For day three of the clarity experience,

This is where we start to do some of the work on identifying what's going on with the body to start to create some change.

So you got through the hardest part,

It might still be some practice on your end,

But keep pushing on with it,

We're getting there.

Go ahead and close your eyes in your nice comfortable seated position.

And just noticing how the breath affects your inhales and exhales,

How they affect your physical body.

Do you feel any tension anywhere?

Just starting with that scan that we did on day one from the base of the spine,

Moving upward,

Imagining those pearls,

Imagining that velvet cloth creating space and cushioning.

There's so much life,

So much energy in our spine.

Just feel how it flows,

Feel how it moves,

Whether it comes to you to focus on it more physically or more energetically,

There's no wrong way to come to it.

Allowing yourself that space,

Like the space between the vertebrae,

Simply feel.

Whatever visualization helped you on yesterday,

Whatever place in nature you were able to connect with,

Go back to that visual just for a few breaths.

Go back to however you were best able to find that space.

To feel the space within you,

The space to identify that element of ether,

Of space in a place in nature that you particularly are drawn to.

Once you've seen that,

Once you've felt it,

Allow yourself to recall a situation that left you feeling a strong,

Negative emotional charge.

Now,

Although there's no such thing as a negative emotion or a positive emotion,

There are some thoughts that lead us to feeling heavier,

Denser,

And stronger.

And so,

As you're feeling more and more and more and more and more and more and more,

Feel heavier,

Denser.

Just scan through your day,

Scan through yesterday,

Or even in the past week.

Where was a moment,

A situation in which you felt a strong,

Negative emotional charge?

A strong emotion,

A strong feeling.

It can be something that maybe you've been thinking about in a way that you just can't quite resolve.

Identifying where in the physical body maybe starts to create some tension as you think about the situation,

And observe the situation.

What is the feeling that underlies these thoughts?

What's the feeling of that relationship?

There is someone involved.

What are your feelings around that person?

No judgment,

From that space,

Observing,

So that we can come to it from a place of wanting to create different patterns for ourselves.

Create evolution in ourselves,

No judgment.

Ask yourself again,

What are my feelings around that situation,

That relationship,

That person?

What did it feel like that they spoke to you that way?

What does it feel like to know that you have conflict with someone else who is,

The relationshipoan of feminine end,

What does it feel like to know that you have conflict with them?

The mind begins to go outward for these answers,

Almost looking for blame.

Stop yourself and come back to what does it feel like for you,

To you,

To have that conflict.

To have tension in the relationship.

To have tension in the environment,

The situation.

Allow yourself to be fully present in this circumstance and know how it makes you feel.

Now begin to locate where you feel this energy in the body,

Scanning through the body.

Where do you feel it physically?

Once you've located that spot,

Begin to remember the gap,

That space,

The blue sky,

The mountain,

The ocean.

Locate the spaciousness.

Bring that spaciousness into the energy of the feeling in your body,

Into where you are feeling the intensity of the emotion of the situation.

See if you can merge those two things.

And finding where that energy is the most intense,

Bring your awareness into the very core of that energy,

Of that feeling,

Into the eye of the storm.

The safest place,

The safest part of the storm.

If you need to toggle back and forth between going into the center and coming back out of it,

Allow yourself to do that,

But keep coming back to push to that center,

Bringing that space with you.

Bringing that space to the core of the feeling.

Beautiful.

Stay with it.

Observe what you feel at the core of the feeling and just sit with it.

Stay with it.

Notice if the feeling,

If the emotion has changed from what you originally thought.

Just pay attention to it without judging.

Once you're in that very center,

Ask the energy that you're currently feeling if there is any wisdom for you.

Look at it,

Observing its shape,

Its size,

Its color.

From being in the center,

In the core of it,

Simply observe and ask it,

Is there anything you want me to know?

Paying attention to any shifts and giving yourself that permission to let yourself feel whatever it is,

Even if it is a feeling that you don't necessarily like feeling.

It can be something heavy like jealousy,

Shame,

Blame,

Or guilt.

Admitting that that is what's there.

Just observing what it physically looks like as you sit in the center of it.

That is where the work begins to create change.

Observe it.

Asking yourself that question,

Asking the energy that question.

What is it that you want me to know?

If an answer comes to you or doesn't,

Accept it.

Accept even the silence.

And stay in that core as long as it takes for the energy to dissolve itself.

Start to disappear.

When you're ready,

Bring your palms together,

Creating friction in the palms,

Heat through the fingers,

Through the hands,

And separating the hands out.

Trying to bring them together.

Bring that energy this time to your chest or to the place where you felt the emotional charge.

Wherever it might have been,

Bring that healing power,

That healing energy.

And slowly begin to open the eyes whenever you're ready.

Namaste.
