Reconnect with your inner child.
Take the time now to sit in a comfortable position,
Uncrossing your arms,
Placing your hands on your lap or on your knees,
And closing down your eyes.
Let's take five slow and deep breaths together,
Inhaling through the nose,
And sighing it all out through the mouth,
Letting go of any stress and tension.
Placing your left hand over your heart as you breathe,
Breathing in,
Inhaling through the nose,
And sighing it out through the mouth,
Inhaling through the nose,
And sighing it all out,
Letting it all go,
Very good,
And letting it go through the breath,
And letting it go,
One more time,
Breathing in through the nose,
And exhaling through the sigh out of your mouth,
And at any time,
If you feel stressed,
Any tensions or nervousness,
Bring yourself back to the breath,
To bring yourself back into your body,
And into the present moment.
Whatever you see or feel,
Allow what needs to come to the surface to be released with compassion and acceptance.
You can place your left hand on your lap or knee,
Or to keep it where it is of your heart.
Imagine you are going through a dark tunnel,
Traveling through your timelines of this earthly life.
When I say stop,
You will see a memory of yourself,
Either as a teenager,
Child,
Baby,
Or fetus in mum's womb.
As I count down from 10 to 0,
I will say stop,
As you start to look backwards in time,
Starting now,
10,
9,
8,
7,
6,
5,
0,
Stop.
See that previous version of you now.
What string of events did you experience at that age?
What feelings did you feel back then?
As you see this version of you,
Ask yourself,
What did you need?
And listen to what that past version of you has to share with you.
Now give what it is that you need by giving that to that version of yourself now.
And notice what happens.
We'll be here for a couple of minutes.
See into the eyes of that version of you with an open heart and send unconditional love now from your heart into that version of you's heart now.
Notice what you see and feel.
Notice what that version of you sees and feels.
Express your love for that version of you through hugs,
Affection,
Words of encouragement.
You can now bring that version of you inside of your heart.
As you look into your heart for this version of you,
What does this happy place look and feel like?
Where is this happy place located?
What does that version of you would like to wear?
Dress them in the clothes that makes them feel happy and free.
Surround that version of you with gifts and experiences that brings them joy.
Notice how that makes you feel.
Notice how that makes that previous version of you feel.
And allow that version of you stay in your heart where they belong.
And focus on your breath as we will breathe together five times in through the nose and out through the nose.
