What needs to be released so you can be your most authentic self? Call upon Lord Shiva to assist you with this clearing. Welcome.

Find a comfortable place to lie down.

Getting as comfortable as possible.

Taking off any jewelry.

You can let your hair down.

Find your nest.

As you snuggle into your space,

Take a deep inhale into the belly and then squeeze all of the muscles.

Clench the fists.

Curl the toes.

Scrunch the face.

Hold the breath.

Squeeze,

Squeeze to the midline.

And then exhale.

Release.

Soften the body.

Big inhale.

Squeeze.

Flex the muscles.

All the muscles from the head to the toes.

Scrunch the face up.

Hold the breath.

Squeeze to the midline.

Exhale.

Soften.

Release.

Now one last time.

Big inhale.

Hold at the top.

Squeeze the body.

Squeeze everything into the midline.

And exhale.

Soften.

Let go.

So in order to release tension in the body,

We create tension and then allow that tension to go away,

To melt,

To soften.

We notice the difference,

How that feels in the body.

Just take a moment here to tune into your breath.

Notice it.

Feel your breath.

Hear your breath.

Where in your body is your breath going?

Do you notice it at the tip of your nose,

In the throat,

Maybe in the chest?

Maybe you can even feel it all the way into the low belly.

Just notice.

Notice where it's at.

Notice any other areas that you can soften into with your breath.

Visualize the heart chakra,

The space of the heart.

There is a green,

Glowing,

Beautiful light.

This energy,

This chakra,

It holds love,

Not only for others,

But the love for ourself.

The belief in ourself,

Compassion for ourself,

Our journey,

The steps that we take along the way,

With courage,

Facing your true north,

Walking into the unknown,

Breathe into this heart space,

Bringing in the energy of Lord Shiva,

The destroyer of obstacles that lives within you.

You have this power.

You can tap into this power,

The power of Shiva,

This energy.

It lives there,

At the heart space.

It points the way.

It shows,

It lights us up,

How we want to live our dharma,

Our truth,

Our life,

How we want to use that as inspiration,

Use our story as inspiration for others,

To be that shining light,

To know that we're not perfect,

We're not perfect,

And that's okay.

It's what helps us connect,

To understand,

To relate,

To be human.

So walk bravely into your truth,

Into what lights you up,

What you want to do.

Know that you are worthy of this.

You are deserving of this.

What does this progressing potential that lives within you,

Within your heart space,

What does that look like?

Step into it.

Step into not only the power of Shiva and the wisdom of Shiva,

But that power,

That ID within you.

Start to deepen your breathing,

Wiggling the fingertips,

The toes,

Gently rocking the head from side to side,

Moving and stretching as if you're just waking up,

Getting out of bed,

And then gently rolling to your right side.

And when you're ready,

Pressing up to a comfortable seated position,

Let your head be the last thing to come up.

Root down through the sits bones and bring the hands to prayer in front of the heart,

Tuning back into the heart chakra,

The heart space,

And feeling gratitude for showing up here today.

When we take time for ourselves,

We can then show up better for those around us.

Anchoring into your truth,

Your dharma,

Your resilience,

Your purpose,

And feeling gratitude at the heart space and breathing into the solar plexus and feeling the courage,

The energy of Shiva,

Removing any obstacles,

Anything that is no longer serving you.

Rooting down,

Lengthening tall through the spine,

Knowing that you are not your strength,

Your beauty,

Your unique,

And the world needs your gifts,

Your talents.

Namaste.
