Welcome to your morning exercise motivation EFT tapping meditation.
During this meditation,
We're going to release anything that's keeping us from having the full benefits of exercise in our lives.
Maybe we know that exercise is super helpful to our physical and mental health,
But we feel it's just hard to get started or to stay consistent.
There could be some energies you're holding onto right now that aren't allowing you to step into being the best version of you.
You can go ahead and get comfortable.
With EFT tapping,
I'm going to just tell you where to tap and you can either say the word aloud or just feel the words that I say.
And right before we begin,
You can go ahead and grade the amount of motivation that you feel right now for exercising from one through 10,
10 being the least amount of motivation.
We're going to regrade at the end of the meditation to see how much of a charge that we released.
Let's get started.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Start tapping on the side of your hand.
I know I don't always feel motivated to exercise,
But I love and accept myself anyway.
Sometimes exercise is the last thing that I want to do,
Even though I know it's benefited me in the past,
But I fully love and accept myself anyway.
I know I can get to a place where I exercise as a form of self-care and I love and accept myself.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
I don't like working out all the time.
Side eye.
Sometimes I have no motivation to work out.
Under eye.
Sometimes working out is the last thing I want to do.
Under nose.
And I want to release that.
Under mouth.
I know that I usually feel so good after I work out.
Collarbone.
So I don't know why I can't always tap into that.
Under your armpit.
Working out allows me to release so much from my body.
Top of the head.
And even though I know it allows me to release,
It's like I want to keep holding onto these things that are not serving me.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
I don't like when I feel like I have no motivation.
Side eye.
I don't like when I can't just do the things that make me feel good.
Under eye.
Even though I know working out makes me feel good,
I can't always see that.
Under nose.
And I don't like that.
Under mouth.
I don't like getting to this place where I feel like I'm not taking care of myself.
Collarbone.
Sometimes I feel like when I'm not working out,
It's having negative effects on my mental and physical health.
Under your armpit.
And I want to release all the things stopping me from working out.
Top of the head.
I want to let go of anything stopping me from feeling the goodness that working out brings me.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
What if I just got up and worked out?
Side eye.
What if I did a workout that was fun and fulfilling to me?
Under eye.
What if working out felt really good?
Under nose.
What if working out improved how I felt mentally?
Under mouth.
What if working out improved how I felt physically?
Collarbone.
What if working out helped me move stuck energy through my body?
Under your armpit.
What if I could remember how good working out felt so that I could do it again and again when I felt it would benefit me?
Top of the head.
What if I could just reach for this motivation to work out anytime I wanted to?
Take a deep breath in.
And out.
Eyebrow.
It feels so good to work out.
Side eye.
When I work out,
My body feels better.
Under eye.
When I work out,
My mental health improves.
Under nose.
I get such good benefits when I work out.
Under mouth.
And it feels like working out is such a good form of self-care for me.
Collarbone.
When I work out,
It's like I'm truly caring for myself.
Under your armpit.
I'm also working stuck energy out of my body.
Top of the head.
And that feels so good to me.
Take a deep breath in.
And out.
Eyebrow.
I love exercise as a tool to help me when I need it.
Side eye.
When I want to feel good.
Under eye.
And to feel strong.
Under nose.
And to feel healthy.
Under mouth.
I love feeling like I'm taking care of myself.
Collarbone.
When I take care of myself,
Other areas of my life improve.
Under your armpit.
I become a better version of me.
Top of the head.
I more clearly move towards the things that I want in my life when I feel better.
Take a deep breath in.
And out.
Eyebrow.
I love being able to motivate myself to work out when I want to.
Side eye.
Or when I feel like I need to.
Under eye.
I can always reach for the motivation.
Under nose.
Always within me.
Under mouth.
I just have to know I am worth feeling good.
Collarbone.
Which I always am.
Under your armpit.
I deserve to feel good always.
Top of the head.
I deserve to work out whenever I want or need to to feel so powerful mentally and physically.
Take a deep breath in.
And out.
Okay,
That is the end of this EMT tapping meditation.
If you want,
You can go ahead and regrade yourself from a 1 through 10 on how motivated you feel now to exercise and see if your number went down at all during this meditation.
If you didn't grade yourself,
You can also just pay attention to see if some energy has shifted for you.
And if you do generally just feel more motivated to work out.
I want to thank you so much for listening and I hope you have a great rest of your day.
