Welcome to this guided meditation on clearing your energy.
Make yourself comfortable and close your eyes.
Take a slow deep breath and let go of any tension as you feel yourself sinking into the surface you're resting on,
Becoming still more comfortable and relaxed.
Take another slow deep breath and release your thoughts,
Letting them drift far away.
And take another slow deep breath and know that in this moment all is well.
Imagine that all the energy you've sent out into the world over the last few days is coming gently back to you,
Like the last parts of a puzzle coming into place.
And as your energy returns you begin to feel more whole,
More like yourself.
Imagine a column of golden white light is streaming down from the highest heavens,
Surrounding,
Feeling and protecting you,
And going deep down into the earth,
All the way to the earth's core.
This light is here to facilitate your clearing at the deepest level and will allow anything you might release to be transmuted into love.
Feel and visualize this light as it penetrates every part of your body,
Mind and spirit.
And call upon any spiritual figures or allies you feel connected to,
To help support your inner work now.
Bring your focus into your spiritual heart in the center of your chest.
Your heart is a place to connect deeply within,
Find peace and receive guidance from above,
And it's the ideal place for you to be now for clearing.
Become aware of your inner climate and any feelings you may be experiencing.
Notice whether you might feel sad,
Angry,
Worried,
Anxious,
Guilty or upset in any way.
Consider whether there is anyone you might have conflict with or concern about.
And consider whether there is any particular situation that's been bothering you,
Past or present.
Now refocus your heart and simply be present with whatever feelings you've discovered.
Those are the feelings that are coming up to be cleared.
Begin to breathe deeply and slowly.
Take very full,
Deep breaths as you breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Place one hand on your belly and notice whether your belly moves in and out with your breath.
As you breathe in,
Let your belly expand,
Pushing out your hand and as you breathe out,
Let your belly relax.
As you continue to breathe in this deep,
Even rhythm,
Stay present with the feelings you need to clear and stay in your heart.
Don't try to analyze,
Justify,
Argue with or control the feelings.
Simply observe them,
Stay in your heart and breathe.
Take some time to practice this.
Consider that the feelings you're experiencing are just stuff within you coming up to be cleared.
It's not you,
Nor does it define you.
It's only some baggage you've accumulated by being human,
As we all do.
Breathe,
Don't try to think about or control it and remain neutral toward it.
By not adding judgment to it or making it part of yourself,
It has nothing to cling to and your system can allow it to release as it's doing right now.
The key is neutrality,
Even though it's a feeling within you,
You can still stay neutral toward it.
Observe it,
Breathe and let it naturally dissipate as you're doing.
Take some more time to practice this now.
Refocus in your heart center and become aware again of the column of light surrounding and filling you and of any spiritual allies or figures you've invited to be with you.
Consider one thing in your life that you feel grateful for and focus on that for a few moments.
Now take some time to continue to focus in your heart and simply receive love coming into you from the inside,
The outside.
Quietly receive,
Breathe,
Let go and receive more.
Check your inner climate again and notice whether what you were clearing before is still there or if it has diminished or gone away.
During the day when you notice something coming up within you to be cleared,
Simply be present with it.
Breathe,
Stay neutral and allow it to pass through.
Take as long as you wish to continue your meditation and then bring your awareness back to your physical surroundings.
When you're ready,
Open your eyes and feel awake,
Alert and refreshed.
