Welcome to day one of the 21 day meditation journey.
Finding a comfortable seated position,
Lifting your spine tall and gently moving your shoulders down your back,
Opening up your heart space,
Allowing the ground beneath you to hold you.
Take a deep breath in through the nose and a deep breath out the mouth and again breathing in deeply and completely and breathing out deeply and completely.
Arriving gently into this morning,
This day,
By relaxing your forehead,
Softening the space between your eyebrows,
Relaxing your temples,
Releasing your jaw and the tongue from the top of your mouth.
Taking another deep breath in and deep breath out and sinking in to all the sounds that surround you,
The layers in the music,
Maybe some background noise within this day.
Just sink in,
Noticing what you focus on becomes more clear.
Then feel the energy around your body,
Checking in with yourself energetically,
Noticing how that feels,
Feeling temperature on your skin,
Your heartbeat in your chest and just feeling the rise and fall of your lower belly,
Your chest,
Connecting to your full body in this moment,
In this day,
Becoming one with the space that surrounds you,
Becoming one with the breath as it moves and circulates throughout your body.
Just allow yourself to soften here,
To sink in and anytime you feel pulled away by a thought or story,
State the mantra,
I notice my in-breath,
I notice my out-breath,
I notice my in-breath,
I notice my out-breath and follow the breath into your lower belly and out your mouth or your nose.
Just sink back in again to all that you feel,
Becoming one with the space,
One with the breath,
One with this moment,
I notice my in-breath,
I notice my out-breath,
Again,
Feeling the ground beneath you,
Holding you,
The rise and fall of your clothing against your body as you breathe,
The softness of the energy that surrounds you,
The energy of this beautiful brand new day,
This fresh,
Clean slate that each breath offers us.
Notice one thing different within you,
Something different from before you started this practice,
Without judgment,
Without force,
Maybe noticing you softened and relaxed a little bit more,
Maybe the volume turned down,
Maybe you feel more present and connected to the breath.
Now on your next breath,
Bring your arms alongside your body,
Meeting together at the top,
Bringing your palms in front of your heart space and thanking yourself for your practice this morning,
For taking the time to connect with this beautiful,
Beautiful present moment,
Your inner peace.
All my love,
And until next time.
