Lesson 5

Mindfulness Before Meal

In this lesson, we'll explore how to set a mindful intention before eating. Rushing through a meal or feeling distracted can make it hard to appreciate the food and fully experience the moment. We can create a more calming and focused mealtime experience by taking a few minutes to ground ourselves. Getting ready for a meal through a short relaxation exercise can shift your focus inward and help you connect with your senses. Whether you’re just beginning with mindful eating or looking to deepen your practice, these moments of calm can set a positive tone for your entire meal.
