You are listening to the Motherhood Unstressed Podcast and I am your host Liz Carlisle.

Thank you so much for joining me for another guided meditation,

For taking the time to create this space for yourself,

For your mental,

Emotional,

And physical wellbeing.

The hardest part is already done because you've made the decision to sit down,

To press play,

And to eliminate the distractions around you,

If only for a few moments.

Thank you.

You can do this meditation lying on your back on your yoga mat or in bed.

You can do it in a comfortable chair.

Make sure your feet though are firmly planted on the ground and your legs are not crossed.

Or you can do this sitting on a cushion with your legs crossed and your arms gently resting on your knees.

As we get further into the meditation,

You'll notice your body relaxing,

Settling in,

Your shoulders dropping,

The breath moving from your upper chest down into your belly,

Into a state of full relaxation and bliss.

To get there,

We have to follow our breath.

So let's take a deep breath in now.

Hold at the top and let it go.

And hold.

Deep breath in.

Hold.

Release.

Hold.

Deep breath in.

Hold.

Release.

Hold.

Deep breath in.

Hold.

Release.

Hold.

Now if you didn't already,

Close your eyes.

Take your attention to the space in between your eyes on your forehead,

Your third eye,

Your intuition.

From there,

Bring your awareness up over to the top of your head and trickling down inch by inch over your body,

Relaxing as your awareness goes over each part of you.

And every bit that you cross over from your neck to your shoulders,

You're releasing and relaxing tension.

With every breath,

You're eliminating toxicity from your body and with every inhalation,

You're bringing in white light.

Restores,

It rejuvenates,

It brings back your supple nature.

Deep breathing until you reach the tips of your toes.

Bible back.

I want you to focus now on this question.

Ask yourself out loud,

What am I feeling right now?

This could be about the state you were in before the meditation or maybe more of a present state awareness.

Ask yourself the question and listen for the answer that comes.

Now that you know where you're at,

You've brought in that awareness,

I want you to think of something that makes you happy.

It could be your favorite movie,

Your favorite animal,

Your partner,

Your child.

Picture them now in your mind and feel the emotions that come up when you do.

Now ask yourself,

What am I feeling right now?

Did you notice a change in that moment of asking yourself two different questions?

You've affected the physiology of your body that fast.

Become aware of the power that you have already within you.

But before you can take advantage of that,

You must know where you're at.

Keep breathing.

Let that sink in.

And when it's time to come out,

I'll bring you back.

Now,

Say what you're sure you've done before.

Use this area before youraskism.

You you you you you you Come back into your body You can do some gentle neck rolls wiggle your fingers and toes If you have time do some gentle yoga stretches If you are a person who hasn't stretched in a long time see what you could do today and then tomorrow and then the next day As fast as your emotions were able to change and your vibration that goes along with those emotions Is as fast as your body can morph and change to what you ask of it Again when you start to realize how powerful you really are That you can do anything that you desire when you master your mind It's an exciting time Thank you for being with me to explore that to invite that in I'm honored Until next week namaste You
