clarity as you move out into the world to make sure that your interactions are within integrity of what it is that you're trying to cultivate for yourself and I love that through you know through storytelling that we can tap into this collective energy I find often if we are all here in the same space together it is because there is a similar energy that is resonating for us Greg thank you so much it's so wonderful to see you guys here today I went the other day to a reiki class or a reiki it was reiki and breath work and I just had the most beautiful experience because not only within the class it was really really beautiful but you know like I was talking about creating those areas you know those creating containers right that we know that we can drop into for support I went to this reiki and breath work class but then afterwards I was with a girlfriend and we had just the most beautiful conversation afterwards just talking about what it is that we experienced in our session awesome Greg I'm so glad you were here too thank you so he was feeling grounded and reminded to follow intuition happiness and deep introspect from Christine awesome Christine that's really beautiful just to reflect right to take a moment to just kind of like sit in that energy because so often we get caught up in our day again and off we go but we were able to just walk on the beach and talk about our experience and just really see how that energy could play out in a real practical way right like that's the whole point of this is to create a really beautiful life for ourselves wonderful you guys well I hope that you have a wonderful day I really look forward to seeing you at the next session and I wish you well alright guys take care bye bye
