Walk home to this meditation intended to help you release,
Reconnect and ground.
In this meditation,
You will be guided to ground within your body and the present moment through your breath and a body scan and guided to create space for your body and energy to naturally release anything that no longer serves you,
Anything that you are ready to let go.
This meditation can be practiced anytime as the energetic ritual for grounding and release.
So let's get started.
Finding a comfortable position,
I would recommend that you lie down.
But sitting comfortably with your spine straight will also work.
Take a couple breaths now to start bringing yourself to the present moment.
And when you're ready,
Close your eyes.
Let us connect to our breath first.
Tapping into your breath,
Tapping into the present moment.
Allow yourself to let everything else go.
There is nothing to do,
Nowhere to be,
Than here and now,
Present,
Connected in your body.
With every breath that you take,
Call yourself in,
Call yourself back,
Breathe deeply.
With every breath that you take,
Ground yourself deeper in your body,
In your physicality.
Allow yourself to be fully present here,
To be fully present in your body.
Now I invite you to maybe start manipulating your breath a little.
Really exaggerating how it moves your body.
You can breathe through your nose or your mouth,
But really make the action of breathing pronounced and active.
Use your breath as an anchor,
As a force to really feel into your body.
Feel it move,
Feel the rise and the fall,
The waves within you that your breath creates.
With each breath,
Connect to your body deeper,
And work to make your breath deeper,
Longer and more pronounced,
However that looks like today for you,
However feels the most right.
Taking deep breaths in,
Feel your chest rise.
Taking deep breaths out,
Release through a strong exhale or a sigh.
Breathe deeply,
Move with your breath.
How does it feel the best to use your breath to connect to your body?
Do it now,
Breathe,
Allow your breath and your body to become one.
Use your breath to fully embody the form,
Fully embody your physical presence.
Breathe wholly and fully,
Breathe,
Take a deep breath in and let it out with a sigh.
Taking a couple breaths now,
To return to your natural rhythm,
Allowing your breath to calm down,
Let it become natural,
Easy,
Uncontrolled,
Instinctive and start to bring your awareness to your body now.
Working with the top of your head,
Bring your awareness to your crown,
Hold your focus and attention at the crown,
At the top of your head.
How does it feel?
What energy does it have?
Send it love and allow it to relax.
Moving your awareness now a little bit lower to your forehead and your temples,
Tune into this part of your body,
How does it feel?
Send it love,
Allow it to relax,
Moving your awareness down past your eyes and your nose and your ears.
Notice how does it feel,
Send it love,
Down past your cheekbones and your mouth and your chin,
Hold your awareness here,
Tap in,
Allow any tension,
Any stress build up to relax and release.
Bringing your awareness now to the back of your neck,
To your throat,
Notice how does this area of your body feel,
Send it love,
Allow it to relax.
Bringing your awareness to your shoulders now,
Your upper back,
Your upper chest,
Feel the energy,
How does it feel,
What is happening here,
Tap in,
Be really present,
Breathe into this part of your body,
Send it love,
Allow it to relax.
Moving your awareness further down to your chest,
Your core,
Past your back and your stomach,
Hold this area of your body and your awareness,
Tap in,
Embodied with your breath,
How does it feel,
Send it love,
Allow it to relax.
Bringing your attention now to your arms,
Elbows,
Forearms and hands,
How do these limbs feel,
Notice,
Connect,
Breathe into them,
Send them love,
Allow them to release.
Continuing now to the bottom portion of your stomach,
Down towards your lower back,
Towards your sacral area,
Your root,
Towards your hips,
Bring your awareness here,
Bring your breath here,
Hold space here,
Tap in,
Notice how it feels,
Breathe,
Then bring it love and allow it to relax.
Moving your awareness down your buttocks,
Your thighs,
Your knees,
Calves and shins,
All the way down to your feet,
Hold this area of your body and your awareness,
Bring your attention,
Bring your presence,
Around here,
Breathe here,
Notice,
Bring it love and allow it to release.
We're going to take three deep breaths now,
And with each deep breath,
We're going to connect deeper,
Further into our body,
With each deep exhale,
We're going to let our body relax even deeper and release.
Breathing in,
Breathing out,
Connecting,
Relaxing,
Grounding into our body,
Letting everything go,
And hold your body and your awareness as a whole now,
Your whole entire body,
Your whole entire being,
How does it feel,
What is its energy,
Breathe deeply and connect to every single cell,
Your one,
Your whole,
Your grounded,
Breathe some love into your body and allow all tension,
All stress,
All pain to release.
And now that you are grounded into your body,
You may wish to further connect and ground into the earth,
Into the ground,
Into your surroundings,
Choose whatever feels right to you and feels like it would support your grounding.
You can imagine the earth,
The soil,
Or you can simply imagine growing roots into the space that you occupy.
Take a few moments now to imagine and really visualize grounding into the earth or further connecting to the space you're in,
Ground deeper,
Be more present,
Be here,
Fully tap in,
Fully embody your physical experience,
See yourself rooting and go deeper,
See yourself grounding so deep so that you're stable and secure.
Breathe,
Now connect to your heart,
So you're grounded,
You're present,
You're here,
Bring your heart into your awareness,
Breathe into your heart and know that you are loved.
And in this presence,
In this connection to your body and your heart,
Allow yourself to release.
Nothing is required of you than to breathe and simply hold the space of love,
Connection,
And grounding and allow yourself to let go.
Surrender to the innate wisdom of your body and your heart.
There is nothing for you to do,
To control,
Or take care of.
Your body knows,
Your heart knows,
Your roots know,
And your breath knows.
Surrender to the deep,
Innate wisdom of your being and release.
Simply hold yourself in this presence and allow the innate wisdom to take over as you ground.
Allow it to release all that is no longer needed,
All that no longer serves,
Everything that's been keeping you stagnant,
Stuck,
In low vibrations,
Anything that needs to be cleared or healed.
Allow it to release through your breath,
Through your roots.
Let it drip off.
Let your body ground and alchemize.
Your being,
Your heart,
Body,
And soul knows what to do,
Knows how to heal.
Simply hold it in awareness and presence.
Sense the bond between you and your body,
Between you and the place in which you ground it.
Allow your awareness to settle naturally now and allow the constant flowing exchange of healing and communication between you.
Let go of what you have thought or demanded or expected or feared.
Instead,
Be in this embodied communion with your body,
With the present moment,
With the divine.
Breathe.
Now,
As this meditation comes to a close and you slowly thank yourself for healing,
For this love,
For this exchange.
Thank your body and your roots and slowly begin to come back.
If it feels right,
Bring your hands to your heart and smile and thank yourself for being here,
For taking this time,
For transmuting your energy.
Bringing your awareness back into the room,
Back with every breath.
You may start to wiggle your toes or your hands,
Gently starting to move.
When you're ready,
Opening your eyes.
Breathe.
Welcome back.
I want to thank you so much for taking this time and for letting me be your guide.
Love and light.
Namaste.
