In this course, I warmly introduce you to 7 spiritual practices that you can adopt into your path to spiritual wholeness. They are: 1. We look into practising mindfulness in everyday activities 2. We explore practicing loving-kindness meditation for emotional healing and cultivating positive relationships 3. We look at an introduction to reflective journalling as a spiritual practice 4. We explore ritual and ceremony and spiritual practices and how to create a simple sage ritual for ourselves 5. We look at practicing prayer and affirmations as a way to connect with the divine and cultivate inner guidance 6. We look at and introduce yoga and movement as spiritual practices. 7. We explore Service and gratitude as a practice to adopt in your spiritual path. This is a nonjudgemental and inclusive space that honours the diversity of everyone's beliefs and experiences and encourages personal growth and your own exploration. This course is suited for beginners and can serve as a refresher course for those who are already familiar with these spiritual concepts. By the end of this course, you will have a clear understanding of the above spiritual concepts and practices and will have decided which ones you would like to incorporate, adopt and embrace on your journey.
