Welcome.

So today we are talking on the subject of the physical body.

So as we studied in the eight spheres of oneness,

The mental plus the emotional body equals your physical body.

So whenever we have anger,

Fear or doubt in our body,

From our thoughts,

Which then create our emotions,

Those emotions affect the physical body.

So how does this work exactly?

It sounds logical in concept,

But it's actually science.

So when you have a thought,

Your brain sends thousands of chemical messengers,

Which are called neuropeptides.

These chemical messengers then send signals through your adrenal glands,

Which send out hormones.

Some hormones can be helpful to balance the body and some stimulate your autonomic nervous system into fight or flight mode.

This causes stress in the body,

Elevated levels of cortisol and other effects upon the body.

This becomes a vicious loop.

Once that pathway has been created,

It just repeats itself over and over until you're able to change your own thoughts.

This causes disease,

Imbalance,

Physical pain,

Sadness,

Anger,

Fear,

Fatigue.

The path is worn down like a groove as the chemical signals compete their cycle,

Creating more and more of a snowball effect of the thousands of chemicals being released into your body.

Now on the other hand,

It works the same for positive thoughts.

So when you have a positive thought,

It creates a positive emotion that causes your body to release over thousands of hormones and chemicals for repairing the body,

For healing the body,

For immunity.

Either way,

These chemical messengers act like a magnet.

They magnetize and radiate out chemical messages and energies from your body,

Attracting your experiences to you.

Your heart energy can be measured as it broadcasts about eight to 10 feet away from your physical body.

This can be measured with scientific tools for the electromagnetic frequency and radiation of your heart energy.

Whether the heart is in balance or imbalanced,

It affects the brain,

Sending messages along the vagus nerve.

They communicate with each other,

Affecting your emotion,

Your cognition based on this cycle of thinking,

Feeling,

Emotions,

And the positive or negative effects upon the body.

So think of a time when you felt stress in your body.

Maybe you're feeling it now.

Just notice how your physical body changes and realize that the stress comes from your thoughts,

Things you're thinking about,

Planning ahead for your day,

Always thinking in the future or thinking about the past,

Things that have happened or not happened.

And we get caught in these thought patterns and never really living in the present moment.

Again,

Anger,

Fear,

And doubt are based on past and future.

And so when we find ourselves thinking along those lines,

That's when we can take a moment to become aware of our thoughts and then change our thoughts and think about something that we appreciate in this moment or positive thoughts about the things that we are grateful for in this moment,

The love that we do have in our lives,

The success that we have had in our lives,

And just a simple presence and appreciation of being connected with spirit in that present moment.

So when you start to notice your breath is short,

Your heart is beating fast,

Your muscles are tensing up,

Take a moment to shift your thinking towards something else,

Something completely unrelated to what is causing your body's physical stress in that moment.

And some of you may think,

Well,

I still have my responsibilities.

I can't just not think about them.

It seems irresponsible to just not think about it.

But again,

That's your mind slipping in the back door with fear.

All of what you perceive to be a problem or stressors in your life will still be there.

But when you show up with more vitality,

When you show up with a clear mind and a relaxed heart,

You'll be able to accomplish those tasks and face those challenges with greater ease,

Focus,

And clarity of mind.

I know for some of you,

It may not be so easy just to shift right into thinking about something positive.

And so it's always helpful to just write down what you're feeling stressed about and just unload it onto paper rather than unloading it onto the people around you or carrying that weight of stress into those situations.

I find it helpful just to write it down and then just throw it away.

I call it taking out the trash because it's just mind chatter.

And 90% of what you fear,

Maybe even 99% of what you fear,

Are angry about or doubt concerns for the future or the past.

None of it ever happens,

Especially the things that we fear.

Maybe you've heard the phrase fear stands for false evidence appearing real.

Think about that for a moment.

Again we talk about how the ego wants to survive.

But at this point,

Hopefully you've learned that true survival comes from caring for your physical body,

From caring for your mental and emotional health,

And just not letting yourself go down that rabbit hole.

Do not keep riding that same train track.

Do not see continue to walk that same path and wear down those same chemical grooves in your neurological pathways.

It's not worth it.

It's not worth risking your physical health.

There is a new way and a better way.

Just take a moment in those moments to step back and say,

It's not worth getting this stressed about to where I start to feel sick in my body.

I'm not helping anyone or anything by showing up being a physical,

Emotional,

Mental mess.

Worrying about it does not make it better.

Clarity of mind,

Clarity of emotions,

And a healthy body is way more effective than worry or showing up angry or being depressed about doubt.

It's just not worth it to go there.

And when you clear your mind,

Your emotions,

And your physical body of any blockages,

Then you can really tune into your intuition.

Then you have a clear vessel to where you don't have to worry or be concerned about the future.

You're simply listening and being in tune and connected with a greater sense of knowing,

A greater sense of peace and calm,

And being connected and being in the flow rather than pushing against,

Forcing and wearing your body out.

And lastly,

Be sure to exercise your physical body every chance you get because that exercise ignites all of those positive cascade of chemical signals in the body for healing and immunity,

Just as do positive thoughts.

If you're unable to exercise,

You can simply imagine yourself exercising and it will have the same chemical effect as well as physiological effect on your body.

You may even start to look and feel more fit just from imagining doing so.

That's how powerful you are.

That's how much control you have over your physical body.

Your body listens to your thoughts.

Choose your thoughts wisely.

So please look for the meditation.
